Great location , good breakfast, great location wonderful staff friendly and professional.

I loved this hotel! The grand entrance and the historic building made my stay feel special. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with old-world charm. The location was perfect—central and convenient for exploring Budapest. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

The hotel is nearly flawless—stunning historic design, spacious rooms, great location, and tasty breakfast. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be offering complimentary bottled water in the rooms as a nice added touch for guests. Other than that, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend.

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was SO comfortable, and the room's space was well designed and provided a perfect home base for our time in Budapest. The hotel itself is very convenient to everything you might want to do in the city, which itself is very walkable - or easy to use Bolt (like Uber) or BudapestGo (public transportation app).

The exercise room had both cardio machines out of service and there was no drinking water available in the gym...both would have been a nice addition to my time there but neither were that big of a loss for my overall experience.

The breakfast was exceptional, we really liked the quality and the wide range of choice. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful, however I found the room a bit dark as there were not enough lamps. The coffee machine in the hall was a good idea. The location is great, 2 metro line and several tram lines are 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Also the area with the beatiful old buildings and the lovely bars and restaurants are charming.

The coffee machine did not work in my room. However the staff were very kind and helpful there were several trainee at the time of our visit and the waiting time was longer than expected. Despite it we enjoeyed our stay and I would recommend the hotel to other guests.

Lovely hotel. Staff were fantastic, rooms lovely. We were on the top floor so new rooms so unable.to comment on the rooms in the original building part. Breakfast is a must, well worth the money to add it on and in what originally was the courtyard with a glass roof. Free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the lounge reception area which is a nice touch when you come back on a cold day after sightseeing. We'll placed for transport links with everything a 4 to 8 minute walk to Metro, trams, buses, airport express etc. Lots of restaurants just across the road and round the corner so although not right in the middle of Pest cafe area you won't be short of fantastic eating places which is nice away from the hustle and bustle after a busy day. You won't go wrong in this beautiful hotel x

It could do with a bar in the reception lounge area jist for a beer, wine or nightcap for residents which would be nice

Very lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Room was arranged in romantic atmosphere as I requested. The area near hotel is built in antique style and is very nice. The room we took was beautiful. The bathroom is nice. The bed and pillows are very comfy.

The phone was buzzing all the time when called reception. TV didn't have any working English speaking channels (even BBC/CNN.. didn't work) and didn't have Netflix/Browser/Screen Cast option, effectively leaving us only with Hungarian channels... The breakfast had nice variety of sweets and yogurts but not much besides eggs and beans as a "main dish".

The rooms were hot and difficult to keep cool as the air con was more of an idea than a practical use The duvets were strange as when we arrived there were 2 single duvets on a double bed which is quite common if you look at the other reviews. We did ask for a double duvet which we got but even that was too small but it might be ok for other people

Great location, makes you feel very "spoiled", especially with the view to the quaint little square. Very quiet area even though you are downtown, did not hear a single car pass by. Friendly staff, there was nothing I asked that they didnt help with. A comfortable bed with quality linen and great breakfast options. The availability of sauna upon request was also a nice way to unwind at the end of the day.

Problematic wi-fi login interface. This in itself wouldn't be so bad, except for the fact that if I tried to work from the breakfast area, which is at -1 level, I couldn't get a GSM signal. So it was either do breakfast downstairs or take calls in the reception area, not both. Luckily, the staff figured out i had to work and let my plate on the table well after the 10:30 a.m. mark when they had cleared the area of food.

Spacious rooms with a big bed. Black out curtains. Coffee machine. Safe. Bathroom clean with fluffy towels. Toiletries smelt nice. Air con worked well. Free coffee at reception. Friendly staff. There was a sauna but we didn't use it.

Thought you were given free bottles of water in room. No bar in lounge area. Restaurant for breakfast only, no dinner facilities. The room we were given I think was for disabled customers as there were hand rails everywhere & the toilet & sink moved up & down. From about 6am every morning there were loud noises coming from below the room. Not sure if we were near the service delivery entrance of the hotel
