It is within walking distance from the N° 4 and 6 tram lines, as well as 2 blocks away from an M4 metro station. There is a known supermarket on the opposite corner to the hotel. Room has a safe and it is very comfortable. The staff is very accommodating and courteous.

I kept receiving messages from the hotel account through the app that seemed like phishing. If you do, do not click on any link. The staff said they had reported it to Booking, and they asked me to ignore them and not click on anything, but I kept receiving the messages until 3 nights before my arrival. I sent a message to Booking customer service and never got a reply. Beware in case you are in the same situation

Room was specious and clean, bath was great. T

he only thing is that the air-condition didn't work just the vent was working. Due to that we had to open the windows and noise came in.

This is the best hotel that I have stayed so far when we were in Europe for 12 days. It’s so clean, neat, spotless, up-to-date facility. We love their shower gels and decor of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The location is central, which is a great thing, literally across from the street is the bus station that can take you anywhere in Budapest. Only 30 minutes driving away from airport. You can walk to attractions as well. The price is affordable. This is best value for the money we paid. The staff is so kind and helpful. I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. If i come back, I definitely will stay in this hotel again. Will recommend it to friends and family. Love this hotel so much!

Every thing and all of the staffs are so nice. Can’t complain

Location is amazing. Reception personnel is really nice. Their 13 - 20 coffee and snacks break is a nice touch as you can have a coffee and eat some cookies/fruits for free every day. Kudos for that. Also beds are really comfortable!

The policy of no cleaning unless requested. They said if we want the room cleaned we need to hang the CLeaning card on the door (outside) so they know. One room didn't had such a card. Also the air conditioner temperature setting button was missing. Told them at the reception and they said someone will come next day and see if it can be fixed, but we shouldn't worry because even if it misses that button it should be set on 25 degrees. Well, nobody came. We didn't remind them as we were mostly out in the city, and nobody bothered to ask us anymore.

Our stay was great. My partner stumbled on this place whilst looking for a nature retreat and liked the place instantly. The staff made us feel welcome and was very attentive. We would have stayed longer but they were fully booked ☹ in this hospitality industry a smile goes a long way and indeed they did this 😀. Located between Astoria and Keleti made getting around very easy. The room was well sized and clean and tidy. The facilities were excellent and most important everything worked as it should. Dont expect a view, but the iner court canvas is a great concept. The breakfast was plentiful and the afternoon snacks and beverage option was a nice gesture. The bed was very comfortable.

I can't fault anything about our stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bristol and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. My room was not only spotlessly clean and new, but it was also incredibly spacious and comfortable. It was well-appointed with all the necessary accessories, making my stay even more convenient. While the hotel's location is conveniently close to the central train and bus stations, it is worth noting that it is a bit further from the city center. However, the excellent public transportation links make getting around a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the superb breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. I was truly spoiled for choice! The staff at Hotel Bristol deserve special mention. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee and snacks available at reception between 1pm and 8pm were a wonderful touch and added a real sense of hospitality to my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Bristol to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It offers excellent value for money, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, right next to the Kileti railway station, a 5-minute walk, decent varied breakfasts, everyone can choose something to their taste, very tasty coffee. We were accommodated in room #109, its windows overlook the courtyard, since it’s cool there, you can sleep with the windows ventilated and without air conditioning; sleeping in such a room was simply gorgeous, high ceilings and fresh air are the key to quality sleep. Friendly and polite staff.

On the 3rd day, a light bulb in the bathroom burned out, we reported it, but it was never changed until we checked out on the 5th day. There were no disposable slippers in the room, which is strange for a 4* hotel.

Breakfast was probably highlight. It was really good selection, very tasty, I'd probably say — excluding really fancy hotels — this one was the best we've been to. Even coffee was fairly good (and I'm peculiar about it…) and tea selection was superb. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, really clean, big enough. Staff was nice and helpful too. Overall one of better stays we had :)

Really minor (or personal) things. They provided us with two small covers while we'd much more prefer one large. Bed also had tendency to move slightly if we sat by the wall side. Location was reasonable, easy access to buses and metro and even walk to centre was fine, but definitely wouldn't call it a highlight of the hotel. Definitely a lot of people in the area that made us uncomfortable, but TBH it was true in most parts of Budapest.

I would like to emphasise the location of this hotel, it seems to be in a not very beautiful place, but there are a lot of opportunities around - from walking to the best croissants in the city, etc. I was also very pleased with the Easter menu and the personalised greetings, it was the little things that I remembered!

You can find flaws in any hotel, but in this case, even if they were - they were not conspicuous and did not annoy me. I had a good impression of the city and the hotel did not spoil it.

We stayed 3 nights at the Bristol Hotel, for our Easter break. The hotel provides a very good breakfast buffet with a good variety of options and a convenient schedule (until 10am). The staff was very polite and always available. The payment was made directly through booking.com and there wer no hidden fees. The room decoration has a contemporary touch and is well maintained. All usual and necessary amenities were available at the room (sewing kit, shower caps, slippers, ect apart from a robe). We appreciate the courtesy tea and water available in the the room all days. Additionally, since it was Easter, the Hotel was kind and left a "happy holidays" card and a chocolate. The location doesn't pose a problem. If you don't want to walk (as we did the 3 days), despite not staying at the heart of the city center, you have metro station and many public bus stops on the whereabouts.

Due to the architecture of the building, the hotel doesn't' offer that many "shared" spaces, only the lobby that is always "open". It could have been nice to have an additional set of towels.
