We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment and how similar it looked to the pictures. The location is great as well. Overall, it was a nice place to stay in Budapest

I didn't like the fact that air conditioning was not included in price. Also, the soundproofing wasn't good. We could hear each other's words from different rooms, and there was something like a building site or repairs being done nearby.

Great sized, extremely well equipped apartment. Good location €8 Uber to city centre. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. Staff were friendly. Could turn on the heating as we pleased.

I found the extra fees to be extremely unreasonable eg. Checkout at 10am or have to pay €25 for late checkout compared to a normal checkout time of 11/12. €10 for an extra clean when the apartment is only cleaned every 5 days seems unreasonable. €3 for an extra towel when the ones in the apartment were quite shabby. €10 for air conditioning per night. And worst of all €200 cost if you lose the room key to ‘replace the lock’ when I’m sure it costs €10 to have a spare key cut and kept as back up.

I liked the apartment and facility. The door lock was a bit strange and needed a lot of tries to open however the room was great, weird that we didnt have a balcony when I was in a deluxe room however the room was good. The receptionist when I first got into the property informed me of a deposit and my card kept not going through and she kept persisting she wanted cash. Eventually with a different terminal the payment went through. When we departed I was told the deposit would come after a few days but yet still waiting for it.

I paid in advance for it all so unsure on why they still needed a deposit and then why they dont check the room 30 minutes before departure time and return deposits.

The location was great Metro: - 5 minute walk to Corvin-negyed metro station LINE M3 - 10 minute walk to the Rákóczi tér metro station LINE M4 Tram: - 3 minute walk to the tram station LINE 4,6 The apartment was clean, spacious, had a balcony, TV, confortable bed. The staff at the reception was helpful, we've arrived a bit earlier and we could leave our luggages before the room was ready. Reasonable price.

There is a 50 euro fee (cash or card) - will be returned after you're completed with your stay (if you obey the rules) If you're staying in summer and you want air conditioning

We stayed at apartment for 6, very well aranged, beds are nice, there is enough space for all, all what we needed for 1 night. Exceptional: we could leave the luggage in the storage room before check in time and after check out time before our trip back. Very grateful for that. All in all: fair price, recommended.

The towels would need to be better cleaned. And it was quite loud during the night (it was a saturday night, so there was singing and loud talking on the balconies, not sure if just the neighbourhood or from the apartments).

The apartment was spacious, clean, warm and very well equipped for the short stay. The staff allowed us early check in, and late check out (on a request and with the fee), and the girls at the reception were very friendly and nice. It was super warm inside, which was plus, having in mind the cold weather outside. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weekend. We felt very nice and good there.

One thing to have in mind - the edges of the beds and shelfs are extremely sharp, and can easily be hurt if hit in the night. When traveling with older people or children it might be a problem. Would be good to get the silicon covers for these.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and with a nice balcony. It had everything one can need in a trip.

There were hidden costs. For example, the apartment had air conditioning, but there was a 10 euro cost to get a remote control for it. You could always start/stop it from the main control unit, but no settings are available this way. Also, for a non-tech-savy person, this could not be an option.

We arrived before the check-in time, but we were able to leave our luggage at the location, locked away in a separate room. The flat was clean and had plenty of room for the four of us. Beds were comfy. Both tram and metro lines were only a couple of minutes away. A Spar supermarket and a bakery were within walking distance as well. We can also recommend the café cornering the small park nearby. We were surprised to find a large rooftop area on the highest floor, since we did not see any photos of it online. Definitely recommend checking that out, it was a welcome change of pace after spending a whole day exploring the city. There was also a water dispenser at the reception which was appreciated.

The rooms did heat up quite a bit during the day. AC was offered at an extra 10€/night fee and was NOT included in the base price. We didn't need it during our stay since temps went down quickly in the evening, though it may be necessary in the summer. Note that there was €50 deposit which had to be paid in cash on arrival for insurance purposes, which was refunded only after checking out.

Incredible value for money, size of the room, more like an apartment. Friendly stuff who spoke good English. Facilities and well connected location.

We had a perfect stay. Spacious and very clean apartments! A fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a dining area and there was even a washing machine . Although it is an apartment hotel and not a real hotel, there is a reception that is open 24/7. The staff were kind and smiling. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants around. 5 minute walk to Coevin Plaza mall. Mall with Starbucks, supermarket, clothing stores and more. In front of the mall is a pedestrian street with many restaurants and cafes. The hotel is located 20 minutes from Vaci Street. Must mention the cleanliness of the apartments. Polished and clean as if no one had lived there before. We had a great time!!
