The room is nice, clean, and looks well maintained. The beds are comfortable. You can use the shared kitchen to make coffee, heat up food in the microwave, or store groceries in the fridge. Parking – The hotel offers its own parking, but the price is €18 per day. Alternatively, you can park on the street. We were there during the weekend, so parking was free. We left our car on Luther Street, just a few minutes’ walk from Fanni Guesthouse, and there were plenty of available spots. You can also use the Parkl app to check which parking zone you are in, and maybe even pay for parking through the app. Check-in – You check in at Omega Guesthouse, about a 5-minute walk from Fanni Guesthouse (right next to Lidl). They charged us a €10 key deposit, which was returned at check-out.

I wish there was more information about parking on Booking. It’s inconvenient that you have to book and pay without free cancellation before you can even ask the hotel about parking. The kettle in the kitchen could use some descaling. The view from our room was not nice. There is no AC in the room, only a fan – but the fan was enough to keep the room cool.

Hi) Thanks again for the accommodation. I would like to notice Annamaria, just an incredibly unbelievable and beautiful woman. I have a very early arrival in Budapest, but the hotel provided me a room also much earlier. The room was nice and clean, the size was also nice and it had a very affordable price. Thanks again to the hotel and especially to Annamaria ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Definitely stay in this hotel one more time.

Staff were very nice and polite. Location was good it was walkable and close to train station, grocery store and laundromat.

The reception was in different building and that was little bit inconvenient.

It was a quiet space with a view of the courtyard. The room was not too small and the bathroom was good too. The beds were not too soft but I slept really well.

It was at first unclear to me how to enter. My Hungarian friend had to call and only then could we figure it out. It can be noisy in the kitchen, but it’s always quiet between 22:00 and 8:00.

The location is very central. And a great value for money. More over the receptionist was the best. She helped us take some prints after I lost my phone in the city for my train tickets so that I can reach home. She was extremely friendly and helpful. You have all the supermarkets and metro station so close.

The lift is pretty much old. Please don't take it unless you wanna get stuck in. But climbing a couple of floors is healthy so use the wonderful old stair's. The location is damm central so expect the city sounds. It's not the quietest location but a cute and comfy one.

Due to some technicalities we got our room at Omega Guesthouse, the "sister" property. I totally considered this as an upgrade, it's closer to the metro and tram stops. The room was big, although the bathroom was tiny. Street noise can be an issue.

The bathroom is a bit too small. Street noise can be an issue. And guys, can you please put more than cutlery in the tiny kitchen? Would be nice to have some salt, vinegar... too :)

The hotel is pretty close to the city center and all of the attractions. The room was just enough for 2 adults. There were plates and other necessary utensils in the kitchen.

The kitchen itself could use some cleaning. Other than that, everything was pretty clean. The sink in the kitchen clogged easily. The rooms are very close to the main road which caused a lot of noise and discomfort at night.

The room was clean and comfortable it had a good bathroom too, it was useful to have access to a kitchen as well, the property is close to a metro station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by

It was a little awkward having to pick up and drop off the keys to the room at another location.

Distance to city center, cleanliness.

The owners should have sent the check-in instructions earlier, not after a phone call. Or just inform when such instructions will be sent.

We liked the location and the view from the room, the staff was kind and helpful, and they spoke excellent English.

Finding the room itself was a bit of a treasure hunt, so look out for that, but all in all it was a pleasant experience which we already consider repeating in the future.
