The modern look of the hotel and the cleanliness. The friendliness of the staff and also the hotel location. The fact they celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival was a lovely touch.

A daily supply of bottled water would have been a nice touch

Very nice breakfast! Huge range of products. Just normal, white onion was the only one product missing. Many different milks - lactose free etc. Sweet desets as well. Also - the staff had pancakes. It would be a good idea to make some for guests as well. Nice room temperature on arrival (quite chilly - just as I like). Location is splendid! Near to nurburgring and to the city center. Very helpful and nice staff. Adorable!

No onion during breakfast (white/red one, not this strange chinese one). Very bad GARAGE - small space and incredibly narrow entrance to the garage. For really skilled drivers only. Also GYM is very small. Would be nice if it was moved to bigger room, and You could add at least two machines for arms, back etc.

Disgusting smell of the sewerage in the bathroom which spread out to the room.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest — whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning!

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

Overall it was a nice stay, the room had a lot of natural light, it was spacious and really nicely designed, the breakfast bufet was delicious and a lot of options too (including lactose free milk <3). I enjoyed the interactions with the stuff, they were really kind and helpful and it is a very modern, but chill and cosy space. I enjoyed the personalised touches such as the greeting on the TV when entering the room and the fact that you could set your room on do not disturb from a tablet thingy. The options of the bistro were not a lot, but they were qualitative and the place is quiet central so it's easy to walk around (there is also a Penny near by). It was nice to walk around everyday and the park across the hotel made it seem like it was located in a garden. If you stay here you should also try the coffee from Cube Coffee Bar. Overall great experience.

This was my mistake, cause I did not check the pictures carefully, but I did not realise the bathroom is a walk in shower in the room with glass walls. So keep that in mind if you travel with people and you are not really comfortable showering in front of. Moreover, even though the room was clean something about it made it feel a little dusty, but I am unsure what and this feeling was even after the cleaning person did their round for the day. I think a little bit more attention to details would help.

A modern and comfortable hotel in a perfect location. It's close to all the attractions of downtown Pest, yet on a very quiet street, next to a nice little park, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Close to the metro. The rooms have a modern design, very comfortable. AC works well and is quiet enough to be left running at night (important as the windows don't open). Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - large selection of different food, including vegetarian options, and very tasty.

Nothing really bad to write. Just one note to people travelling as couples - you'd better be comfortable being intimate with each other, as the modern design leaves much of the bathroom space in open view of the room.

Good location close to public transport & found it really easy getting a bus & metro from the airport. The room was perfect size for me and the terrace was great to be able to relax in the sun. I went out for food and drink instead of staying in the hotel but theres loads of places within walking distance & shops close by.

The only thing I would criticise in the room was that in the bathroom it was a little dusty on the shelves and on the coffee machine but that's not a big deal, it was a lovely hotel.

The room was spacious and had everything you need. The beds were really comfortable which was awesome after a long day of exploring. The AC was very efficient had helped to cool us down after a day in 37deg heat. The bathroom had the option of both a bath or a shower which was great. The breakfast buffet has wonderful variety, is fresh and very tasty. A great way to start the day! Most sights are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend Up Hotel for anyone visiting Budapest. They also have a 24 hour front desk which was perfect for our 12:30am check-in.
