The room on the inside part of the hotel have no windows to the outside. It was also a bit hot in the room. In the morning we could hear kinds running and being a bit loud in the hallways

Eszter Jancsari was amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and made our whole group feel welcome. She made sure to answer all of our questions. She helped arrange our Danube Evening River cruise and our Airport transfer. Our several day stay at the hotel was made so much better because of her. We also would like to mention Ronni and Laci for their exceptional service. But the whole staff at Atrium Fashion Hotel were excellent. Rooms were well appointed and always maintained. We were booked in room 414, with the rest of my group booked in rooms 415, 410 and 405. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. We had a very early flight from Budapest, but Eszter was great and prepared a takeaway meal for us to bring to the airport

location was great for what we needed (30min walk from Puskas Arena), room was clean and breakfast was included which was a nice bonus (and had a great variety of food)! reception was very friendly and helpful. the building itself if pretty on the inside and the AC in the room was a great necessary addition!

we didn’t realise the only window in the room would be towards the interior hallway, meaning we couldn’t open it to air out the room and we had to keep the lights on and curtains closed at all times, otherwise people passing could see into the room (right into the bed)

The hotel is beautiful inside with imaginative decor and with only 3 floors it had a warm cosy atmosphere It was lovely and bright I loved the glass lift .Above all it was very clean and run very efficiently They provided a wonderful and varied breakfast buffet that catered for people with allergies. The hotel is in an ideal place with options of public transport and supermarkets nearby.

I thought it was a shame the bar was so empty in the evenings and it would have been nice to have had football on the tv

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel and rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Most rooms face the inner courtyard, so don’t expect a view—but if you’re not planning to spend much time indoors, it’s not a problem at all. Room size is adequate, with enough space for two large suitcases. The location is great and close to the city center.

The last few minutes of the walk to hotel, you might see a few homeless people, but we never felt unsafe -road always has people- and had no issues at all.

It was a comfortable stay. The bed was nice. Parking on the street was free during the weekend. It's a location close to many important spots in Budapest.

-Rooms don't have a window, no natural light gets inside. The window is facing the atrium halls. It's fine for a night or two, but for longer stays I would recommend rooms with real windows. -The breakfast area is small and it was crowded. At any time during the breakfast time, people had to wait minimum 5-10 minute for a table.

We like the location, room , breakfast and cleanliness. The hotel is very pleasant, you get a nice feeling about it.

The most of the canteen staff are rather miserable, not friendly at all, don’t smile and I didn’t feel welcome at all during breakfast time. When you work in service you should be taught how to deal with guests who pay quite a lot of money for their stay.

This hotel is in a great location to get to anywhere in the city. The hotel is decorated brightly and is very comfortable, great to have a kettle and good supply of tea and coffee and a good size fridge with complimentary water. The reception staff are very helpful.

The breakfast was adequate. Found the bath with shower over very dangerous as the base of the bath is more shallow than the outside and slopes, consequently, I slipped when coming out as it was a deeper step and the floor has very shiny slippery tiles. Handrail near the shower but not at the place you need it (to help when stepping out).

Room was perfect for what we wanted it for - absolutely ideal for somewhere just to lay your head at night, Conveniently located too very central and everywhere is at most a 75 minute walk away, tram and bus stop just outside the door too, bus to airport just 15 minute walk away etc. Spar, McDonald's, burger king, pizza hut all within 15 minute walking distance Beds were comfy, shower was always warm, air-conditioning was ideal in the warm weather, two separate duvets on the double bed is genius too!

Breakfast can be a bit hit or miss, not a great selection for plain eaters, only had pancakes one morning of the 4 we stayed, only had plain crossaints two days etc. Definitely wouldn't recommend paying the extra for a "street view" room, as the view from the window is of the building across the road which isn't anything to write home about, or of the tram/bus stops. We booked a room with an atrium view and it was perfect

Room was a decent size, the free breakfast had a lot of options. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly - always there to help with any requests. Hotel is also close to tram and subway as well making it easy to get around! Would stay here again if I return to Budapest!

Room is a bit outdated and could use some repairing. Windows faced the atrium so we had iur curtains closed the entire trip.
