Optimal position in the city, we could hike everywhere, yet safe and quiet. Nice hotel, quite big room, refurbished, bathroom was new and clean. Only thing, we needed a fridge but there were no rooms equipped with that. They kindly kept our medicines at the reception but it was a bit uncomfortable to always have to come and go multiple times a day. I wondered why they had no fridges since the size of the room more than allows for it. I would suggest to equip at least some some rooms with fridges because some people have special needs.

Great location just few meters from metro with which you can easily get anywhere. Also very near nice shopping centre with shop where you can get literally everything + right next to the hotel there is Burger King and some bars as well at the same street like hotel is. So location is literally perfect for people that would love to travel in Budapest a lot thanks to that metro station few steps from the hotel or also for the people that want to be close to the hotel because as i said there are really many shops, bars literally at the same street or few meters away. Staff was super nice and room too. Really appreciate the staff there that was so helpful when you needed something or when something happened (thank you Norbert once again). Also they have check out till 12:00 which is really great because many hotels have it earlier. Would definitely recommend and because of all of this i just have to give 10/10.

Definitely don´t mean this in some bad way I would say this is just some advice that would make room even better in the future so you might consider it. I would recommend to add atleast some small fridge because now during summer it´s super hot outside and many people would love to put some drinks into the fridge to make them cold, we found our unique way that worked, but fridge would be definitely much better. And also, i would recommend to maybe try to change shower door strip in the shower enclosure, because it wasn´t working as it should work and whole bathroom was wet after shower.

Range of food at breakfast was very good. Staff all spoke English and were friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily and was a good size. Walking distance from City Park & historic parts of Buda (30 mins) & Pest (15-20 mins). There is plenty of public transport on the doorstep, but we chose to walk. Will definitely recommend/use again if we return.

We had booked a twin room. Upon arrival at the room, we found it was a double. There was no room change option for the first night, but this was resolved for the remainder of our stay.

Honestly, for the price we paid, the room was big enough with a second bed prepared for our daughter which we didnt even request btw, so thats a welcome surprise. There were enough choices for breakfast and two very nice and funtional coffee maschines. The breakfast menu would change ever so slightly from day to day, so good for those who are staying for a few days. The location was perfect for us, kind of Central to both sides of Budapest. Getting to all attractions is a very quick drive either a car or puplic transport, but with the very big sidewalks and beutiful architecture, we opted to walk for the ultimate experience. Just outside the hotel and around the area you can find limitless amounts of supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants, street food, bars, Burger King, McDonalds, etc. Parking was affordable and very secure with easy access to the reception. The entry to the underground garage is a bit tight, but once you enter, the parking bays are big enough.

I would have liked a nicer bigger equipped TV for those evening chill sessions. Maybe some nice Streaming services, but thats me. Im spoiled :-D

The hotel is in a good location. It is clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is good. Underground parking.

The room is very minimalistic. There are no carpets, refrigerators, kettles, or decorative objects that would make it more friendly. The air conditioner is old and noisy. The shower cabinet is tiny and impossible to use properly. The soap dispenser at the sink is high on the wall. A 10-year-old child cannot reach it.

Spotless room, everyone is so kind. The hotel is very conveniently located, a few steps away from New York Cafe and approximately 20 min of walking from Danube. The hotel has parking, but paid street parking is also an option (an app is available, so street parking in Budapest is very convenient). Breakfast is an excellent choice and definitely worth the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was close to hop on hop off bus which we used. The breakfast was decent.

The shower was a bit awkward. It was catercornered in the bathroom and shower doors that had holes in the door in order to open it. Therefore, you had to aim the showerhead to the side to insure that the water did not go on the floor. Very bad set up for a hotel shower.

The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk to the train station and restaurants nearby. The property was clean and the room is spacious. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant, it’s not a baked beans day but they gave my daughter a baked beans which I really appreciated. The TV was working and has Disney channel and the Wifi was awesome.

The hotel was very well located on a main road, with easy access to the local public transport and many of the major sight-seeing spots. The room was a very comfortable size for a single traveller, and was kept very clean throughout my entire stay. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of options and was well stocked each morning. Staff were very friendly, making the check-in & out process very simple.

The windows/double-glazing didn't keep as much sound out as I would've liked, so I was able to hear the traffic outside due to how close to the road the hotel was. The room walls seemed somewhat thin also, and I could hear the TV of the room next door.

Staff were very friendly. We arrived a little for check-in and they offered to store our bag so we could explore the city while waiting for the room. The room was clean and comfy. The check-out was seamlessly, we left the card keys before but since our fight was only at night we could leave our bags in the hotel storage room for the day.

The room was too warm. The temperature was set to 27ºC, we tried to low it to 24ºC but the thermostat didn't seen to do any difference as the temperature kept it rising.
