There is a lot to like about this hotel. The location is great, on a little square with restaurants and close to a bus and tram stop. A bus stop to the airport is also a few minutes away. The double room was spacious and facing the courtyard, so no street noise. I loved having a Nespresso coffee machine in my room, which I used every morning. There was a coffee machine with coffee/tea/choco and a water fountain available in the hotel lobby. I particularly liked using sauna in the evening and the exercise area, which are in the basement. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked plentiful from what I could see. I need to mention the helpful and friendly staff, who were always willing to help and give advice on their favourite restaurants and coffee shops. I completely enjoyed my stay.

There is nothing to complain about. There were a few stains on the carpet and peeled wallpaper in my room, but this is not something I am particularly bothered about. A few more English speaking TV channels would be nice.

The hotel is nearly flawless—stunning historic design, spacious rooms, great location, and tasty breakfast. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be offering complimentary bottled water in the rooms as a nice added touch for guests. Other than that, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend.

Comfortable, clean, with good sound isolation and excellent amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. I think we got upgraded because our room was much bigger than what we booked.

Not very child friendly, for example the sink and soap (wall mounted) are unreachable for a child Also their automations are poorly programmed - they sent me a WhatsApp message and 2 emails to recommend their online checkout before 9am on the checkout day. The link didn’t load and the language was not the one I selected. I felt a bit kicked out by this… There was no kettle in the room

Staff were friendly and very attentive. Hotel was clean and very well presented, excellent place to stay in an amazing city

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was SO comfortable, and the room's space was well designed and provided a perfect home base for our time in Budapest. The hotel itself is very convenient to everything you might want to do in the city, which itself is very walkable - or easy to use Bolt (like Uber) or BudapestGo (public transportation app).

The exercise room had both cardio machines out of service and there was no drinking water available in the gym...both would have been a nice addition to my time there but neither were that big of a loss for my overall experience.

The breakfast was exceptional, we really liked the quality and the wide range of choice. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful, however I found the room a bit dark as there were not enough lamps. The coffee machine in the hall was a good idea. The location is great, 2 metro line and several tram lines are 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also the area with the beatiful old buildings and the lovely bars and restaurants are charming.

The coffee machine did not work in my room. However the staff were very kind and helpful there were several trainee at the time of our visit and the waiting time was longer than expected. Despite it we enjoeyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel to other guests.

Great staff, welcoming and excellent customer service. The location is fantastic. Close to tram, metro and buses and also close to places of interests in Budapest. The room is fantastic. Good size and well designed. Love that you can open the window for fresh air too. Beds were comfortable. Place is quiet. Clean rooms and bathrooms. We had a nice view of the square and enjoyed hearing the bells.

The ac inside the room can make a low noise. I didn’t mind it but if you’re sensitive to noise, it might.

The location was really good, easy to reach by public transportation, nice restaurants near by, the area feels very safe. Breakfast was also really good for the price.

We had an issue one afternoon, when someone from the reception entered our room without knocking at the door. He immediately left without saying anything. We went to the reception immediately after to ask why he needed to enter our room and first he pretended not to know what happened and later he apologized saying he wanted to check another room. That was very weird and unnecessary, not sure what he wanted to do in our room, also upsetting to see how he pretended to not know what happened. I do not believe receptionist need to enter rooms without knocking at the door.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a good assortment but was a bit busy the first morning so a little cramped around the buffet. Rooms were nice and very clean and the bathroom was room and excellent water pressure. Surrounding area was beautiful with lovely restaurants, as we went in the summer it was very hot at 33 degrees and that is why I gave this rating for location but at another time of year location would be excellent as some lovely streets to walk through.

The buffet area was a little restricted, but very good variety of foods.
