Great Stay in a Perfect Location! I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is truly excellent—situated in a convenient area that makes it easy to explore the city, whether on foot or by public transport. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, making it a perfect base for both short and long stays. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The furnishings were cozy, and everything was designed for convenience. Another major highlight was the cleanliness—both the apartment and its interiors were spotless upon arrival, which gave a great first impression and maintained a high standard throughout my stay. A great added bonus was the 10% discount at the nearby Beckett’s Pub, a lovely place to grab a drink or enjoy a meal. Having this perk made the stay even more enjoyable! The only minor drawbacks were the outdated elevator and the cleanliness of the external stairs, which could be improved. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

The flat was very spacious and the location is superb. very central with lots of restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. The flat was clean and staff very nice and helpful.

Would have been nice to have more bins (one in each bedroom, for example). And the only thing I would say, there were two of us staying for 5 nights and there were only 4 coffee pods in the pantry...

The location is brilliant for all of the top sites in Budapest. And very well suited to a group of five or six sharing. It's easy to find and the communication was very good. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby if you don't want to venture too far. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower which is also handy for a group sharing. It was spotlessly clean and felt safe.

If you wanted to cook in the apartment, the facilities weren't great, but I imagine most people would probably want to eat out. The only real downside was one of the bathrooms had a faint smell of drains.

The flat is close to metro, tram or walk to the center. It is situated on the street with many cafes and restaurants. The flat is huge, with 7 beds. Our flat was on the first floor. The heating temperature during the winter time was super fine and beds were comfy. Spar supermarket close by. The flat was accesible by lift or stairs.

Temperature for hot water was shaky. The first night after one shower, the water was runing cold😑 The first rooms door was making terrible noise and we had to fix it with oil or everybody was up during the night when the door was opened🙈 For 5 adults having only one toilet, was pain, to put it simple (toilet was separate from bathroom). In the pictures during the booking, we saw different flat, I think and with 2 bathrooms.

Very comfy studio in a traditional stile but with the contemporary facilities in the kitchen; warm, clean, calm though in the downtown. Nice and kind New Eve present in the morning on Dec 31st , which made our evening more sparkle :).

Expensive parking nearby - actually, this is a problem in the central areas of Budapest. The daily light is limited due to the architecture of the building.

On arrival in the lobby, we did not expect much. The instructions sent were very thorough but after a long morning, it felt a bit like an escape room adventure (in a fun way). We made our way up in the lift, taking in the courtyard on the way. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. Very stylish but simple at the same time and has beautiful high ceilings. There is lots of space to sit and socialise, lots of space on the various comfortable sofas. The living area is air conditioning which was a huge benefit as it was really humid during our visit. The bathroom has a great shower- always a bonus- and is clean and modern. The apartment also has a washing machine, we used this to spin dry our clothes after being caught in a torrential downpour of rain. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring Budapest. The Beckett Irish bar allowed us to keep our luggage stored there until our flight- and they give occupants of Karma Botique a 10% discount off food and drink. The host was very helpful and answered any questions within 24 hours. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The bedrooms could use air conditioning as they are really stuffy, the windows open out onto the balcony so not a great option.

The apartment was amazing better than expected! Great tall ceilings beautifully decorated, had a really relaxing feel about it and really spacious too, we all slept so well. The location is perfect, when we were dropped off at this beautiful place full of gorgeous restaurants and bars we were so pleased this was our base for the week! Everything was easy the staff in Becketts bar so friendly and helpful couldn't of asked for anymore. Perfect!!

Honestly there is nothing we didn't like it was perfect. The only thing that needs fixing is the cupboard in the hall way where the ironing board is, it does come away from the wall. But didn't cause any issue at all and doesn't detract from what a lovely apartment this is.

The whole experience was very easy. The host adrienn was very helpful. The apartment was immaculate. It had everything you could think of. And more that we didn't use. Very central location. Walking distance to so much.

It would be unfair of me to to write a negative. We had a very please t stay. While it was in an area overlooking the all the restaurants the apartment was very quiet.

Great location Very good bed and lots of space with all the comfort for families even with babies. Child seat, bath and cot all provided

The only sole remark I have is the accessibility with pram. The last ft is too narrow and small which means carrying all the stuff up and down every time I wasn't expecting this but now when I know the situation, I still would go back 👍

For the price I thought it would be basic but it was anything but. We booked what we thought was a 2 bed but it was actually a 3 bed. A lovely little lounge and kitchen, great aircon which was important to me, very comfy beds, lovely shower and so very quiet which I thought it wouldn't be as we were above a pub. Honestly could not fault it at all and would definitely stay again
