The staff was incredibly helpful before and during our stay. People at reception were extremely kind and gave us a map with details on attractions and transport points. They were also available out of working hours, as we had to check in later in the day. Very very helpful people! The room was clean and the housekeeping was extremely diligent. The bathroom was always stocked with liquid soap, soap bars, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. It is also very well-heated inside - our room was always warm! The yard was gorgeous, it would probably be amazing to spend time there in warmer weather. Our room also had an electric kettle, some coffee, sugar, and teabags - very sweet! The house itself is in a suburban street, so it was quiet at night. Right around the corner of the house there was a coffee shop, as there were other markets and stores also nearby. The location is also great, just a 10 minute walk from all major transport points, and it's not a far walk from the airport shuttle dropoff point either. Overall, definitely recommended for those who want an affordable stay.

The furnishings in the house seemed a little worn down, perhaps not maintained (the stairway railing was loose and flimsy on one side, and the wardrobe seemed to have loose nails) - nothing too big though.

On the weekdays the parking isn't free on the street, but they provide you with the parking space in the garage for free. The room was spacious, with everything you needed. It is not new, but it's in good condition. The bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The toilet was clean. If you didn't have AC in the room, there was only an old school fan, from the hall was reaching out cold air, and it was pleasant in the room and good for sleeping.

The window was looking at the street. There was a little bit noisy during the night. The apartment wasn't near the city centre, you needed 45 minutes by foot.

The room was clean, the staff was great and helpful. The location is near the city center and you can go there by walking or use public transport which is easily accessible from the location of the facility. There was a parking space right in front of the house and the hosts let us use the space for a few hours after the checkout which was very useful for us that day.

The joint bed in the room was very uncomfortable and we were slipping from one end of the bend to another. The neighborhood looks a little dark and creepy at night but we had no real trouble while walking around in the late night hours.

Everything was great. Parking was right outside the main door. Guy that welcomed us spoke great English and was very nice and helpful. We were in a room with shared bathroom and everything was very clean.

For us location was not the best but there is public transport so it was not a big problem. Also, for the parking, I do not know what happens if you are planning to drive the car during your stay and not just leave it on the parking spot like we did because it looks like the parking spot could easily be taken by someone else so I recommend asking about it.

Nice location, very easy to get to the center and the main attractions. The house had a garden just like it's named "Garden House" and it was very secure. Front door always locked from the outside so noone can enter without the key. The staff was very friendly, helped with getting around th city, showed us where the main attractions were and gave us a map. They take care of towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea and other things everyday. The room looked bigger than the picture I saw. I will for sure visit again. Price also very good. Bathroom very clean also have to say there's free parking and your car is secure every minute of your stay.

Hmm, the only thing we didn't like was the street, it was very dirty but that has nothing to do with the Garden House.

Good property, very nice and helpful staff, the room was nice and clean. They have an inside little patio and it’s very quiet far from street noise. The room had a water boiler also tea and instant coffee, soap and shampoos and a smart tv in case you want to watch Netflix after exploring the city. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay and you don’t need anything fancy this is the place for you!

The only downside for me was that the pillows were uncomfortable

The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. They showed us some good locations to eat and visit. The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard, and we missed having a fridge, but it was not a deal breaker. The garden house actually had a small garden where you could sit. Our car was safe in their nearby garage, which was very convenient because we didn't have to park on the street.

The room was a little damp when we first arrived; however, a quick opening of the door and window cleared that right up.

Very cozy vibes, big shower, good wifi and a super comfy bed. I would definitely recommend staying here and there is outside sitting area. It has a beautiful window and you wake up with natural light, the room had some marks and cracks on the walls that I personally think it's normal, but otherwise it was amazing and clean.

The only thing that was missing was a hairdryer, otherwise it's pretty good.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating when we arrived! They had free parking in a very secure garage which was perfect as parking in Budapest is very expensive! They even let us keep our car there a bit longer than we were meant too so we can explore for a few hours after checking out without having to pay the parking prices in the city which we were incredibly grateful for! The location is perfect, just slightly outside of the city but not a far walk or tram ride at all. Felt very safe here

The air conditioner was in the central hall and the only way we could cool down with that was when we opened the door, but in the room we had a fan and that was ok.
