Before our arrival, the interaction with the host was excellent. The apartment is located in a good place, within a 15-minute walk of the center, and surrounded by restaurants, non-stop shops, bakeries, and coffee shops. Regarding access to the building and the apartment, everything was well explained and the process was easy. The apartment is as described. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things to cook or bake. All the appliances were clean and worked well. The living room is cozy, with big windows and a good-sized balcony, and sunny in the morning. One important thing for us was that there were blackout curtains. The couch was comfortable and easily converted into a bed. The bedroom has a big bed, comfortable, with a dressing. We liked that there were enough pillows and coverups. One big point for the 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and a small sink, and the other one with a bathtub. They both are well equipped: iron, hairdryer with accessories for curly hair, soap, shower gel, and washing machine. The towels are good quality. We used the washing machine two times and the clothes were dry by the next morning. The apartment has underfloor heating. The wi-fi was good. The TV has a lot of programs to choose from. Check-out was easy, no contact with the host was required.

What I did not like at all, is that the cleaning person entered our room to leave some bathroom products without telling us. At that time, our child was home and scared. With better communication, this could have been avoided. The following things are more about the improvements rather than the dislikes. - some salt would have been nice to have. - as we stayed 10 days, cleaning the apartment at least once would have been nice. - we requested a vacuum for 5 min but it was not possible

Everything was as expected, clean, cosy and a good place to stay as there are a lot of things to do nearby. Group of 4, an exceptional experience.

The fact that I didn't have a parking spot from day one. You need to book your spot in advance with at least 1-2 weeks to make sure you have a free spot available.

The location was good with restaurants and public transportation close by. It was clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. The balcony is nice.

We received the pin for checkin at 4:00pm but they kept saying "when the apt is ready we are going to send the pin", without an estimation when will that happen. There was a false fire alarm in the building and i went on the hallway to a cleaning lady carrying my kid to ask where are the stairs and she was just shrugging without providing any direction. The last day another cleaning lady entered our apartment 1 hr before checkout without knocking on the door.

All the accommodation procedure is automated, which is very nice. The apartment has very good conditions, it is clean and very well positioned, it is very accessible including for people with reduced mobility.

What I didn't like was the fact that in the room there was a price list of the items in the room (from iron or oven to pillowcases or sheets) and the hosts asked you for the right to access your bank account, to get the appropriate amount in case you break or steal something from the room. The simple use of some objects can lead to their damage. I don't know what other negative experiences they've had, but there are risks they should take (possibly increasing the price of the room) and start from the idea of the presumption of innocence regarding the guests.

-location -cleaning -new and clean items/furnitures -parking The apartment made us happy from the moment we entered. It was very clean. The kitchenware was sufficient. The baby cot they brought for my baby was very clean. Using the washing machine is a bit complicated. An instruction could be left about that. When the children got bored, we wanted to open a video for them on YouTube, but we couldn't open YouTube on the TV. The room was cool, but we couldn't turn on the air conditioner. Despite all this, if we come again, we would want to stay here again. We stayed in different places for 2 days in Budapest. I wish we had come here first.

The location was perfect to explore the city. Check in was not as smooth as I hoped, I finished check in, meanwhile received a most probably automated message about reminding to finish my check in. This was a moment of stress and had to double check with the property that we were good to go. Afterwards the access to the building and apartment was super easy and practical with the digital key, you have to download an application and this way you have a keyless access. The space was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed for our stay.

It would have been nice to be able to use the night lamp and charge our devices such as phone and smart watch at the same time at the bedside table. There is only 1 plug on each side - at least in the apartment we stayed in. This could be fixed with a plug that creates two outlets. Another issue was other permanent tenants and guests, as this is a new apartment building, the sound isolation outward is excellent, but inside there was a lot of noise from the corridors. This is naturally not the issue from the host, but inconsiderate fellow humans. The wifi router was turned off, so we used the wifi from the other apartments next to, but we managed to turn it on once we noticed.

The apartment was really comfortable and clean, location perfect 10min walking from everything what is important really close to every possible place. If u are smokers these apartments are perfect because of the balconies. But it is not for a people who are not familiar with new technologies, because everything is going online and through applications, so if you are not so good with these, not a place for you. We didn't had any problem, because we are familiar with those things. I just had a small conversation regarding a pass code for a key, with a concierge over the phone, and he was very polite and helpful.

The only thing which I didn't like is that you have only 2 sets of towels, so you have 2 big and 2 medium, you should put at least 2 more medium in a case of washing hair, because people already used 2 medium for a hands, and a 2 face towels would be also nice to have. And the sign Don't disturb to hang on a door if u don't want room service.

The apartment is in a great location, close to restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was very helpful.Parking is available in the underground garage, which is convenient, although it costs 20 EUR per night. Overall, a pleasant experience and good value for the location.

The soundproofing is quite poor, especially in the living room, where noise easily propagates from the neighbours . There was a noticeable smoke smell, possibly lingering in the curtains, which was unpleasant. The sofa bed was not very comfortable for sleeping, and the kitchen could benefit from a thorough deep clean - greasy parts. With a bit more attention to these details, the overall experience could be improved

We arrived in Budapest in the very early hours of 2 am to our supposed to be original accommodation named NOVO APARTMENTS. But upon arrival, we were SCAMMED and obviously didn’t get inside as there were no KEY BOX to get our keys inside the property. We were left devastated, tired and UNSAFE in a dark strange alley in the freezing cold with no warm refuge or coffee shop to stay for 5 hours until 0700 am until Booking.com suggested and found another alternative in VAGABOND apartments. The property is in the city centre. I am so thankful of VAGABOND SOHO as they are legitimate professional holiday stay in operators. They let us in early and we managed to keep safe and sleep for a few hours from our day 1 of arrival to their address to enjoy our holiday. VAGABOND is a very modern accommodation with comfortable bed and sofa bed and all the essential facilities you need and most especially, i felt safe in an area for people like us who arrived early from travels. When you come out of the main street 10 mins walk to your right is the New York Cafe and Metro 3 while on the your left is Metro 1 not to mention buses and trams operating all over the place. Highly recommend this place and it is a place to stay in Budapest. Very clean, comfortable, communication is very good and most especially - safe as they use online APP key. (One thing i learned from my stay is the use of modern key using online app as key boxes can be unsafe and be taken off the wall!) Our holidays albeit traumatised from the former experienced were restored. A place i would definitely come back to😊

Only some cleaners are unapproachable but i understand they do not speak english otherwise the rest are fine.

Very clean, excellent location, the apartment has everything we need, comfortable quality beddings. We will come back and stay here again.

TV did not work the first few days, lamp in the lounge is busted, problem with the bath drain, one key only provided (makes us paranoid that we will be locked out), hope we have two pods of coffee upon arrival, online reception is responsive but we wish we could at least call for urgent matters, sofa smells like cigarettes, tiny soft pillows.
