The apartment is spacious and modern. The whole Corvin quarter is a great location as you find everything from groceries to restaurants on your doorstep.

In the apartment we couldn't find a remote control for the aircon. I inquired about that at reception in the evening we arrived and again on the next day. Unfortunately the team didn't manage to give us a remote control during the entire time we stayed there, although I was promised that I would get it on the evening of the arrival, when I first asked for it. In total it seems that the maintenance team of the apartment complex could be a little bit more on top of it, as there were a few minor things that could be in better shape: the cover of the keyhole to the bedroom was missing, the cover of the door handle of the bathroom was very loose, the one flush button for the toilet didn't work and on the last day the hole flush plate for the toilet fell off...

Location is cool, a lot of restaurants are nearby and Lidle as well. The property is clean and modest, balcony is beautiful. Host is polite and kind, they recommended me the good place to have a breakfast. Thanks! The sofa is not the most comfortable, but it's tolerable. For some tall people it may be difficult to sleep (in sofa) but okay in bed.

it was very difficult to find the reception: they just moved to another building while I received the outdated location instructions. Also there is no bath facilities such a small shampoo or shower gel. Only 3 big towels (for 3 people) and no towels for kitchen or hand towel for bathroom. Air conditioning works slowly so it was very hot at night.

- two single beds instead of one king size bed!!! It was unbelievable! - behind the bed there was a dead insect and it was not clean - pillow was not comfortable - blanket was not suitable for this season - for the two first days elevator in residence did not work!!!

The apartment is big and clean. It was very easy to find it. We had some troubles with the magnetic key from the parking area, but the lady from the reception solved it very fast. The apartment is in a pedestrian area. There are lots of restaurants and cafes that you can choose from. There is a metro station in 10 min walk with a direct line to the center.

The matters in the bedroom was pretty bad. If you have back problems is hard to sleep on it. The bathroom has no windows so after few days it starts smelling like mold despite the ventilator working.

The apartment is newly outfitted and comfortable. Bed is not particularly high quality but is not a major issue. Location it is a fair way from budapest center and requires metro travel, but that is easy.

The kitchen is not well supplied with equipment at all.

location i good, next to mall; supermarket, metro and tram is near. The building is clean, easy to find and enter the room after an explanation at reception, the apartment is well equipped - toaster, oven, heating that works, TV, washing machine.

There was a hole in the sheet, bedding - didn't look particularly clean, towels very old and used. Luckily I brought my own bedding and towels otherwise I would have had to complain. I have pictures to prove it, stains on the sofa, and on chairs, minimalism in plates knives and forks 3 of each type. One capsule for the dishwasher. But you can manage, just don't feel full value for the high price. Regarding the 100 euros, I haven't seen a charge and I hope there won't be one.

The property is conveniently located in a piazza (away from busy main roads) with numerous eating places at ground level and a shopping mall at one end. It is also within walking distance of two metro stations on the M3 Line and it is a 5 -7 minute ride into central Pest. The apartment is modern, neat and tidy and a good size for a couple.

The bed was not very comfortable . It was a very basic Ikea bed without a mattress topper. It would be better if they added a matress topper. There were also no tea or coffee provided.

The apartment was just renovated and everything in it was brand new, never seems to have been used before, it was all exceptionally clean and beautiful. It has all the necessary amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle and everything else needed for a good family vacation. Location is amazing with 5 min walk from a metro station that is accessible with an elevator (very important for traveling with kids since not all lines in Budapest metro are equipped for wheelchair/stroller access). A bus station is also 5 minutes walk. All main landmarks and sights can be accessed from both these points. The apartment itself is located in a complex of new buildings surrounding a small promenade with a lot of restaurants with diverse cousine (Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Mexican, Hungarian). Also there is Lidl across the apartment.

Nothing to not like, the apartment was amazing

We liked the appartment location and apperance. It has some stores and alot of dining/fastfood places nearby. It is a modern appartment with big balcony and an elevator to our floor. It was very clean and well heated, with hot water during our entire stay ( 6 people, alot of showering :D ) Well equipped with kitchen gadgets, but badly equipped with utensils (pots, pans, glasses). For example, it only had two pots and four water glasses on six people. We asked for parking spot in several occasions, but no answer about that till last minute. It was a bit unpleasant that they informed us a couple of hours before our arrival that all parking spaces they provide are taken, but they offered nearby mall parking as a solution which is commendable.

We had a hard time to find the reception office. We expected atleast two towels per person (small and big one). Beside that, everything was good.

The location was fantastic! There's a charming pedestrian street nearby, lined with a variety of restaurants and shops to explore. A shopping mall is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's a Lidl conveniently located right next door. For transportation, the metro station is only 10 minutes away, making it incredibly easy to reach the city center in just 2-3 stops. The accommodation itself was excellent. The room had a spacious balcony, a fully functional kitchen, a comfortable living room with a large sofa, and a cozy bedroom featuring a big bed and plenty of closet space. Overall, it offered exceptional value for the price. Highly recommended!
