My partner & I were made to feel so welcome even before we had even arrived at the hotel! The staff were so polite, informative & prompt in their responses to our questions regarding the hotel & our room prior to our arrival. And from the minute we arrived until the day we left, we were so impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel & outstanding attitude of the team there in general, but the ones we had the most interactions with were: Irina, Robert & Veronika who were managing the front desk during our stay and were just simply amazing!!! As nothing was a tall order, and they went well out of their way to make our stay seamless, pleasant and fun. And everything was so exceptionally clean, organized & tidy in all aspects of the hotel, not just our room. Also note that there is a rooftop bar on the 7th floor, which is a really great additional feature of the hotel, and offers a breathtaking sky line view of the main street below, not to mention super comfortable lounge chairs & the Barman Maksym who was also very gracious and welcoming. Finally the location of the hotel is really great! Very central and with lots of amenities in close proximation including public transport. To summarize, we had an absolute pleasant 5 night stay visiting Budapest and the hotel just simply was the cherry on top of a very delicious cake.... my partner & I could not be more pleased and grateful for everything at the EST Grand Savoy Hotel. When we come back to visit we will definitely be staying here again!!! No discussion!!! :) If you do plan to visit Budapest, book your stay at the EST Grand Savoy, you will not regret it! :)

Nothing....because there really was literally nothing wrong with this Hotel, staff or location....it was really that amazing!

The hotel is a bit far from the center but within walking distance. It is located in a good neighbourhood, so we felt safe to walk there at night. There are many restaurants around it, and there is good nightlife. There is a small shopping center just across the street with a supermarket, pharm, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room (for breakfast). The rooms are very clean. We weren't sure about the location when we decided to book this hotel, but it is a great place to stay, and I will stay there again if I arrive in Budapest.

The location can't be beat, clean rooms, nicely designed. Cafe New York is about 3 blocks away!

Our room didn't have a view to the street, but looked into an inner courtyard. It wasn't a bad view, although the grand boulevard would have been more exciting... but when you think about it it was probably quieter.

This hotel was of extremely high quality and felt like a bargain considering how nice it was! The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room was very comfortable, the air condition worked phenomenally on hot summer days, and the bathroom was recently renovated and absolutely stunning!

I had an amazing stay and couldn't recommend this hotel more! Breakfast was delightful, with freshly baked bread, smoked salmon, Parma ham, and great coffee. As a bonus, Prosecco was included, which was such a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the experience. The hotel, built just two years ago, feels brand new. Everything was spotless, and the design was modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a generously sized shower, making it a perfect place to relax. The bar downstairs is fantastic, with a cozy atmosphere and skilled bartenders who can craft any drink you desire. Another perk is the location—just a 5-minute walk to the iconic New York Café. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful, we were only here for the weekend and planned on visiting one of the many spas, the hotel leant towels and bathrobes for us to use while at the spa, which was fabulous. When I messaged to advise we would not be checking in until 1 in the morning, they swiftly came back to me advising it wouldn't be a problem and that they could arrange a taxi transfer on my behalf (payable to the driver). The room was smart, modern and very clean. The hotel is only a short walk to the New York Cafe, which was a plus for us as we had a booking there for the Saturday evening.

The hotel was very clean, the staff very cheery and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive, fruit, yogurt, eggs, boiled, scrambled and poached, crispy fried bacon. Sausages, but I couldn't eat them as I'm gluten free., cheeses, hummus, etc. It was amazing.

I would have liked more gluten-free options, especially in bread, as there are much more interesting seeded and brown varieties than just plain white. But that's a little thing. It was further from the city centre than I anticipated, but there is a metro at the end of the street, and the tram runs in front of the hotel. We used Uber taxis a lot for personal reasons, and they were so efficient

Smart hotel close to a metro station with good access to different parts of the city centre. Nice clean room, good shower and modern bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful when we asked questions and reception and bar staff had good English. Roof top bar was comfortable and had a good view, nice to relax after a day exploring. If its cool its not staffed but you can take up drinks from the main bar. Hotel seemed popular with visitors from various countries. Great breakfast in the mornings, a big selection that was constantly refreshed, the breakfast area was well laid out so there was no crowding when selecting food. I would stay here again.

The hptel was fairly new and nocely decorated. We loved the area around the hotel and the rooms were very nocely decorated. We started with a standarard room which wad very small, but upgraded to a larger room for a small fee after the first night which wax a signofiicant improvevment. On rhe plus side, the property was a good valur, well decorated and everything was new. There were some small inexpensove touches thay would have transformed the stay from good to excellent. In the bathrooms the towels were small and there were no robes. There were large refullalble tolietires but proper shampoo, conditioner and lotion wee not offered. There was tea anx cups on offer in the room in the basic room anf a coffee machine in the upgraded room but no sppons. House keeping wax hot or m9ss. We did have tea at nigjt but had to ask after a couple of days for housekeeping to clean or replace the mugs. These are very small things. And didnt impact the wonderful time that we had. We also really appeceated the barman who was very knowledgable about hos whiskys. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
