We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped.Breakfast was varied and delicious – there was something for everyone- both adults and children were happy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Hotel breakfast and facilities were great. Staff were lovely. Room and bathroom were comfortable. Netflix was available on the TV, little mini fridge for snacks and drinks. 10 min walk to the old town, so we enjoyed the location. Great value for the price. Nice design inside

Not the staff's fault, but we tried to use the mini spa room with the hot tub. A whole family with a lot of children had taken over the spa, screaming and jumping around like it was a kids pool. I'd suggest that children shouldn't be allowed to use that room.

I stayed for 3 days in an apartment that included one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony. It was a great experience. The place was very clean, all the appliances were new, and the heating and cooling systems worked perfectly. It was only 400 meters to both the bus stop and the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast variety was quite reasonable. The only issue I experienced was with the internet. The connection was not stable and there were frequent dropouts. So, if a reliable internet connection is important to you, I recommend taking precautions in advance. Since I didn’t use the jacuzzi or other hotel amenities, I can’t comment on those.

The hours for breakfast were good and the food was delicious everyday. All the staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our housekeeping staff (Nicole) always kept the room to top standards! The communal areas like reception and the kitchen were also very aesthetic and nicely decorated. Will definitely return again!

We had some problems with the room to begin with. Our first room had an unpleasant smell and seemed too small for a twin room. Our second room had faulty key cards which didn't allow us access in at the door. HOWEVER, these were chance circumstances and the staff at reception were extremely patient and accommodating. Shout out to Martin and the other gentleman who did everything they could to make sure we were happy with our stay! The third and final room was perfect, Martin even went the extra mile by ensuring our double bed was separated into twin beds as we had preferred. Overall, although the issues with the rooms weren't ideal, it was handled way above expectations and therefore didn't affect the quality of our stay at all 😁

It was conveniently located near Kalvin Ter, where the AirPort Express drop off/pick up point is, on a quiet alley. The hotel check in was very welcoming. They offered us a glass of wine or coffee of our choice and the white wine was lovely. They serve free light lemonade through the day with orange slices where we found it so refreshing in the hot days of Budapest. The rooms have a small cooler fridge, coffee/tea maker and good quality liquid soap/shampoo/shower gel attached to the wall. They offered two little squares of chocolate and concierge recommendation kit with brochures. Room was spotless clean. Large enough for two people of medium height.

The people who are smoking outside of the hotel are mostly drunk and yell in the middle of the night where the staff looks disinterested with this. There is a sign on the wall requesting the guests to stay quiet after 10 pm but the persistent ones are not pressured to keep their volume down. The gentlemen at the reception named Andras seemed a bit tense (among all the other receptionist staff) but he’s been helpful with our early breakfast request.

The young lady at the reception was so warm, clear, and informing, really went the extra mile. The room was sparkly clean, and so was the bathroom, which I thought was spacious and nice, good size of room for family of 2 adults and a teen for 1 night. Breakfast was very good quality and taste. Anything you'd want. It's really good value for money. It is close to the subway station, which very quickly gets you anywhere in Budapest, metro os very frequent and cheap. Public parking on the street of the hotel with tax, but just a few euros per day.

The area around the hotel feels a bit suburban, not clean, but we just ignored it.

It was a pleasant first time experience being in Budapest. We had a great stay at the property! Breakfast is great. I liked the varied options to get a more suitable type of pillow depending on your sleep habits, as it is not often you get to have that in most hotels. They also have well maintained jacuzzi and sauna too. It was also nice that they surprised us with a birthday champagne for my partner during this trip too. Gladly appreciated that and I highly recommend the property as it is also not too far from the city center and have a mall nearby. The tram and subway are within walking distance and easily accessible too.

We were greeted and welcomed by lovely staff who were professional and efficient with the check-in prosess. Had the apartment 30 meters down the road. It was newly renovated. Nice big balcony, quit area. Got a complimentary welcome drink. It was my brothers birthday and without asking we got prosecco for free in the room for our family and a cake for breakfast. We felt welcome. The staff during breakfast were attentive. Got the information we needed when asking for recommendations. Good value for money

The beds were a bit firm for our liking The bathroom in our apartment had somewhat a bad smell.

What I liked: The staff was very kind and friendly, they gave us all the information we needed. When we left at 5 in the morning, they even gave us a food package, which I thought was a wonderful gesture. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, we had lots of options to choose from. The room was clean, nicely decorated, we even had a kettle and tea/coffee. I liked that we had the access to the spa included, the jacuzzi was really nice. What I didn't like: There was no holder for personal items in the shower. There were no nightstands in the room, just a piece of wood which is not very practical. It was also very hot in the room (23 degrees), although we turned off the heat when we arrived and we traveled in early April, so we didn't think it would be a problem. We could have used the air conditioning, but unfortunately I can't stand it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and I recommend it to others!

Very good breakfast, nice touch is serving prosecco with it. What we found most impressive about this hotel is the staff. Everyone we came across were friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Well done to all the staff.
