I had a truly wonderful stay over the weekend! The managers were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and considerate, going above and beyond to make our visit comfortable. During our stay, the washing machine door unfortunately broke, but they immediately covered the cost themselves without hesitation. Not only that, but while we were out, they kindly put our washed clothes on the dryer for us – such a thoughtful gesture that really made a difference. Their hospitality and generosity exceeded all expectations, and they never once asked for anything in return. It’s rare to come across hosts who genuinely care this much about their guests’ comfort. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a welcoming, hassle-free, and heartwarming experience.

Everything was perfect! About the Hosts: I accidentally left my money on the table and didn’t even realize it until I received a call from the host company. They not only informed me but also kept the money safe at their office and returned it to me. The hosts were incredibly polite, attentive, and trustworthy. Cleanliness: Exceptional! Every detail was spotless, which was especially important to me as I’m very particular about cleanliness. House and Facilities: The property was equipped with everything you could possibly need, and everything worked flawlessly. The neighborhood was peaceful, with no loud noises to disturb the stay. Location: Absolutely ideal! Most places were within a 10–15 minute walk, including cafes, stores, and other conveniences. They also provided a small, detailed guideline with photos to make accessing the house comfortable. Additionally, I received a lovely booklet with general information, house rules, and recommendations for popular locations, attractions, coffee shops, and more. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly enhanced the experience! When I visit Budapest again, I will definitely book a place with them! Highly recommend!

We loved everything! The attention to detail was superb. We stayed for 4 nights in the Red apartment and we loved it. They have a Netflix account so you don't have to log in with your own, they have soap for the dishwasher and washing machine, coffee capsules, and even basic things for you to cook, such as oil, salt, and pepper. They let us store our bags in their office and the staff there were absolutely amazing, they even offered us an Uber to the apartment because it was so hot and we were knackered from our tip! Absolute stars! The welcome pack you get by email is also super helpful, with restaurant tips and things to do!

Nothing, really, maybe the curtains could be a bit wider to block off some more light. The knives were also not very sharp, but these were just tiny things and the experience was great! Thank you to the Happy Home team!

We had a great stay at the Happy Home. My husband was delighted there was a guitar lol. It was a big space and I liked how the bed was upstairs and the rest was downstairs. Handy location. Alexandra met us to hand over the keys and show us the apartment. Apartment was clean, had tv, iron, hairdryer, washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge etc. The whole works. It was really quiet and felt safe. Highly recommend

The bins for the apartment blocks are right at the main front door of the apartment block itself in the entrance corridor, so on first impression you may be put off but they’re no where near the actual apartment and the place is very clean so it’s not an issue.

The apartment was central, you could easily use buses, tram and metro stations that could lead you anywhere around the city. The heat was great and running all day long, it was also adjustable which was great. Bathroom was spacious and wifi was strong. Overall the apartment had many amenities, positive atmosphere and it was great to stay in. Nearly you could find supermarket and coffee houses to grap a quick coffee. The view from the window to an inner courtyard was a nice touch. Finally, you felt really safe staying in the specific building that the aparment was part of.

The apartment was located in a rather old building so don't expect any soundproofing. The residents above were woken up everyday at around 5 a.m. and you could hear anything from footsteps, furniture moving, closets opening, water running, you name it. In 1 hour the noise would stop but I was already waken up. That happened for every day for the 7 days I was staying in. I tried to minimize the noise by sleeping in the sofa in the ground floor but not much changed.

I don't write reviews often, but I just couldn't not write one in this case. Everything about this stay has exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city within a walking distance to so many restaurants, attractions, bars and clubs. The apartment itself is exactly what you see on the pictures - very cozy, spacious, warm with tons of amenities included. The kitchen had everything we needed, including complimentary salt, pepper and sugar. Having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient, and they also provided detergent. And of course, the amazing pinball machine. The apartment was very clean and warm. Also, the staff couldn't have been more amazing. They kept in touch with us since before we arrived up until we left, making sure that our stay has been very smooth. The entire team at happy homes is extremely friendly and sincerely cars about their guests and their experience. Check-in and check-out are extremely easy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back

It's a very bright and beautiful apartment,very spaceful, clean and there are plenty of comfort. The musical instruments and the flipper were so good playin with. It’s also situated in a central point of the city so we didn’t have any problems reaching every part of the city either by bus or on foot. We were welcomed by a guy named Áron. He was very cordial and helpful, he told us a lot of information. Also the Key system Is really simple and easy to get into it. PS : the wine given as welcome gift was so sweet

Perfect location, very quite in the appartment, kitchen and bathroom look bright new. Coffee, tea, kitchen paper, salt …available , including a bottle of wine! ( unfortunately we didn’t have the occasion to drink it ). We had to contact them for a minor incident and they reply in the minute and it was solved in less than 30min!

Nothing reallly relevant but to rate it with 9 or 10 I would look for more comfortable sleeping pillows and quality bath ammenities( hand soap , shower gel , shampoo …and condicioner would be wellcome)

Good apartment in a house with an inner courtyard. Interior is colourful and attractive - there are a lot of small details which create the whole concept. Everything needed is available, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. Pinball machine is a nice thing when you want to chill and have some fun in the evening. There was also a guitar and keyboard - which could be a bonus for people who do play.
