The gaming atmosphere, the coffee machine available 24/7,our comfy room

The breakfast wasn't very varied and when you sit In the last 30 mins ,the staff stands one meter away from you ,waiting for you to finish your last bite or sip and immediately jumps to pick your dish ,made us feel uncomfortable.

Friendly staff who are very accommodating and helpful during check in and breakfast. Room is fantastic value for money, particularly with breakfast, which offers a fantastic continental range and served from 6:30 AM. WiFi is excellent, room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Excellent-quality windows - my room overlooked a main road and I could hardly hear anything when the windows were closed. Air conditioning in the room. Amenities like a coffee shop and supermarket within a few steps. You really can’t go wrong.

A few stains were left on the curtains and the wall by the bed (everything else perfectly fine), and the TV was a bit quiet on some channels (at full volume). Noticeable noise at times from the adjacent room.

Location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

There were renovations in the hotel, usually need to warn about this.

Modern hotel, close to the Danube and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Whilst air conditioning appeared to be available in the rooms, the rooms were stuffy and hot. When I enquired about it. I was told that the air conditioning wasn't working. A lady was sent to sort it out, however she just turned on the air conditioning fans and they didn't work either. Made it hard with drinks given there wasn't a fridge either. Whilst the room had a huge bathroom and was very modern, there was nowhere to put toiletries etc. Neither of these concerns were enough to really be too critical however

The breakfast was really good and the personnel taking care of it was very attentive, it was never missing anything. The food was fresh and the room tidy. The staff at the Reception very friendly and ready to help, very polite and nice. Our request for a room at a higher floor was also considered. The city center can be reached in about 20-30 minutes walk. Bolt or Uber are good and reasonable options to move around in Budapest as well.

The lack of a small fridge in the room as well as some small details missing like glasses to have a drink. We got glasses on request from the bar and we could store some small bag for a limited time in the fridge at main desk.

The hotel is in an excellent position at the center of the town and close to sights like the new york cafe, the liszt academy etc. Also it is exactly near to the station of the M2 subway line, from where you can transit anywhere at the city. The breakfast was amazing and the service was friendly and helpful!

Only minor details, the sanitary bags were very few and were not being changed daily. The hair dryer was not that good and we had to ask for a new one. Also the room was extremely narrow and had not a fridge. Besides that, all was satisfactory.

Very courteous staff. Good breakfast. Nice location: nearby main markets and metro station. Not very expensive. Overall decent value for money.

I chose this hotel because it was walking distance from the main railway station (Keleti). And there was a metro stop next door. I'm wondering, in retrospect, if I should have chosen something nearer the center. The room was warm, but I was able to open the window to cool it down (the air-conditioning does not cool in the winters). There was no kettle in the room, but I was able to go down, get hot water, and bring it up for our room coffee.

Hotel is convenient for the Railway station. Modern and clean, it was in the process of some redecoration, but that did not detract from our experience. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. We bought a 72 hour bus/tram travel ticket via an app, which was very useful as the bus stops are located near the hotel.

Nothing that we didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was great! In Lobby, yiou can have coffees by coffee machine, hot water, you can have tea too, all of it free of charge, this is a good compliment to people who stay. Room size was good for 2 people, I love the design of Ibis Styles in Hungary,. Staff was friendly and helpful, thanks a lot!

Room was good, but the curtains could have been cleaner, but the floors etc were clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Fanni at the front desk! She always greeted us with a smile and answered any questions that we had. My wife was in a wheelchair when we arrived and Fanni placed us in a handicap room without even asking!

The breakfast was very limited and not much that we ate. In fact we did not even get the breakfast the last two days that we stayed.
