The modern look of the hotel and the cleanliness. The friendliness of the staff and also the hotel location. The fact they celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival was a lovely touch.

A daily supply of bottled water would have been a nice touch

Disgusting smell of the sewerage in the bathroom which spread out to the room.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient — close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Budapest — whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning!

Nothing, everything was just perfect!

Good location close to public transport & found it really easy getting a bus & metro from the airport. The room was perfect size for me and the terrace was great to be able to relax in the sun. I went out for food and drink instead of staying in the hotel but theres loads of places within walking distance & shops close by.

The only thing I would criticise in the room was that in the bathroom it was a little dusty on the shelves and on the coffee machine but that's not a big deal, it was a lovely hotel.

A modern and comfortable hotel in a perfect location. It's close to all the attractions of downtown Pest, yet on a very quiet street, next to a nice little park, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. Close to the metro. The rooms have a modern design, very comfortable. AC works well and is quiet enough to be left running at night (important as the windows don't open). Very nice and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - large selection of different food, including vegetarian options, and very tasty.

Nothing really bad to write. Just one note to people travelling as couples - you'd better be comfortable being intimate with each other, as the modern design leaves much of the bathroom space in open view of the room.

Great breakfast with lots of choice and fantastic to have lactose free options on milk & coffee machine. Great location, only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, tram/bus and metro. For those who wanted to walk more it's 30-40 mins to City Park and in the opposite direction Basilica of St Stephen, Ferris Wheel & the Danube. We made very good use of the public transport pass on BudapestGo app hoping on and off trams, buses and the metro, so easy to 'scan and go'. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Very clean and nicely presented room + ensuite. Enjoyed using the sun terrace when my daughter needed some down time from sightseeing!

Shame there wasn't a lactose free yoghurt option and the gluten free options were not great. Unfortunately we found the mattresses very firm and therefore uncomfortable for us. The electric blind was novel but without a casing around it, it let lots of light in early in the morning and woke us up too early! Needs curtains or a casing too reduce light.

The hotel was amazing! Clean! Cozy! With great view! We loved it! Everyone was so friendly and kind! Breakfast was perfect every morning and the quality was great! The location was near by the subway, Andrassy ut was very very close and there were many restaurants and cafes near by. I totally recommend it! If the weather is warm you can walk instaed if using the subway.

To be honest there is not something i would complain for. Perhaps i would say that the floor in the room needed to be wipped daily, but i don't think this would be important for somenone that is not going to spend much time there. I spent there a whole week, so this is why i noticed it. Oh and another thing i noticed is that on a snowy day there was a line of water to the pilar next to the window. Truly i dont think that these are serious problems. The room was amazing!

Very modern and clean. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, even the second bed, which is a sofa bed, was really comfortable.

There is no physical phone, everything is done through a tablet or TV. When this doesn't work the only way you can speak to the concierge team is by going to them. Our tablet kept losing connection and the AC stopped working twice - once in the night. Mod cons are great when they work but when they don't work it is a pain if there is no back up plan.
