Very good breakfast, nice touch is serving prosecco with it. What we found most impressive about this hotel is the staff. Everyone we came across were friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Well done to all the staff.

It was a pleasant first time experience being in Budapest. We had a great stay at the property! Breakfast is great. I liked the varied options to get a more suitable type of pillow depending on your sleep habits, as it is not often you get to have that in most hotels. They also have well maintained jacuzzi and sauna too. It was also nice that they surprised us with a birthday champagne for my partner during this trip too. Gladly appreciated that and I highly recommend the property as it is also not too far from the city center and have a mall nearby. The tram and subway are within walking distance and easily accessible too.

What I liked: The staff was very kind and friendly, they gave us all the information we needed. When we left at 5 in the morning, they even gave us a food package, which I thought was a wonderful gesture. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, we had lots of options to choose from. The room was clean, nicely decorated, we even had a kettle and tea/coffee. I liked that we had the access to the spa included, the jacuzzi was really nice. What I didn't like: There was no holder for personal items in the shower. There were no nightstands in the room, just a piece of wood which is not very practical. It was also very hot in the room (23 degrees), although we turned off the heat when we arrived and we traveled in early April, so we didn't think it would be a problem. We could have used the air conditioning, but unfortunately I can't stand it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and I recommend it to others!

It is one of the very few hotels which I'd recommend without hesitating. I think like this is the best option you can get in Budapest for this money. The staff is awesome, it's clean, smells nice, has working Wi-Fi, good location, comfy room - everything what you need. And, actually nice and tasty breakfast, which changes every day. You get a lot of complementaries, such as coffee cups, glasses, 4 big towels, 2 small towels, a teapot, a fridge, a locker, and many other additions. If that is not enough you can visit a free, small tea - coffee lounge on the ground floor. For the price (50+€ per night) in the conditions of Budapest, it's perfect!

Well, I didn't like 1 cleaning, it was good, but still has some nuances. There were a lot of additions, but not all, for example, there weren't slippers or any cosmetics care. And of course, it's not 5-star Hotel, but I wouldn't call it a 3-star hotel, as they say. It's a very strong and nice 4-star hotel. Can't say anything bad about this Hotel, more harsh things about the city.

Good breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff was nice and always happy to help. Tea available all day for free. Water fountain at reception for everyone to use also free of charge. Chocolate and welcome drink on arrival. Great location and affordable price. Good size room with en-suit toilet. Good environment policy- incentive to recycle and reuse towels.

Not a negative, but it would be great if the hotel provided lunch and/or dinner, but this was not available. Saying that, that was enough enough places around to look for meals. Very small gym and sauna, therefore we have chosen not to use.

I liked the room decor, how our bedroom and bathroom were clean and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was ample and had an amazing selection of fresh fruit, veggies and pastries. The location made our experience very smooth as it was only 6 mins on the bus to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood seemed safe as well.

The mattresses were a little bit firm, however, they were still relatively comfortable. The biggest issue during out stay was jacuzzi. We booked half a day off to be able to enjoy it. However, after turning it on, we noticed fluff, dirt and hair. It was a buildup of dirt. We didn't notify the reception. However, it was not a nice experience to go through. I think that the fitness area and the jacuzzi could get some extra cleaning.

Staff were all lovely and welcoming. The room was clean and met my needs. The bed was comfortable, tea and coffee were in the room, and I didn't hear any other guests from my room. Mini bar in reception is a great idea, and I made use of purchasing the reusable water bottle. Breakfast was amazing with hot food, pastries, hot beverages, juices, and champagne. Close to public transport, so ideally placed for exploring. There is a small gym, sauna, and spa bath in the basement, as well as a small internal courtyard and seating in the lobby.

There wasn't anything that I didn't enjoy or appreciate about this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen a good hotel! The hotel organised transfer from airport, hassle-free and very clear on details. We asked for a double room in a quiet corridor and were given that. The staff on reception were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was phenomenal, a huge variety of food and drinks available. The mini-bar/snack area was handy and extremely good value. We didn't end up using the hot-tub area but it looked lovely. Bedroom was spacious, clean and the bed was huge! Internet good and netflix and youtube available on tv. If we return to Budapest, we would certainly stay here again.

Minor thing, as we were in attic space, there were some noises from possibly the water tank at night but it didn't really bother us that much. We were glad of being in a quiet corridor and it wouldn't stop us from staying on this floor again.

Location excellent. Staff fabulous, especially Rika, nothing bad to say, exceptional service, polite, helpful. They went out of their way to help and make our stay great. Lovely room, very clean, warm, comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast. We loved Budapest and had a great holiday, with evening jacuzzi and sauna. Nothing to fault. Also had to leave early in the morning before breakfast on the last day, so Rika made us breakfast bags to take to the airport. Your staff are a massive asset to this hotel including the cleaners and breakfast staff, really impressed.

We stayed at the offsite apartment which is only 1 minute walk from the main reception. It is safe and secure. The partner had two rooms, one double bed and two singles. Good WiFi, in the evening it was a bit intermittent but I’d rate it as a 8/10. It was clean, and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and kind. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. I would stay again, it was very good for a family and well priced. Cool selfie stand and the most crucial part was we left a laptop bag on the way to the airport. The reception team called us within 15 mins of our departure to the airport giving us enough time to order a taxi to collect and bring it to us to the airport in time for our flight.
