Nice and large common room with a good view and not too busy. The receptionist and staff were incredibly friendly and responsive. Room was large and had a fan. Kitchen was usable but lacking condiments like salt, pepper, oil etc.

Bed was thin and uncomfortable but bearable for one night. Only had one pillow like the very soft ones my grandmother has on her couch, though those are more comfortable to sleep on. They responded and said they had spares so maybe I should have asked instead. No AC in the room either but it got cool at night with an open window so it was okay. I would rate this a 7.5 not an 8.

The accommodation was good – clean and comfortable. Great location, not far from the city center. It took us only 20 minutes to walk, or you can take a train as the stop is very close. There are plenty of pubs, restaurants, and cafés in the area, as well as a 24/7 mini-shop right in front of the apartment. The administrator was very nice, answered all our questions, and helped us with parking.

Unfortunately, the boiler wasn’t working, so there was no hot water in our room. The air conditioner didn’t work either. Although there was a fan provided, it was still very hot to sleep. We hope that these small inconveniences will be resolved, as the place is really a very good option to stay.

The location is wonderful, right next to bus/metro stations, easy to get to all the main attractions. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, within walking distance to the Opera House. The private room is tidy, there is no AC but it stays cool since the ceilings are very high (I was traveling in the beginning of June). The common areas are spacious and clean, WiFi works well. The host is very responsive, all check-in and check-out instructions are very detailed and clear. Will definitely stay there again if I am in the area!

Nothing! It might get a bit noisy since there is a large intersection, but it wasn't an issue for me personally, and there are ear plugs available. There are strict quiet hours at the property, so no need to worry about the noise from the tenants.

For the purpose and need, it was very good (for one night). Very centrally located, the city center is easily reachable on foot. Although the accommodation is at an intersection, the noise was quite manageable. Overall a good place to stay for a short trip.

Communication and information via Booking were smooth, but the on-site check-in was much more unsatisfactory. The staff didn’t show up at the agreed check-in time, even though we arrived on time. The staff was only reachable 10 minutes later, after multiple calls (via all possible channels), and we were sent instructions via WhatsApp. One needs to have the instructions to be able to get in. Additionally, the floor in the room didn’t seem to have been cleaned thoroughly.

The location is fantastic right next to bus and metro stations, making it very convenient to reach all the main attractions. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, The private room was clean and comfortable; The common areas are spacious and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay. The host was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and thorough. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Great location, extremely kind and friendly staff- responsive to messages before I arrived and went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed. I only had 48 hours on Budapest but saw a lot thanks to tips and advice given. Comfortable bed and fan helped as it was very hot. Clean, spacious hostel. Flexible with check in and check out. Great value for money.

AC would have been really nice to have. I had a private room so could direct it right at me, which was satisfactory. Might have been less pleasant in a dorm situation. The showers (single sex) only had curtains rather than doors. Personally I would prefer more privacy.

None, maybe one shared bathroom is not enough for all guests

It's right next to the metro station Oktogon and 10-15 minutes by foot from the train station. The host was nice and very accommodating, communication with him was fast and easy. The kitchen was equipped nicely and instant coffee was available, too. The shared space was really nice and roomy, also our private room was good, each bed has its own electric sockets and curtains for privacy. My group had our own room and apart of that, we almost never met with other guests, it almost felt like we had the whole place for ourselves. We're used to living in dorms with shared spaces, so for us sharing wasn't a problem and we were actually quite surprised how nice the place is for a hostel. Overall it is a great value for the price.

price, minimalistic hostel, simple but very cozy for me, appropriate for young travellers :) , quick and right instructions for self check in, quick responses and kind owners, quiet room and quiet hosts in other rooms :)

there was no shower or i could not find it but 4 toilets , so i used lavatory :) , for me no problem, for the price it was luxury for me anyway :) , i made a soap with help of boiling machine :) , microwave was there too

Perfect location, easy to get anywhere. The owner replyed quickly to questions. As I traveled alone I was a bit hesitating with the self check in and no one to meet when arriving. But it was ok and all instructions sent to me were clear and friendly.

My room was very close to the entrance so I heard everyone who were coming in and out, but it wasn't crowded. If you are a light sleeper this might be important.
