Every morning, there were Nespresso cups of coffee available in the room. Free snacks were offered with the coffee in the afternoon. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro. While the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, the hotel itself is very good.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the hotel everything was great except for one thing. The elevator was a bit frustrating because after pressing the button to go to my room, the doors would close but then reopen, and I had to press the button again. Aside from that, my experience was very positive.

Well situated and easy to find just outside the main centre of the city. Excellent public transport links into the centre. A relatively small hotel with friendly staff. Options to have room cleaned fully or partially for environmental reasons. Free coffee and tea with afternoon snacks very welcome each day. Lovely on three warm days to be able to open the window and get fresh air through.

The area around the hotel didn’t feel very nice. It wasn’t unsafe but there were often homeless people looking through trash either on the main road or in the park by the hotel.

Simplicity is the word that would describe the best our stay at the Bristol Hotel. Simple and fast check in and check out, friendly staff, clean room, 24/7 front desk, and great breakfast. If we ever return to Budapest (which will happen for sure) we will book this hotel again. The hotel is in the quiet street, relatively nearby to all landmarks, but very nearby tram and bus station. Cleaning staff would check if you need anything even if you didn't put a sign on your door, but they would do it in a manner that will not distrubt your piece. People who work at the front desk speak almost fluent English and are always at your disposal, they were very quick to assist with any dilemma we had. Overall great experience!

All good, nothing to complain about.

It is within walking distance from the N° 4 and 6 tram lines, as well as 2 blocks away from an M4 metro station. There is a known supermarket on the opposite corner to the hotel. Room has a safe and it is very comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and courteous.

I kept receiving messages from the hotel account through the app that seemed like phishing. If you do, do not click on any link. The staff said they had reported it to Booking, and they asked me to ignore them and not click on anything, but I kept receiving the messages until 3 nights before my arrival. I sent a message to Booking customer service and never got a reply. Beware in case you are in the same situation

This is the best hotel that I have stayed so far when we were in Europe for 12 days. It’s so clean, neat, spotless, up-to-date facility. We love their shower gels and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The location is central, which is a great thing, literally across from the street is the bus station that can take you anywhere in Budapest. Only 30 minutes driving away from airport. You can walk to attractions as well. The price is affordable. This is best value for the money we paid. The staff is so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. If i come back, I definitely will stay in this hotel again. Will recommend it to friends and family. Love this hotel so much!

he only thing is that the air-condition didn't work just the vent was working. Due to that we had to open the windows and noise came in.

Location is amazing. Reception personnel is really nice. Their 13 - 20 coffee and snacks break is a nice touch as you can have a coffee and eat some cookies/fruits for free every day. Kudos for that. Also beds are really comfortable!

The policy of no cleaning unless requested. They said if we want the room cleaned we need to hang the CLeaning card on the door (outside) so they know. One room didn't had such a card. Also the air conditioner temperature setting button was missing. Told them at the reception and they said someone will come next day and see if it can be fixed, but we shouldn't worry because even if it misses that button it should be set on 25 degrees. Well, nobody came. We didn't remind them as we were mostly out in the city, and nobody bothered to ask us anymore.

Our stay was great. My partner stumbled on this place whilst looking for a nature retreat and liked the place instantly. The staff made us feel welcome and was very attentive. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked ☹ in this hospitality industry a smile goes a long way and indeed they did this 😀. Located between Astoria and Keleti made getting around very easy. The room was well sized and clean and tidy. The facilities were excellent and most important everything worked as it should. Dont expect a view, but the iner court canvas is a great concept. The breakfast was plentiful and the afternoon snacks and beverage option was a nice gesture. The bed was very comfortable.

I can't fault anything about our stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bristol and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My room was not only spotlessly clean and new, but it was also incredibly spacious and comfortable. It was well-appointed with all the necessary accessories, making my stay even more convenient. While the hotel's location is conveniently close to the central train and bus stations, it is worth noting that it is a bit further from the city center. However, the excellent public transportation links make getting around a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the superb breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I was truly spoiled for choice! The staff at Hotel Bristol deserve special mention. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee and snacks available at reception between 1pm and 8pm were a wonderful touch and added a real sense of hospitality to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bristol to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It offers excellent value for money, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service.

Location of the hotel, close to the main station and located on the main street. Breakfast menu and coffee provision. Big and spacious room.

The drain in the bathroom was poor. The room I was offered was on the ground floor but it was difficult to take baths as the drain was not at all efficient. When conveyed to the hotel management, they seem to know that this issue exists but didn't care to do anything about it. I would avoid staying on the ground floor room numbers 100, 200, 300 in this hotel.
