I made check-in online and check-out was also OK. The staff is nice and helpful. Hotel looks new, so well as the room. The dimensions of the room were above standard. In the room are Microwave combined with oven, large fridge, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There are no blinds in the room, but the curtains are almost blackout. Two toilets were pleasing :). In terms of design, it was all tastefully coordinated. It is also not that far from the center. The underground parking option (€15) will also please you.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, one pan and no pot. The floor is made of tiles, so you could hear a little more noise from the surrounding rooms. You can also smell a little bit of sewage in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is convenient for sight-seeing and transport links despite being in a quiet part of the city.. The bed mattress was very comfortable. The bottle of complimentary champagne was a thoughtful gesture. Friendly staff.

There was nothing major; except would have been helpful if there were more than one lift as the only lift always seemed to be busy with guests and housekeeping staff.

The apartment was very clean, spacious with excellent location very near to tram lines 4&6 or Metro line M4 and it takes you 20 min to walk to oldtown. The price was good for what you get plus you have free parking space in underground garage. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. When we walked in the room for the first time we were welcomed by complementary champagne. Learn by my mistake buy public transport ticket or you will get a fine 32 euros for each passenger.

We were pleasantly surprised that it was a brand-new hotel, the initial apartment we had was with an amazing roof terrace, but we encounter some small issue and the manager had quickly gave us another one that was even more gorgeous than the first one. Free bottle Hungarian liquor was the icing on the cake to this already great stay. All staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, underground and tram station very nearby.

New hotel in Budapest.very nice and quiet. Nice staff from the management to reception they are very helpful. Free parking and 24 hrs reception. Got free upgraded. Feel like home. Everything in the hotel is brand new. Thanks to Amberlyn suits staff and management.

Everything was perfect there's nothing you will not like at the hotel

The property is finished to an extremely high standard and the staff members, especially the receptionists were absolutely fantastic and went to the maximum to accommodate us and help with any enquiries.

One thing to consider is to have nappy bins for families with small children to dispose of the nappies.

The room is spacious and equipped with full kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine, they provided coffee and teabags but no oil, salt and pepper. The hotel is easy to access, which close to public transport of Metro Line 4 and Tram 4-6. The wifi setup separately for each room and download speed is decent (~100MBps). However the upload speed had been limited to a relatively low speed (~15MBps).

There was biscuit and peanuts stuck in gaps in the sofa. The bottom of cooking spoon is melted. Except these two, the room is very clean. It only have one elevator and very slow, luckily my room is in 2nd floor and I can climb the stairs.

The location is good, close to various public transport stops as well as to attraction. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

The only lift in the hotel was out of order for a few times through out the 5 nights we stayed. Our rooms were in 7th floor, which means a lot of steps to take to go back to room or go out from the hotel. :-( The bath area is not safe as water accumulated after bath and won't fully dry out near the entrance to the bath area. If not careful, will steps on the accumulated water and slip, which nearly happen to me. :-( The staff didn't explain the way to operate the room's door lock during check-in time properly. We face challenge to operate it until we need to ask another staff to teach us in front of the door then only we know that what told by the staff during check-in time is not complete. :-(

I was pleasantly surprised. The room was wonderful, clean and bright. The staff very kind and helpful. Perfect location. We found a sparkling wine upon our arrival. A pleasant surprise! I attach the photos, you can see how cute it is! I advise.
