Apartment with separate room - good for parents with children, all equipment available: waschng machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwawe etc. Big shopping mall in same street. Close to Metro station.

Parking in accomodation was out of order. Slow and dropping wifi connection.

I recently stayed at prater and was thoroughly impressed. The location is exceptional, conveniently situated near a shopping center and easily accessible by public transportation. I requested a specific flat, and the staff were accommodating and accepted my request without any issues. The check-in process was smooth, and they even allowed me to check in very early. The staff were very nice and attentive, offering complementary towel changes during my stay. Additionally, the building's external wall is adorned with green plants, providing excellent heat insulation and contributing to a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

No espresso machine 🥲

Excellent Location near shops. We met a wonderful host Szandra on arrival. She was warm, knowledgeable and so helpful. The living area was spacious and the property was clean. Air conditioning in living area. WiFi appreciated. Szandra set up Netflix for us in the absence of a TV signal.

Beds not so comfortable! Bedrooms very hot. A few extra Kitchen utensils for cooking would be helpful. Drainer for washing up would make things easier plus a few extra cloths for sink and drying crockery. A few extra garbage bags for bin.

Receptionist with brown hair, name began with K, was super helpful from the moment we met her. She gave us great tips on places to eat/ travel/ local attractions and nothing was too much trouble. She made us feel very welcome and reassured that we could contact her if we needed her, which we didn’t. Everything was great, location was perfect, come out of accommodation turn right and lots of transport links, bus, train and tram available along with bars and a shopping centre within a minutes walk of the apartments. We walked to most places as we saw so much along the way and had a week to explore. Walk through the shopping centre and there’s some more lovely, local restaurants next to the Aldi/Lidl. I can’t recall but would stay again if we travel there and no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.

Beds were a bit too firm for us but the sofa beds were huge and we slept wonderfully on them.

First things first: extraordinary communication with Mrs. Szandra Koller - before, during and after our stay at Prater Aparthotel. She is one of a kind, a true GEM! Long story short, a thousand words won't be enough for us to express the way she made us feel, to say the least. We found the apartment in clean and cozy condition, everything worked properly. Great location, very close to public transportation, shopping area just one minute walk from Prater Aparthotel, many other facilities around in the area. Thank you, Prater Aparthotel, thank you again, Mrs. Szandra Koller!

Nothing i didn't like, but i must say: in the bathroom, there's the heater which needs to be changed immediately, because it's rusted and it might blow up at any moment. Heaters in the rooms are working properly and hot, but cold air gets inside at the base of the balcony door, which needs to be properly sealed in order to not lose energetic heating power.

Everything was great. A spacious, clean apartment in a great location right across from the shopping center and three minutes from the metro station. To the city center by metro in less than 10 minutes. The heating is excellent which is important for visiting Budapest in the winter months. The building has an elevator and a luggage room. Sandra was a wonderful host always there for anything we needed.

The only thing we missed was a little shower gel and hair shampoo for at least the first day of our stay. We only had soap to wash our hands. But it is a small thing that did not spoil the overall excellent impression of the apartment. Greetings and see you next time.

szandra , person that works there was amazing . very accommodating and friendly. the place was clean and close to the city center. would come back.

other person thay works on reception was not nice nor helpful. when we asked her about some things did not get much answer. no parking whatsoever and we asked where we could safely park we received answer "I dont know". in addition there was no much stuff in the kitchen to cook like pots pans nor utensils. very poor regarding this. coffee machine did not work and no complementary things so we had to buy everything.

Location is perfect near City center. Metro very close. Shopping mall across street. Big apartament, very clean and fully equipped. Also no sound from City and very good beds. Very frienldy reception. We had late flight home and they stored luggege in an unused aparmant so we could pick it up after check out in late afternoon. Thank you for that.

All is top. One thing only pay attention on small maintanence in apartament. I mean like micro damage to furnitor...and items like that. But overall recommended stay!

The apartment was really clean, it had everything we needed including a washing machine. The location was great. 2 minute walk away from shopping centre. Close to a plaza with different restaurants. 7 minute walk to the Metro. Szandra on reception was very helpful.

The hotel location is very convenient, a minute away from a shopping mall and restaurants. A metro station is 5 minutes away. The apartment is equipped for a short and well-informed stay. Sandra, the amazing receptionist, helps in everything she can. Special thanks to you, dear Sandra.
