The apartments are located in a great area, close to many great cafes and restaurants and very quick walk to bus, tram and metro. The best bakery, Aran , was on the corner of our street. Great coffee and the most amazing bakery items. Our apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The cleaners would come every few days and replace towels and do a light clean which was appreciated The Vagabond staff were very responsive to our messages as there is no reception just a security guard.

Apartments facing the street do get some noise from the street at night.

We liked the apartment, it was nice and modern and equiped with anything you need ( crockery, household appliances, towels). We could easily walk to the main attractions, but the weather was too cold during the time we went to Budapest. Near to many restaurants.

Since we arrived the temperature in our room was 21 degrees, which felt too cold for us and our 2 children. We changed the temperature to 24, but id wasn’t a huge difference , we stayed for 3 night and on the day we left, the temperature reached only 23 degrees. In the other room we have booked there was no issue with the heating. The parking is too expensive, but this is a general problem in Budapest with any location.

Very good location, less than 2 km from Elisabeth Bridge and from Bazilica St. Stephan, in a very nice neighbourhood, close to a lot of restaurants and bars and conveniantly close to supermarkets - Tesco,Aldi, Lidl, Sun. Our apartment was very quiet, as the windows and balcony face the green inner yard, so we slept wery well. It included one bedrom and one living room with a chicinette with all we needed- fridge, cooking facilities and dishes, a coffee machine but no pads (we had to buy nespresso ones :( ) and a balcony accessable from both rooms. No direct contact with Vagabond, only via messages and email - very clear ones, supporting dedicated personnel, you pick the cards from code boxes and leave them on checkout. Nice new building with code front door, 2 elevators, underground 2 level parking place, central climatisation, overall very good facilities. It is not cheap, especially if you include the 15 Eur parking fee, but overall a very good qpr score and a suitable place for a city break for a 1-2 kinds family.

Check-in at 15.00 and check-out at 10.00 with No flexibility ( 35 eur/hour for later checkout sounded unrealistic), so pretty tough if you arrive early or want to leave later.... we asked for extended time in the parking and got a 12.00 extension. Not a big or expensive thing, but it was strange and really unpleasant not to have courtesy coffee / tea, at least for the first day until you have the chance to go and buy some. Might be a local standard, but as a personal oppinion it is a well placed 1-2 Euro investment and the subsequent economy simply disturbing for the customer and overall not worth it... fortunatelly the vast majority of the rented facilities have a positive client-orrientated approach.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The location was incredibly convenient, with most major attractions, restaurants, and shops just a short walk or drive away. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space for our family of four. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Overall, everything was wonderful. The only minor downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t quite cool enough during the warmer parts of the day and night. It also would have been helpful to have a pair of scissors available and extra plates. Aside from these small inconveniences, our stay was excellent, and we truly enjoyed the experience.

The hotel is in an excellent location, situated in a lively area with plenty going on. Right at the beginning of the street, there’s a bakery, and you’ll find several small eateries nearby. Not far from the hotel is Szimpla Kert, a famous ruin bar where you can enjoy the nightlife until 4 AM, and on Sundays, it transforms into a farmers’ market. Just around the corner is the Great Spot Street Food Karavan Budapest, offering a fantastic selection of food. The hotel itself is very clean, and the studio was well-equipped with everything we needed, even for a longer stay. It also had a washing machine, which was really convenient. We had a studio facing the courtyard, which was very quiet at night—so much so, you wouldn’t even know you were in the middle of the city. The location is also very convenient for sightseeing. The beautiful St. Stephen’s Basilica is just a 20-minute walk away, while Heroes’ Square is about a 40-minute walk. The check-in and check-out process was simple, and if you need anything, there’s a help phone that responded immediately. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Central location. Walking distance to most of the important locations. Easy access via tap and go card. Spacious accommodation with adequate facilities. Overall very happy with the apartment and location.

Coffee pods were given as ration where you have to provide the used pods to the reception. I prefer if they provide adequate coffee pods worth for 2-3 days.

We stayed for 7 nights in 303, a superior studio with a balcony. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable and looked like it had been recently refurbished, with everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Good wifi too. The cleaners came every couple of days. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere - 10 mins to the Opera House, and 25 minutes to the Danube and Parliament. Also just a few minutes walk to eateries and shops. I don't understand the comments about no staff/reception and the online check-in procedure - this wasn't a problem to us. People clearly don't read the information before they book...... Highly recommended!!

Only 2 picky points which didn't affect our stay or alter my positive comments. Could have done with an extra towel as only 3 towels provided (although probably another would have been provided had I asked). The app for the room key could only be downloaded on one phone so had to make sure that I always had enough charge on my phone. Would have been better for us both to have the app.

The location was amazing. Very central to everything we had planned (which was everything you could possibly want to do). The ruins bars are on the street at the back, so great if you are intending on visiting here, and if you like to dance, there is a great club within 10 mins of the apartment also. The apartment was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I think it is good to mention that the shower had great water pressure as this can sometimes not be great on holidays. Good lighting in the bathroom and apartment. We did not pay for the breakfast and were happy with this as there is lots of great breakfast spots nearby (less the price). If you do book this apartment there is a place called vinyl and wood on the corner of the street over the other side that does great coffee and food.

My only complaint would be that we were advised there would be housekeeping on day 3 and day 5. We were asked by customer service via WhatsApp preferred time of this, however this did not happen. Thankfully, when I arrived, I asked for extra towels, and this was provided within 20 minutes, despite this being a self-service apartment and customer service via WhatsApp, I was very responsive to this request.

The place was absolutely spotless – perfectly clean from top to bottom! It was modern, in a perfect location, and felt completely safe throughout our stay. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable holiday, including thoughtful extras like an ironing board. Really well equipped and affordable! Recommended!

There was a constant low noise in the bedroom, almost like an AC / ventilation unit from another flat. It was slightly uncomfortable at times, but it didn’t impact the overall experience – we still really enjoyed our stay.

It felt clean and safe once inside. The balcony was nice. Fresh towels halfway through the visit was nice.

Check out time was very early. There were no cleaning supplies. The placement of the knives was terrible, in a drawer above head height that you can't see into. I nearly cut myself the first time when I was looking them. No air conditioning or fan. Would be nice if the door to the balcony could be closed (not even locked) from the outside- very inconvenient.
