The location can't be beat, clean rooms, nicely designed. Cafe New York is about 3 blocks away!

Our room didn't have a view to the street, but looked into an inner courtyard. It wasn't a bad view, although the grand boulevard would have been more exciting... but when you think about it it was probably quieter.

This hotel was of extremely high quality and felt like a bargain considering how nice it was! The staff were extremely helpful and polite, the room was very comfortable, the air condition worked phenomenally on hot summer days, and the bathroom was recently renovated and absolutely stunning!

I had an amazing stay and couldn't recommend this hotel more! Breakfast was delightful, with freshly baked bread, smoked salmon, Parma ham, and great coffee. As a bonus, Prosecco was included, which was such a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the experience. The hotel, built just two years ago, feels brand new. Everything was spotless, and the design was modern and comfortable. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a generously sized shower, making it a perfect place to relax. The bar downstairs is fantastic, with a cozy atmosphere and skilled bartenders who can craft any drink you desire. Another perk is the location—just a 5-minute walk to the iconic New York Café. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The staff were friendly and helpful, we were only here for the weekend and planned on visiting one of the many spas, the hotel leant towels and bathrobes for us to use while at the spa, which was fabulous. When I messaged to advise we would not be checking in until 1 in the morning, they swiftly came back to me advising it wouldn't be a problem and that they could arrange a taxi transfer on my behalf (payable to the driver). The room was smart, modern and very clean. The hotel is only a short walk to the New York Cafe, which was a plus for us as we had a booking there for the Saturday evening.

The hptel was fairly new and nocely decorated. We loved the area around the hotel and the rooms were very nocely decorated. We started with a standarard room which wad very small, but upgraded to a larger room for a small fee after the first night which wax a signofiicant improvevment. On rhe plus side, the property was a good valur, well decorated and everything was new. There were some small inexpensove touches thay would have transformed the stay from good to excellent. In the bathrooms the towels were small and there were no robes. There were large refullalble tolietires but proper shampoo, conditioner and lotion wee not offered. There was tea anx cups on offer in the room in the basic room anf a coffee machine in the upgraded room but no sppons. House keeping wax hot or m9ss. We did have tea at nigjt but had to ask after a couple of days for housekeeping to clean or replace the mugs. These are very small things. And didnt impact the wonderful time that we had. We also really appeceated the barman who was very knowledgable about hos whiskys. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Hotel was very convenient, clean and staff very helpful. The bed and bedding the most comfortable ever! Decor very lovely and good coffee machines in the room and also outside the restaurant where you can make a take away coffee if you like. The sky bar jas fab views across Budapest, it was a bit cold but I imagine at other times of year it would be a lovely place for a relax, drink and chat / read.

Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to have a bit more variety. I suppose ideally, but understand it may not be possible, but eggs, porridge & 🥞 pancakes cooked to order would be great !

Fabulous hotel, great location, lovely staff and absolutely spotless. We really enjoyed our stay here and cannot fault a single thing. We stayed in a superior double and it was a beautiful spacious room and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Lovely tea and coffee making facilities and lovely en-suite bathroom too. Location was perfect and street was quiet at night which is we were delighted with because I am a light sleeper! Slept so well all 4 nights of our stay. Lots of great restaurants and bars a short walk from the hotel. 10/10 experience for us!

Very friendly people working at the hotel, amazing breakfast selection and all food was excellent quality (loved the smoked salmon & mimosas!). Lovely room, very quiet and peaceful. Great location for all Budapest has to offer! The sparking wine and chocolates were a lovely surprise touch, given to us as we were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary.

Only one thing; our external window had a slight draft (which we wouldn’t usually mind as we like fresh air in our room), however the smell of cigarette smoke drifted up from those on the pavement below who were smoking outside of the hotel.

Comfortable, pleasant decoration, close to nightlife.

The toilet was not properly clean when we arrived. Male staff at breakfast was a bit rude and unwelcoming, he saw us approaching the entrance, looked at his watch, then looked at us with a judging face, and barely said hello as if we arrived very late when we still had 45 minutes before it closed. Then the next day he came to our table to tell us they would remove the food in 5 minutes when we had already finished our breakfast plus there were still other people who arrived after us and were still eating but he didn't inform them. He made us feel judged and rushed when we were trying to enjoy breakfast, not exactly the best start of the day. The rest of the staff was really nice though.
