I actually really liked the breakfast. Maybe it wasn't the best quality, but there was a different selection every morning, including one traditional Hungarian dish. So I never ate the same breakfast twice and I was looking forward to trying something new every day. The room was comfortable, light switches and power sockets right by the bed.

The old elevator is a bit inconvenient and easy to outrun by just taking the stairs before it even arrives on your current floor. The wifi connection in my room was weak and the TV was not working. The door also needed to be oiled - it was hard to close, especially from the outside.

Location: central, all means of transport available next to the hotel but a lot of noise even at night especially from police cars and ambulances. Room: generally comfortable and clean but the windows were old type with wooden frame and the isolation was very poor. Breakfast: good. Typical English breakfast with no special variety but adequate and tasty

Some renovation of the windows would be suggested so as to improve the thermal isolation of the room and to reduce the bothering bustle of the square in front of the hotel.

At first the outside view of the building got me worried Old building with small front door and sincerely looks a little suspicious But as soon as we got to the room we were shocked it was amazing totally fascinating Bug and so warm We stayed during new year and outside was freezing cold but inside the room we could literally sleep with no clothes The room felt like a suit And the lication is perfect just above the metro and so close to everything in a lively street It was easy to get everywhere Totally recommended

It was a lovely hotel very close to the city center, just a couple of stops away by subway. The room was warm, the bed was comfortable and the staff were helpful and polite and ready to answer questions and accommodate me. I have already suggested it to friends and I’ll definitely visit it again.

Literally the only thing I must mention is that the quality of their shampoo is not the best (it wouldn’t lather at all), but other than that I have no complaints

Situated right in the city center in Blaha Luiza tér, but very calm and quiet internally. Nice palace with decorated internal yard Reception 24/7

Breakfast is not that great, especially if you are used to sweet breakfast Minor downside: the electricity in the room is deactivated as soon as you remove the card instead of waiting a few seconds, and every plug is shut down, including those used for the fridge

Excellent position, Metro (Blaha L.), walking distance to Dunav (~1800m). Privet parkings arround (and the best one the europeum's shopping center parking) EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

The room was kinda small. The water presure and the shower was not working properly. Strange entrance from the street with only one sign (SOUS 44) always closed (for security) working by a camera/button.

Fantastic hotel with an exceptional view. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of shops and restaurants. The staff at the reception, as well as the cleaning lady were really kind, patient and helpful. The room and the bathroom was spacious and very clean, also a lot of storage space. Overall I can’t fault it at all. Next time I come to Budapest I will stay here again, highly highly recommend! Thank you

Location is perfect, right in the centre of the city, next to the metro station. Clean room, my window had a view on the square. Breakfast was really great. Overall very satisfied!

No dental kit in the bathroom. I asked to check-in 30 min earlier and they asked €15 for it. Nonsense!

The room was big and clean but wasn’t a kettle to make some tea or coffee .

The breakfast was cold and the company must buy a coffee machine because tha coffee they serve was cold and many of us who were in the same hotel were looking for coffee machine . I suggest to company to provide a Coffe machine
