A fantastic little hotel with detail to all of the little things. The suite was spotless and the staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. Great facilities in the suite, bed was the best I’ve ever slept in during a hotel visit and the hotel was quiet and peaceful all of the time. The swimming pool was an added bonus, easy to use and worth a visit. We included breakfast which had a great variety of hot and cold items. The staff were lovely and it was worth paying for. All in all a wonderful hotel that I would stay in again if we visit Budapest. Worth paying a little extra for the suite. It was a 20 minute walk to city centre and river and about 30 mins in the opposite direction to the zoo and spa if you like to walk. Good location around the hotel with a spar shop and plenty of bars and places to eat.

Beautifully and recently restored and redecorated, amazing location, staff went above and beyond, super clean, everything I needed in long suite including kitchen. Got everything extra I asked for.

Lift was broken when leaving so really struggled with luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 3am departure!! Pool was colder than comfortable. No sunbathing area.

We stayed in the Supreme King Suite, which featured a charming retro-style interior. Every facility was exceptionally clean, convenient, and thoughtfully designed—from the soft cork wall panel above the luggage rack to the rock-slab base under the excellent coffee machine. The shower room, bathtub, and kitchen were all spotless and fully equipped, reflecting great attention to detail. After a long day of travel, the hotel spa was the perfect place to unwind, and we appreciated how diligently the staff cleaned up any water on the floor. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming, both at check-in and check-out, with warm smiles and proper English. The service at Chess Restaurant was equally impressive.

What we liked about Queens Court hotel and Residence. Calm and pleasant environment of the hotel. Very pleasant and helpful welcome at the reception. Front Office Manager Eszter Kohar very kindly and with utmost care oversaw our full comfort of our stay. Thank you. Parking is possible in underground garages. The hotel offers a beautiful lobby and environment with a fountain and a green garden with live music in the evening. It is very pleasant to sit here with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. The hotel spa offers a hot sparkling pool, a normal pool and a sauna in a very pleasant environment with palm trees. Accommodation in a superior suite is a compromise between space and maximum comfort. Definitely suitable for families with children. A fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator allows you to prepare children's meals. Minibar with a wide range of drinks, quality wines and various snacks. It is possible to order MENU from the hotel restaurant with delivery to the room. The rooms have a beautifully furnished bathroom and a balcony overlooking the hotel lobby's green garden. The cleanliness of the hotel is at the highest level comparable to the best hotels around the world and you will really enjoy a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend using the hotel's international breakfast. The staff is very nice and willing to take care of all your needs. The hotel's central location allows for easy travel to the most attractive tourist attractions. One of the things we enjoyed during our stay in Budapest was staying at the Queens Court Hotel and Residence. We really recommend.

Nothing wrong.

A clean apartment hotel in Budapest center with a good atmosphere. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. The spa is not very big, but very pleasant. Its scent permeates the entire hotel. The gym is above the pool and can be seen through a glass wall while exercising. There is a great underground garage available for parking. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate living room. In the evening, the sound of a piano from the pleasant inner courtyard filtered through the window, which created a pleasant atmosphere. I would gladly return here again.

There was nothing worth mentioning, everything was adequate.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. Special shout out to the front reception manager Blanka, nothing was too much trouble and the masseuse who was also great. I had a great stay, I would recommend!

Late night room service would have been nice as we were attending the athletics and the kitchen closed early.

Almost all staff was extremely kind and helpful (we even got takeaway breakfast) however feeling were a bit ruined by staff at SPA on Thursdays (10.04) eve…. Especially girl with specific haircut, she was quite rude with such face expressions… (U hate my work style), on top this she was cleaning floor al the time like every second minute what does not make you comfortable when 1m from your head somebody is working with brush..

EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. The rooms are beautiful, perfectly equipped (from the kitchen - of different sizes depending on the type of the room- to the bathroom and the bedroom itself) well kept and extremely clean (the daily cleaning service allows you to find the rooms as on the first day everyday). The swimming pool is extremely relaxing, and the gym (being open 24/7) has everything you may need. The open common area is lovely. The breakfast is top notch with its variety and quality of the food and service. The whole team (no one excluded!) is the most polite, mannered and prepared we’ve ever encountered (keep in mind that we were staying with a two year old, and they provided anything that we needed and were always ready to help, they even provided us with a child-sized bathrobe!). Lastly, on my father’s birthday, without asking or mentioning, when he got back to his room he found a lovely birthday card with a piece of cake and a bottle of Prosecco sent by the Front Office Team: this is the type of things that really make a difference and make you appreciate the attentive and precise work of the staff! Honestly, the hotel and the staff made our holiday go beyond our expectations, even making us decide to spend much more time at the hotel that we had envisioned! I could not recommend it more!

Honestly everything was truly perfect.

The hotel is beautiful and immediately felt like an relaxing oasis. We were looked after very well by lovely staff members who could not do enough for you. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The spa was a little busy at peak times but had everything you could need, including a massage service which was very relaxing. The hotel was well located, close to all the tourist attractions, only a 10 minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop, and surrounded by bars and restaurants. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The Wi-Fi was slow in our room.
