The room on the inside part of the hotel have no windows to the outside. It was also a bit hot in the room. In the morning we could hear kinds running and being a bit loud in the hallways

Eszter Jancsari was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and made our whole group feel welcome. She made sure to answer all of our questions. She helped arrange our Danube Evening River cruise and our Airport transfer. Our several day stay at the hotel was made so much better because of her. We also would like to mention Ronni and Laci for their exceptional service. But the whole staff at Atrium Fashion Hotel were excellent. Rooms were well appointed and always maintained. We were booked in room 414, with the rest of my group booked in rooms 415, 410 and 405. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. We had a very early flight from Budapest, but Eszter was great and prepared a takeaway meal for us to bring to the airport

We like the location, room , breakfast and cleanliness. The hotel is very pleasant, you get a nice feeling about it.

The most of the canteen staff are rather miserable, not friendly at all, don’t smile and I didn’t feel welcome at all during breakfast time. When you work in service you should be taught how to deal with guests who pay quite a lot of money for their stay.

It was a comfortable stay. The bed was nice. Parking on the street was free during the weekend. It's a location close to many important spots in Budapest.

-Rooms don't have a window, no natural light gets inside. The window is facing the atrium halls. It's fine for a night or two, but for longer stays I would recommend rooms with real windows. -The breakfast area is small and it was crowded. At any time during the breakfast time, people had to wait minimum 5-10 minute for a table.

This hotel is in a great location to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel is decorated brightly and is very comfortable, great to have a kettle and good supply of tea and coffee and a good size fridge with complimentary water. The reception staff are very helpful.

The breakfast was adequate. Found the bath with shower over very dangerous as the base of the bath is more shallow than the outside and slopes, consequently, I slipped when coming out as it was a deeper step and the floor has very shiny slippery tiles. Handrail near the shower but not at the place you need it (to help when stepping out).

Room was perfect for what we wanted it for - absolutely ideal for somewhere just to lay your head at night, Conveniently located too very central and everywhere is at most a 75 minute walk away, tram and bus stop just outside the door too, bus to airport just 15 minute walk away etc. Spar, McDonald's, burger king, pizza hut all within 15 minute walking distance Beds were comfy, shower was always warm, air-conditioning was ideal in the warm weather, two separate duvets on the double bed is genius too!

Breakfast can be a bit hit or miss, not a great selection for plain eaters, only had pancakes one morning of the 4 we stayed, only had plain crossaints two days etc. Definitely wouldn't recommend paying the extra for a "street view" room, as the view from the window is of the building across the road which isn't anything to write home about, or of the tram/bus stops. We booked a room with an atrium view and it was perfect

We had two rooms on different floors. While we had a fantastic room our friend one floor up said his was in s terrible shape with s shower that did not drain. So i guess we got mixed reviews. We liked out shower snd breakfast which was amazing.

The location was kinda strange. We also had joined room with some other guests which was absolutely terrible because you could hear everything! We heard them fart, talk, and other “activities”. The gap under the door was over 2” which made it almost like open door with all sounds like they were in your room. Absolutely u acceptable!

Our stay was delightful, perfectly accommodating for families. The family rooms were impeccably clean and prepared for our arrival. The air conditioning functioned superbly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. However, the breakfast options were somewhat limited. The hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various destinations. My sole critique pertains to the hotel's positioning on a one-way street, which complicated the process of collecting a parking ticket and returning to the garage on the same route. While this is beyond the hotel's control, a forewarning about such minor details would have been appreciated. Despite this, choosing to stay here for one night was a fantastic decision.

I loved the central location, the cleanliness of the room, and the hearty breakfast. As with all hotels I recommend waking up earlier and taking advantage of the early hours because at 10:30 you might not find anything. The flaw in the room is that since there is no direct opening with the outside you may feel a bit claustrophobic, but you can also choose the room with a city view and in any case if you turn on the air conditioner the room stays cool. Otherwise very good solution. Comfortable beds, everything you need, possibility to leave your luggage after checkout for the last tour of the city. Very good value for money. See you soon.

The location was really great, just 2 stopst with metro, from City Center. The breakfast was amazing, rich in variety. The little croassants really tasty. The hotel is very clean. The staff amazing..They even prepared for us extra breakfast to take with us, because we had to leave the hotel very early..We we're suprised..and it was prepared with so much love..We thank you for that ♡
