We were of the impression that there was a swimming pool and gym, both included in price - such facilities SHOULD NOT be mentioned anywhere on the site or booking.com as it is misleading.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! We booked two units – one with 3 bedrooms and another with 2 bedrooms – and both were exactly as shown in the photos. The apartments were spacious, bright, and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and well-organized. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available to assist us with anything we needed. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

The only small things we noticed were the lack of bottled water in the fridge upon arrival and that one of the showers had a drainage issue, which caused water to pool on the bathroom floor. Other than that, everything was perfect and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Wow we were amazed at the size of the apartment and the beds, we both slept so well!!!! absolute value for money and only a 15 minute walk to the centre, was very quiet no disturbances and we felt safe secure and extremely comfortable, in fact so comfortable we would happily have stayed in the apartment for days if we were not there to do some sightseeing! Would definitely recommend. We visited the hotel next door as well for food and drinks, unfortunately ran out of time to use the Spa but that was also extremely welcoming and could not have asked for more.

We thought the location was perfect. Close enough to get to the centre within 5 mins using the excellent public bus and metro systems but far enough away that it was a quite area away from the major nightlife of the city. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped, the staff where very helpful when asked and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Perhaps the only down side was not being able to use the pool and spa facilities at the sister hotel next door without paying and at €18 per person per day we didn't think it was value for money. Maybe this can be reviewed for future travellers to enjoy the facilities.

Excellent location, pretty central, but quiet. Good breakfast (not in the hotel but in the same building). The hotel is a part of expressive beautiful building, looking completely renovated. We have a huge flat (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) with kitchen, convenient for long stays. Excellent showers with decent water pressure. 2 big bottles mineral water - appreciated. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Bedding should be improved - linens and pillows were worn and not as high quality as you can expect in good hotel. Parking is very expensive for outdoor parking 150 m from hotel. Strong sewage smell in the hotel lobby (not in the rooms), possibly a common problem in the buildings with old infrastructure.

We visited Zoya with our 3 small children. The staff was great, willing to assist anytime with everything. Our apartment was neat, comfortable and felt like home.

I have probably missed the swimming pool opening hours and that it requires extra payment. We didn't got a chance to enjoy the pool. The entrance had a few staircase and also in the floor before the room entrance, so the mobility with our baby stroller was a bit challenging.

Lovely location with good links to all parts of Budapest. Beautiful spacious apartment with all the amenities you could need.

The bed had a waterproof sheet on top of the mattress covered with sheet that was too small for the deep mattress. After a while the sheet slid off and we found ourselves trying to rearrange the bed few times during the night. An extra deep fitted sheet that would hold everything together would be more suitable .

The property was well equipped with everything one could possibly need. Kitchen with all amenities, bathrooms were really beautiful and it was super Spacious. Big lounge and big rooms with attached bathroom.

We found many hair on the bedsheets, many the property needs to do a spot check with their external laundry company to ensure they fix this in the future.

Very clean, very friendly, bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home! Good location. Quiet.

I didn’t realise that the pool wasn’t included in the price, and I couldn’t just pay for a swim, you had to buy a full spa ticket. I only wanted a 15 minute swim. Also only open 12-8 so you’d lose a chunk of your afternoon sightseeing. That said, if you want to have a spa afternoon the cost is very reasonable. Would happily pay for a quick early morning swim.
