Everything, from the moment we arrived until the time we left, was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We were presented with a bottle of fizz and a cake for my husband's birthday, which was a lovely touch. The room was spacious and cleaned/tidied daily. The breakfast deserves its own mention, as it was plentiful and tasty - cooked and deli meats, eggs, cheeses, salmon, pastries, breads, cereal, yoghurt and fruit. Basically, there was something for everyone, and sparkling wine was available every day. The spa area was a nice addition with great views over the city. It was particularly good on our last day as we had a late flight and were allowed to continue using the facilities once we'd checked out, so we made use of the hot tub and sauna to while away a few hours. The location of the hotel is ideal, as it's centrally located with fairly easy walks (or short Uber rides) down to the river, to the castle on the Buda side of the river, or to City Park, Heroes Square or Szetchnyi thermal spa. Plenty of bars and restaurants around (highly recommend Dehraduna Dumplings for a cheap and tasty meal or takeaway), and a 10-15min walk to the Szimpla Kert ruin bar and Karavan street food. Thank you to the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Arguably the best stay I ever had in any hotel. The room is exactly like the photos, and also included a quite spacious terrace we really enjoyed. Amenities are perfect and even includes an oven that was pretty useful. The team is just perfect and even greets you with a champagne cup upon arrival. The jacuzzi /spa area is quite nice too. Cleanliness of the hotel is just perfect, and the breakfast had many options, all of them with amazing quality. Location is just 15-20 min from the city centre which is also convinient. Overall, I would strongly recommend this hotel and certainly will pick it again for any following stay in Budapest.

We booked a disconnected room (not in main building). I was a little worried about this, but it ended up being amazing! The ceiling was sloped like an attic, with sky lights that only showed the sky (still private), which we loved. The room was clean and spacious. The building was about 30 paces away from the main lobby and still in a security-protected, elevator building. The included breakfast in the main lobby was lovely, and we loved sitting in the room that felt like an atrium. Welcome drinks were a nice touch. Reusable water bottles in room were a great touch, also.

Being in the main building could have been nice, so we could more easily take advantage of the spa area. We never quite got around to it (only because exploring Budapest was so fun). That said, I'd be happy booking this exact same room again! I don't know if I'd like the main building rooms as much, since we loved our stay so much as is.

We had an executive suite with kitchen and the size was good. The location of the hotel was good also, not too far from the historic center of the city. The breakfast was decent.

The first night we had an issue with the bathroom, because it was smelling sewage. We had to cover drainage of the shower with a wet towel to block the smell. We told the receptionist and the next day maintenance seems they solved the problem since the following 2 days we didn't smell it bad again. Also the TV had limited channels, only Hungarian and news channels in English, which nowadays you don't want to see idurung vacation since there are only bad things on the news.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were small but a really welcome addition and we were able to use them after we checked out. It was memorable sitting in the hot tub overlooking the skyline. The breakfast was tasty and comprehensive. The location was great as it was close to public transport and within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants. However it was quiet so we didn't have any problems getting to sleep. The bed was really comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had two rooms and one was quite small, so if you need your space you should consider staying in a different room type.

I got replies very fast. It is possible to leave a bag if needed. Breakfast was very good, like super good. They even changed options between days (eggs, sausages, pancakes, salmon, chia pudding, overnight oats...). As well last day I was leaving before breakfast, so they packed me some snacks. Hotel on in quiet street, so no noise from cars and not much traffic. And its 5min walk to main street where trams goes to railway station, or Budda side.

I needed to pay through separate link, not through booking.com. Which looked suspicious a bit, but seems its common thing in Budapest. All went fine and I got invoice immediately after payment

The room was fantastic (we had Royal Suite on the top), with a beautiful views, big and elegant bathroom, balcony with a private sauna, so we were fully satisfied with the room provided! The wellness are at the top of the hotel is also very handy a may provide a time for relaxation after during busy days walking around Budapest

Everything about the hotel and accommodation itself was great. Just a small note discomfort we got about a small kids playground at the breakfast - unfortunately AC fan blow it the way kids are playing which is a bit uncomfortable, and could cause some health problems to a child, but we managed it.

After a 20-day Europe trip, we stayed here for our final night—and it was the perfect choice. Warm welcome with drinks, a spacious clean room with a balcony, and excellent service throughout. On checkout day, while waiting in the lobby for our taxi to the airport (room couldn’t be extended as the hotel was fully booked), we were still looked after with genuine care. Special thanks to Dori and Karolina—both incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, always with a smile and ready to help. Also a big thanks to A’lmos from the night shift for his courteous and thoughtful service. Kudos to the management for building such a dedicated and warm-hearted team!

The only downside was the breakfast—quality was fine but the variety was quite limited compared to similar hotels.

Check in was quick & easy, room was ready early and we didn't have to pay extra which was a bonus. Breakfast - there was lots of choice (cereal, yogurt, bread, rolls, sausage, baked beans, eggs, salmon, ham, cheese plus more!) it was never overly busy. The room was large, a comfy double bed and a small balcony which we didn't expect so was a nice extra! We didn't use the wellness centre (only because we were out & about, then asleep!) The staff are lovely, very informative & helpful. 5 mins walk to New York Cafe, half hour walk to National Museum, 50mins walk to river Danube (with plenty to see on the way!) Would 100% recommend!

From the moment you enter BO33 you feel special. A free glass of lemonade, baggage storage if you are early, the super friendly staff at reception, taking time to explain and answer questions. Some of the cleanest rooms we ever experienced in a hotel. The (champagne) breakfast with a bit of variation each morning (again super friendly staff). The location is good, within walking distance to the centrum or a hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus pick up point. Reception arranges Taxi service quick and efficient if needed. It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood. The cherry on the cake, take someone there on their birthday, they will enjoy the surprise from the hotel! (BO33 do the effort and check which guests have a birthday while staying, you do not have to do anything.)
