5/5 – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at this flat. The place was spotless, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were in perfect working order — from the kitchen appliances to the Wi-Fi. The location was also ideal, with shops, restaurants, and transport links all nearby. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout the stay. I appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a welcome pack. It felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay!

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, and in a great downtown location. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it perfect for a family with children who want to self-cater. What truly stood out was the geothermal heating and cooling system. With children, traditional air-conditioners can be tricky and noisy, so having a perfectly consistent temperature (and quiet) —especially during the summer—was exceptional. On top of that, the underground parking was a huge bonus in the downtown area. Overall, an outstanding experience that we would highly recommend!

Clean and good for a family. The property has a 24 hours security guard at the entrance. So very safe. Amazing eating joints very close to the apartment. Metro is also easily accessible using M1 Line - Oktogon Station. The apartment was clean and maintained well. The kitchen was well equipped with all cookware.

Basic amenities like tea, coffee, sugar was not provided. It should have been as tourists who come to stay do not carry these along with them. When we asked the Host about this they said it’s a self service apartment. We had stayed in self service apartments before and these basic necessities were provided.

Before our arrival, the interaction with the host was excellent. The apartment is located in a good place, within a 15-minute walk of the center, and surrounded by restaurants, non-stop shops, bakeries, and coffee shops. Regarding access to the building and the apartment, everything was well explained and the process was easy. The apartment is as described. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things to cook or bake. All the appliances were clean and worked well. The living room is cozy, with big windows and a good-sized balcony, and sunny in the morning. One important thing for us was that there were blackout curtains. The couch was comfortable and easily converted into a bed. The bedroom has a big bed, comfortable, with a dressing. We liked that there were enough pillows and coverups. One big point for the 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and a small sink, and the other one with a bathtub. They both are well equipped: iron, hairdryer with accessories for curly hair, soap, shower gel, and washing machine. The towels are good quality. We used the washing machine two times and the clothes were dry by the next morning. The apartment has underfloor heating. The wi-fi was good. The TV has a lot of programs to choose from. Check-out was easy, no contact with the host was required.

What I did not like at all, is that the cleaning person entered our room to leave some bathroom products without telling us. At that time, our child was home and scared. With better communication, this could have been avoided. The following things are more about the improvements rather than the dislikes. - some salt would have been nice to have. - as we stayed 10 days, cleaning the apartment at least once would have been nice. - we requested a vacuum for 5 min but it was not possible

The location was good with restaurants and public transportation close by. It was clean, modern and the beds were comfortable. The balcony is nice.

We received the pin for checkin at 4:00pm but they kept saying "when the apt is ready we are going to send the pin", without an estimation when will that happen. There was a false fire alarm in the building and i went on the hallway to a cleaning lady carrying my kid to ask where are the stairs and she was just shrugging without providing any direction. The last day another cleaning lady entered our apartment 1 hr before checkout without knocking on the door.

The apartment was on the ground floor. It was clean with all basic comforts. The location is good enough 15 minutes from the famous ruin bars on foot, 10 minutes from the opera, 25 minutes from the hungarian parliament. We didn't use the local transport, because we had a car on the underground parking, which was very convenient for us. The personnel from the company was very polite and ansewered quickly all the questions on the platform. Follow all the instructions given and finnish check in before arriving.

We would like more small towels.

Very clean, modern and big apartment, on 5th floor. Location is perfect, in beautiful street and city part, near metro. It was quiet and beds are very good so we had a good sleep, even sofa was very good for sleep. No problem with check in and parking, since google comments where not great I was sceptical, but all was easy and simple. Garage was also good, and you can leave car in front of hotel until you finish check in.

It was cold, for jacket inside. For end of May, there was 18 degrees in the apartment, and 16 in the bedroom, according to thermometer, which means that it was colder than outside and than garage. Thermo isolation is probably very bad, since its 23 in my home without heating and with same conditions. Not recommended for children. I would recommend purchase of AC. There is heating, which barely works, probably because it's not winter season, which increased temperature by 1 in 10 hours of work, and does not work when you leave apartment.

Everything was as expected, clean, cosy and a good place to stay as there are a lot of things to do nearby. Group of 4, an exceptional experience.

The fact that I didn't have a parking spot from day one. You need to book your spot in advance with at least 1-2 weeks to make sure you have a free spot available.

-location -cleaning -new and clean items/furnitures -parking The apartment made us happy from the moment we entered. It was very clean. The kitchenware was sufficient. The baby cot they brought for my baby was very clean. Using the washing machine is a bit complicated. An instruction could be left about that. When the children got bored, we wanted to open a video for them on YouTube, but we couldn't open YouTube on the TV. The room was cool, but we couldn't turn on the air conditioner. Despite all this, if we come again, we would want to stay here again. We stayed in different places for 2 days in Budapest. I wish we had come here first.

The location was perfect to explore the city. Check in was not as smooth as I hoped, I finished check in, meanwhile received a most probably automated message about reminding to finish my check in. This was a moment of stress and had to double check with the property that we were good to go. Afterwards the access to the building and apartment was super easy and practical with the digital key, you have to download an application and this way you have a keyless access. The space was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed for our stay.

It would have been nice to be able to use the night lamp and charge our devices such as phone and smart watch at the same time at the bedside table. There is only 1 plug on each side - at least in the apartment we stayed in. This could be fixed with a plug that creates two outlets. Another issue was other permanent tenants and guests, as this is a new apartment building, the sound isolation outward is excellent, but inside there was a lot of noise from the corridors. This is naturally not the issue from the host, but inconsiderate fellow humans. The wifi router was turned off, so we used the wifi from the other apartments next to, but we managed to turn it on once we noticed.
