My partner & I were made to feel so welcome even before we had even arrived at the hotel! The staff were so polite, informative & prompt in their responses to our questions regarding the hotel & our room prior to our arrival. And from the minute we arrived until the day we left, we were so impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel & outstanding attitude of the team there in general, but the ones we had the most interactions with were: Irina, Robert & Veronika who were managing the front desk during our stay and were just simply amazing!!! As nothing was a tall order, and they went well out of their way to make our stay seamless, pleasant and fun. And everything was so exceptionally clean, organized & tidy in all aspects of the hotel, not just our room. Also note that there is a rooftop bar on the 7th floor, which is a really great additional feature of the hotel, and offers a breathtaking sky line view of the main street below, not to mention super comfortable lounge chairs & the Barman Maksym who was also very gracious and welcoming. Finally the location of the hotel is really great! Very central and with lots of amenities in close proximation including public transport. To summarize, we had an absolute pleasant 5 night stay visiting Budapest and the hotel just simply was the cherry on top of a very delicious cake.... my partner & I could not be more pleased and grateful for everything at the EST Grand Savoy Hotel. When we come back to visit we will definitely be staying here again!!! No discussion!!! :) If you do plan to visit Budapest, book your stay at the EST Grand Savoy, you will not regret it! :)

Nothing....because there really was literally nothing wrong with this Hotel, staff or location....it was really that amazing!

The hotel is a bit far from the center but within walking distance. It is located in a good neighbourhood, so we felt safe to walk there at night. There are many restaurants around it, and there is good nightlife. There is a small shopping center just across the street with a supermarket, pharm, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room (for breakfast). The rooms are very clean. We weren't sure about the location when we decided to book this hotel, but it is a great place to stay, and I will stay there again if I arrive in Budapest.

The location can't be beat, clean rooms, nicely designed. Cafe New York is about 3 blocks away!

Our room didn't have a view to the street, but looked into an inner courtyard. It wasn't a bad view, although the grand boulevard would have been more exciting... but when you think about it it was probably quieter.

This hotel was of extremely high quality and felt like a bargain considering how nice it was! The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room was very comfortable, the air condition worked phenomenally on hot summer days, and the bathroom was recently renovated and absolutely stunning!

I had an amazing stay and couldn't recommend this hotel more! Breakfast was delightful, with freshly baked bread, smoked salmon, Parma ham, and great coffee. As a bonus, Prosecco was included, which was such a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the experience. The hotel, built just two years ago, feels brand new. Everything was spotless, and the design was modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a generously sized shower, making it a perfect place to relax. The bar downstairs is fantastic, with a cozy atmosphere and skilled bartenders who can craft any drink you desire. Another perk is the location—just a 5-minute walk to the iconic New York Café. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel room is very nice and clean .. the receptionist is very nice and helpful .. one of them wished me a happy birthday although it was in the upcoming days 😁 The hotel is nearby the metro station and public transportation.. their is supermarket and restaurants nearby very convenient .. AC was good in summer days

There are some homeless in-front of the hotel .. There’s no water in the room for welcoming the guests you need to pay for the water which is I found it not good especially the hotel isn’t cheap and we paid for the whole stay so for water will not make any difference

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. All staff we encountered and interacted with were welcoming, helpful, and willing to help. We loved the breakfast. Both continental and English breakfast (hot and cold food) were available. A great variety of items were displayed and the hotel seemed to cater for all dietary requirements. We were impressed that we were able to make a good lemon, honey and ginger tea with fresh lemon and honey available. The room was a good size with all amenities included. The bed was very comfortable. Great location with easy access to the tram, bus and the Metro. It was useful to have a pharmacy and supermarket a short walk away in addition to a shopping centre across the street. Lovely and very reasonable Vietnamese restaurant a few metres away. The hotel has a small gym and a Sauna Room with a roof top terrace. Sadly, we did not get around to using these facilities but did have a look at them and would have visited if we had more time. We stayed in Rm 114 and always had a conversation about the art on the wall to our room.

We did have to call the Front Desk to request a person to the Rooftop Bar, however, this was not a deal breaker for us. The views from the Rooftop were well worth the wait. The bartender made us a beautiful looking and tasty gin cocktail. We were surprised at how reasonable the drinks cost.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we were only here for the weekend and planned on visiting one of the many spas, the hotel leant towels and bathrobes for us to use while at the spa, which was fabulous. When I messaged to advise we would not be checking in until 1 in the morning, they swiftly came back to me advising it wouldn't be a problem and that they could arrange a taxi transfer on my behalf (payable to the driver). The room was smart, modern and very clean. The hotel is only a short walk to the New York Cafe, which was a plus for us as we had a booking there for the Saturday evening.

The whole place was beautiful. Due to the price I paid, I was worried that it wouldn’t be as good as the pictures but it was even better in person. The staff were extremely friendly. The place was very clean. The location was a bit further out than I would have liked (I didn’t realise how big Budapest was going to be) but there is a tram stop very close to the hotel which takes you right to the river in around 5 minutes. A lovely lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend. P.s make sure you visit the sky bar, it’s beautiful up there.

The room was quite spacious. My friend who checked in earlier mentioned it was recently refurbished and the changes are there to see. They have a roof top terrace with a nice view and a bar attached. I was sadly there only for the night and checked out the next day. Bed was very comfy and gave a good night's rest. Room was quite airy and well ventilated. Has all facilities like kettle, coffee maker (I guess there was also an iron box but not sure), etc. Hotel location is the best!

I guess the breakfast could have been with more choices but not complaining (as a person who doesn't consume pork, the options are always limited to hotels in Europe) and comparing to another hotel that we stayed in the second half of our itinerary. The front desk at a later shift seemed not very welcoming (because it's that time of the night at around 11pm) but a smile or a pleasant greeting I think is not too much to ask for in the hospitality industry.
