What a brilliant host (Eyal), really friendly and efficient. The location is great as it’s close to so much. Shower was lovely. A very unique and modern apartment. I really can’t fault it. Amazing experience from start to finish. Eyal messages with recommendations of places to eat and do and any issues, he would be happy to help.

Lift was broken for our stay. And our apartment didn’t have a washing machine which for our 2/3 day stay wasn’t an issue as such. Apart from this, everything was perfect. Wish we stayed longer.

We had an amazing stay at the Boutique apartment. The room was visually stunning and the location was perfect, close to all amenities and bars/restaurants & within walking distance of everything you could want/need. Only thing we would say is the stairs coming down from the bed balcony could maybe have some sensory lights on the side as my sister fell down the last few steps in the middle of the night due to it being dark and hurt her foot (potentially broken) so this may make it easier and safer for future guests. Other than that, cannot fault the apartment. *just note, the lift does not work. We did not find this to be a big problem but may cause issues for other people*

Very stylish, modern, recently furnished apartment in a nice old building. Good space. Very good customer service via Whatsapp. Location was excellent for transport - trams and Metro - and in a funky neighbourhood for bars and food.

The kitchen was very stylish but totally lacked any equipment: no pots, pans, cooking utensils, chopping boards, dish towels. Absolutely no way of preparing any food, even a sandwich. There was only two plates (bowl type) so nothing to eat a meal from. The location was very convenient but had one big downside - it was VERY noisy at night due to all the late night bars and clubs with people in the streets at 3am. There was also the 5am trucks picking up bottles and refuse from the clubs. One other issue was the elevator which did not work and apparently has not worked for a while. The stairs to the 3rd floor apartment would have been difficult for older or less able guests.

The location is great, just s few minutes from Donava river and many sightseeing places. The hosts are very helpful and quick in response. The appartment is cosy and nice.

The elevator in the building didn't work (but we knew that in advance), the trash bins in lobby were overfiled and due to summer heat unpleasant smelling. The appartment lack of basic kitchen utensils (no spoons, just one saucepan...) We were in 4 but we got just 2 towels and no bed linings for the sofa bed. The appartment is great to spend the night, less if you need to cook your food.

I loved that the apartment had all the essentials, it was spacial for 2 people. It was very modern. It is in the best locally for everything on the Pest side and only a 45 min walk to the Buda side to see the castle and Bastion

The bedroom was too highly placed kept banging our heads and couldn't stand up straight (we are 5ft6 and 5ft7). There's no full body mirror. Could hear people outside our room at early hours of the morning sounding like they were coming through our door, not very good sound wise, especially if you have an early flight and need sleep like we did.

Great location. Clean and well-organised space in the apartment. A little bit smaller in reality than on the pictures, but was more than enough for two of us. Toaster, fridge, kettle, some pans, plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery and even bottle-opener:) Can be noisy at night and early in the morning, but it's normal for the city centre.

Poor communication with the property. Check-in was chaotic. I didn't receive the instructions on how to get into the apartment, because they sent them through the WhatsApp. I blocked their number by mistake, because they also previously sent me a link to install some app. At the time I didn't know about the mandatory check-in for the tourists through the app in Hungary, so I blocked their number suspecting spam. We ended up waiting as the property wasn't answering to my texts and calls. My point is - communication from the property should be sent only through the official Booking.com, and not using an unknown number! Also, when I texted them asking about the wi-fi, didn't get a reply either.

Although there were things upon arrival which we didn't like and about which I will write below, BQA went above and beyond in resolving them. We were quite deflated when we arrived but very encouraged by everything that BQA did to assist us. To me as a very experienced traveller, hosts who respond to and resolve things that aren't quite right are golden. Kudos to BQA.

Based upon the listing we believed the rental included parking. When I travel with a car I always use free parking as a filter. Turns out it was street parking and was going to cost us about 15 euro per day. BQA understood the predicament and refunded us enough to cover the cost of this parking. Also the elevator in the facility was not working and we had to climb 102 steps to reach our apartment each time. We are 68 years old and especially carrying things up was a bit strenuous. Again BQA stepped up. They couldn't repair the elevator while we were there but offered us two breakfast coupons at a local breakfast restaurant. We enjoyed two of the best hot breakfast meals we've ever had anywhere... again kudos to BQA.

The apartment was warm and comfortable. The bed was big and the linen clean. We loved the shower which was clean and all the fittings good. There were good bath towels and toiletries, the water hot. The location is fantastic and close to all transport links. The apartment was very central.

The apartment is well situated for all transport links. The only snag was that the lift was out of action and as the apartment was on the third floor it made it difficult. So not good if you are mobility impaired. The kitchen had everything although it can do with more pans, utensils like can openers, spatulas etc.

I really liked how clean and well-organized the place was. The room was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The location was perfect—close to the metro, making it easy to get around, and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. The neighborhood felt safe and convenient, with everything I needed within walking distance. The host was super helpful and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. They even sent me a great list of recommendations for places to eat and things to do, which made my stay even better. The check-in process was smooth, and overall, I had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was that the elevator was out of order, but it didn’t really affect my stay. I still had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
