,big rooms though not very well designed, the toilette and the shower are quite small and the bed was also cooped between two walls- - the lift is operated only on check ik and check out. Since the rooms are on the first floor, which is more like 2nd floor, I didnt mind the extra workout, but this should be mentioned on the description - the location is central so if you want fresh air and open a window - it is noisy. I have asked for a quiet room, butI geuss this is as quite ad it gets

I stayed here for the F1 weekend as I left it last minute when I booked, it was reasonably priced and I was happy with it! I booked one of the small rooms as I was solo travelling and they messaged me to ensure I was aware before arrival, which was very thoughtful! It was small but fine for me and honestly no different to normal European hotel room sizes. The rooms were throughly cleaned everyday with fresh towels.

It can be a bit noisy in the mornings as people are leaving in the hallway and it’s not that well sound proofed but it was quiet at night time.

Great location in Budapest, close to public transportation (tram and subway) and within walking distance of major sites. The hotel was secure and the staff was very helpful. The room was large and I liked the toilet and shower were in separate rooms, so it is easy to get ready in the morning!

It was hard to find the hotel initially, as there is no “store front” at street level like we are used to. We found the address, but it took us a bit to find the small call box next to the door, which had the name of the hotel. We rang and once we were admitted, it was easy to find the hotel one floor up.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Adagio Downtown Rooms. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Having a capsule coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. The hot water pressure was excellent, and the bed was clean and very comfortable. It was also a great value for money. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Budapest. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and centrally located hotel!

We do not have breakfast, but the location is perfect. And girls on the reception desk are lovely and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our balcony was perfect and cute. We did not face any problem in the hotel. Also, we got some recommended from the girl on the reception desk. We tried their recommended restaurant for dinner, and it was perfect as well. We arrived before check in time, but our room was clean and ready, that's why we entered our room. Thank you all.

everything was good, maybe only there could be a special locker for luggage. Because there is an area for luggage but it is open. There is just a curtain.

Location was perfect a short walk to the river with plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from. Comms from the hotel were good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The extra bed on a mezzanine level was helpful for my son.

I would recommend the hotel and these maybe personal quirks however. The bed was hard and impacted on sleep but it was bearable, one size doesn't fit all. The WIFI was very poor. I accept there is a lot of people using it however, when you want to check TripAdvisor for places to visit and eat and you can't get on it is disappointing.

So happy with my hotel choice! The place was clean, staff were friendly & helpful & the distance between the hotel to the city center was maybe 20min by foot. Around the hotel you find cozy cafes (maybe 5 min far away in the same street both directions). The cleaning was provided every day by own choice. *The walls were quite thin so you could sometimes hear the neighbors 😄, but nothing crazy happened during my stay. Thank you to the staff for making my first stay in Budapest even better, I will definitely return!

In our room, there were steel stairs that led to the upstairs sleeping area. After a long day of exploring, it was quite challenging for me to navigate them when I just wanted to rest. However, I learned that if you indicate during your booking that you prefer a room without stairs, the hotel staff is more than willing to accommodate your request and will provide an alternative room. This is definitely a helpful tip for a more comfortable stay! One more thing to keep in mind: if you are traveling with children under 14, please be aware that, according to the hotel’s policies, they do not allow children in the rooms. It’s important to check this in advance to ensure a smooth stay.

The room was even better than in the pictures. It's very spacious, clean, and the location is excellent. I must mention the receptionist — she was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving her a raise! I would definitely choose this accommodation again for my next stay. It's very close to the city center, within walking distance, and there are also metro and train stations right in front. Additionally, we stayed over the weekend, and in Budapest, street parking is free on weekends, so we were able to park nearby, close to the building, which was fantastic. Just avoid parking directly in front of the apartment, as we were advised not to.

In general, it's a good place. It was very convenient to check in and check out ourselves, and we're very grateful for it! In our case, it happened such that we didn't have a chance to meet with a stuff - both when we moved in and out the reception desk was closed (because it was either a bit earlier or later than it's working hours). Very beautiful building, the room was clean and we even had drinking water, tea and coffee in the room! Also, the location is amazing

We didn't expect a 2-level room at all. Room photos were misleading and had photos only of one level room for our specific option. Maybe it'd be better to highlight it in the description of each specific room option? Also, soundisolation was not very good, and we had available sockets only on the second level (which made it less convenient for charging our phones)
