Excellent location, next to tram stop and metro station. Excellent staff - who go out of their way to help. Room had all the essentials

WiFi is terrible. Not reliable for work, I had to go to another location for an important meeting. Even simple browsing is difficult. This is the only drawback but in this day and age it is a very critical one, and weirdly easy to solve so I am not sure why this hasn’t been done. Even the small cafes have good WiFi internet.

Excellent location on the intersection of two thoroughfares. There is a metro station right underneath the hotel which you access by walking 50m from the lobby. There is a streetcar station 20m across the street from the lobby. You can reach all of Budapest from here. Apothecary and banks are next door. A little walk will take you into the thriving Jewish District with all of its bars and restaurants. The hotel has a working bar that is open every night, even on holidays, and they offer food. (Hotel bars are very important for yours truly, and I loathe the place where I cannot get anything to drink or a small meal after getting back to my room.) The staff are uber friendly, helpful, and they even put up with my smattering of Hungarian. Staffing is 24/7 as it should be in a decent hotel. Breakfast is quite good. My hotel room, although small, had a writing desk. Room service was available every day, and they communicated with us. There was a minibar in the room. The hotel has a history, and it feels well.

The rooms I had (116 for me and my wife, 414 for our two sons) were too small . Frankly, there was not enough room to swing a cat, and particularly no way to put your suitcases out of sight. When under heavy duty, the -- otherwise excellent -- breakfast buffet quickly turns into an "elfogjott" mode. I never got to taste my son's recommendation of the lazac tatár :-) But that shows the level of my critisicsm -- all the same, it would by nice if the buffet were replenished quicker.

The hotel itself was inside a beautiful building with a nice interior. It is perfectly located near the city center very close to a big square with a metro station and a great variety of stores and restaurants. However, it was still very quiet inside our room. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was in a beautiful room and it offered a large variety of options, all of which were very delicious.

The only problem we had was with the housekeeping: We asked to have the bedsheets changed several times, but they had not been changed. However, the reception staff was very helpful and made sure that our bedsheets were changed eventually.

Really good location right opposite tram/bus and metro very easy to travel about Budapest for our first visit The room although not huge was more than big enough for our 5 night stay and clean The breakfast was very good with many different options for different taste/dietary needs The staff were always friendly and very helpful and even confirmed my airport transfer when asked Free wifi with our room , worked well Local shops 2 mins including Spar/tesco/lidl's great for picking up picnic items if budgeting

There isn't anything that I did not like , if more facilities required I would have paid for a more expensive hotel There is a sauna but we were too busy around the city to use it

The location was perfect. For someone who lakes to walk a lot I found it possible to visit everywhere on my wish list on foot. At check in I was met with very friendly efficiency. The breakfast menu was excellent and I particularly liked the ambience in the bar in the evening with the piano player. The room was of a very high standard. Even at 06:30 0n Sunday morning check out was as smooth as check in.

The only downside was despite being on the 4th floor the road noise was evident throughout the night. I would ask for a room away from the road next time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a large selection of food for breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently placed and near some great restaurants and bars like the New York Cafe, Mazel Tov and the Ruin Bars. There are many public transport links nearby which are very affordable and if you like walking, the city centre and the Danube River are in reach.

Great location, breakfast is very tasty and lots of options. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, very comfortable bed and great shower. 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast, dinner and location, bed, everything was clean in high standards, accessories in bathroom were great. I would come back in the hotel because of high cleaning standards, location, great food, bed is fabulous, great people are working in hotel, all are very nice, and room is very very comfortable, and the price is affordable for everyone, and lower than other hotels nearby.

Hotel does not have their own parking place like it says on Booking. It is very close, but you have to pay for it, 15 Eur for a day. Hotel need more people to work in dining room, especially at evening and who are serving a dinner, and in kitchen. Food is great, but, we waited for desert about 45 minutes.

Good location, but not exactly where the action was. Food was great in the restaurant. Daniel who was one of the staff gave us a superb briefing on the country and city. He really went above and beyond. Just so impressed with him. He is a great asset to the hotel.

Originally tour company was staying here, but then it was changed to a sister hotel. This wasn't the best spot for walking. Wished more Hungarian signs had English as well as Hungarian in Budapest!

We liked everything, the staff was kind and the hotel is nicely renovated. Our room was modern, spacious and clean (except the floor carpet). The breakfast was also good with a huge variety. We can only recommend the hotel and I would return if I need an accomodation in Budapest.

The floor carpet was in our room dirty. I understand that some guests cannot take care of the hotel's equipment, but I am also sure that the floor carpet was not vacuumed before our arrival.
