The apartment is huge. It is one bedroom but the space is massive. There is a 24/7 reception that services apartments in several buildings so I am not sure if all apartments are the same. Two lovely terraces we did not use as it was January, but I am sure are a delight in the summer. The staff at reception are very helpful; they offered several ideas for trips, food, etc. You can buy tickets to some of the attractions at the reception. 20-25 minutes walking from centre, less than 10 minutes from stop 11 of the hop-on, hop-off bus. Street parking free during the weekend, otherwise the apartment offers parking at a reasonable price (12 euros).

Whilst it was very clean, there was an irritant smell, which I assume came from one of the cleaning products. I opened the windows for a couple of hours and it cleared somehow, but never got rid of it completely. It may not bother other people, but I would be careful if anybody is asthmatic or just sensitive.

The apartment had everything needed, and the price and location were good. There were very helpful guys at the reception, and you could leave your stuff there for free while walking around the city. Furthermore, they had left a nice welcoming letter for us with personal greetings and useful tips for exploring the city and culture.

We kept hearing loud noises all night long from the other apartments (from other tourists), but we had to sleep with windows opened cause we didn't find an AC. Also, the bedroom door can't be closed, and you can't open the balcony door from the bedroom as well. Except for that, everything was super for 3-4 days trip with family.

Right from Check-in to Check-out everything went well. Hosts were very good and accommodating. They arranged a place for our luggage after our check-out. Also helped in booking a good taxi for our trip back to the airport. Location was quite good as well, with good connectivity to almost any place in the city. Breakfast was served in the nearby IBIS hotel, which was very very good.

Remote for the Air Conditioner was missing and even after several reminders, we never got it. The apartment itself was very good but there was no view from the balcony. On one of the nights, the neighbors had a party until atleast 2am, so our sleep was compromised.

When I made the reservation, the details mentioned 'three twin beds.' However, upon arrival, we found a large, spacious apartment with a living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise, fully equipped with plates of all types (small, large, and bowls), wine glasses, coffee cups, water glasses, cutlery, and even pots and pans for cooking. We also found a bedroom with a large, comfortable bed and spacious wardrobes. The entire apartment was very warm, which was perfect given the cold weather outside. The first impression was the delightful scent throughout the apartment. We especially loved how spacious it was and felt very comfortable during our stay. The location of the accommodation was excellent, close to the main attractions we wanted to visit. For us, there was no need to use public transport—we walked everywhere from the apartment, and we were really happy to do so. But also, any transport stations are close to the hotel.

We needed parking, and a small inconvenience was having to go down to level -3, with a fairly narrow ramp. It was fine for us (VW Polo), but larger cars might face some difficulty. To get from -3 to the ground floor where our apartment was, we used the elevator. On the last day, it took some time to arrive as it was busy, stopping at several floors. The elevator is also quite small, fitting three people with minimal luggage. The apartment isn’t very bright, so we had to use the lights even during the day since it’s on the ground floor. This made mornings a bit harder as it was quite dark, but on the plus side, it was very quiet. These were minor inconveniences that didn’t impact our overall positive experience.

Location of the apartment is perfect, check in and check out simple and quick, apartment is spacious with everything needed, easily accessible inside the building, quiet, comfortable. Price for 4 was incredible, just 57.18 euros with my 3rd genius. A lot of places with good food nearby. Supermarkets are also within 3-minutes walk (Lidl).

Apartment is not freshly renovated. You would feel it as in most Budapest apps that it’s being used frequently. Dishwashing machine was there in the room but was not operational. Microwave disk inside was not rotating. I was missing slippers (but I usually have mine, so, it is not a major issue).

location is perfect, metro line M2 is nearby, Lidl for groceries, walkable (10-15 min) distance to the city centre, everything is not too far away. Inside was warm and cozy, and quiet even though it's located on a busy central street. Nice buffet breakfast is available in a nearby hotel network.

Toaster was not working, kettle was leaking, although I'm sure reception could have replaced it if we cared to ask :). We only paid for breakfast once because you need to walk outside some 100-200 meters to have it.

Had a great stay. Apartment was well equipped, plenty of kitchenware, hob, oven, fridge, even a washing machine, balcony was a nice bonus (I love a balcony 😁). Apartment was clean and the aircon was greatly appreciated with heat! The location was excellent, a very vibrant neighbourhood with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and very central, walkable to a lot the key attractions. Check in and check out was straightforward too

Price a little steep, but considering the quality of the apartment and the location, I can't complain too much!

- Good location - Spacious enough apartament, very well equiped with everything you may need - Parking available, but at the -3 floor and is very norrow, our car couldn't fit as we had an upside trunk - They provided us a baby crib - 2 good size balconies - they provided one capsule for the washing machine (clothes) - also, they provided coffee capsules for the first morning

- The person I spoke before arrival told me they have a bigger garage to park our car, but when we arrived the man from the reception said he doesn't know about a bigger garage - The curtains were kind of dirty.. - Kind of noisy in the night but the apartment it's on a very busy street

This was our second time staying at Nova Apartments, Excellent location, within walking distance or short bus ride of most attractions. Good selection of bars and restaurants within 5 or 10 minutes walking distance also. Apartment was spacious and clean, with a nice balcony also. Reception open 24hr with extremely helpful staff.

The towels provided looked a little worn and frayed, but that is only a very minor complaint, everything else about the apartment was perfect

The people in the reception were very easy-going and easy to talk to, and the 24/7-open reception was much more practical than I thought, like when we had questions about getting to the railway really early in the morning, or leaving luggage before check-in. My semi-stressed mind was helped and eased by the people in the reception 😊 The breakfast, in another hotel nearby, was also really good. Toilet paper, washing powder, drying rack, soap, small portions of tea/coffe/milk/lemon/sugar it small gestures made focusing on getting around town easier. Comfortable beds. Toilet and bathroom separate, so less queue in the morning 😊

Even though I liked having a balcony, and the courtyard had some charm, we ended up sitting on the more comfortable couch in the (boring) kitchen, straight under the AC.. a little because of the ac, but also because the chairs outside were a little uncomfortable. 😅 all the bedrooms had a door to the balcony, but one of them was malfunctioning. The area around the apartment was nice in the evening, especially for people who like some night life. But in the daytime I think there are more charming areas than here. That being said, it was quite convenient, not so far from trams, grocery stores, bars, and several fast food joints from different cuisines. And we were not troubled by any noise from outside.
