Fabulous location very close to the city centre staff was helpful.

There isn't any tea making facilities in the room but they did give us a kettle when we asked for one.

Nice warm room and comfy bed. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Location is fine and it's in a quiet residential area of the city. Although a bit out of the way if getting about on foot, the public transport system is excellent and you can soon be across the city in no time at all.

Shower head holder was broken so had to be held by hand. Limited plug sockets in the room. Bedside tables were both damaged, looked like someone had leaned on them in the past which meant you had to be careful when placing drinks on them. Had to pick your times for breakfast as it could get extremely busy which meant queuing for the coffee machine and toaster. It would have been good to have at least a kettle and two cups in the room.

On our first night, upon check-in, the bathroom light was not working. Since we arrived quite late and were tired, we decided to just go to sleep and notify it the following day. The next morning, we informed reception and left to explore the city. When we returned in the evening, the light was not fixed, and we were told that it would only be fixed in 2 days. There was no offer of changing the room, no apology, nothing. Only after we complained we were offered to change rooms.

Everything was perfect! Friendly and helpful stuff. The room was nice and cozy. Breakfasts were delicious! It was especially nice to have breakfast in the courtyard. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so the silence was perfect. This is not the closest location to the center, but the tram stop is within walking distance, and the tram stop along the Danube is also a 10-minute walk away, so you can get there with beautiful views

It would be great to have a set of accessories in the bathroom. Everything else was wonderful

The hotel was excellent balance value for the money. It has everything we needed for family stay and site seeing in Budapest. We arrived by car parking was possible at site in underground parking lot. This was one of the key reason to select this hotel. Location was very close to most of the attractions and building in Budapest. Many shops ( Aldi, Rossman, and many others) and restaurants around. The hotel provided exactly what we needed. The room was clean and large including fridge. We wanted to stay in hotel go for breakfast and basically spend the whole day in the city. This expectations was met perfectly. The surrounding and was clean, streets narrow and many trees providing the shadow and convenient temperature during hot day.

There is not much I didn't like. However just to mention, that the hotel is from 90' (I guess) and therefore not brand new. For us this was not an issue, because the hotel was clean and provided enough comfort.

Our room was pretty astonishing, and let's say, tematic. If you would like to have a somewhat historic experience in Budapest with your accomodation try the Sissi room as we did. It was really nice. The place overall was good, the bed mats might have been a little bit too soft, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of dishes. I would recommend this place to anybody!

Kind staff, so clean I had to leave window open to diffuse detergent smell, quiet, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, good AC. Well away from tourist sites. Tiny plates for buffet were annoying as was smoking allowed on dining patio & cumbersome door locks. Was awakened each day at 5am due to inadequate light blocking drapes. Important to note that if I would've changed rooms to other floor, it would not have AC which is critical here. So losing sleep was the better option. Ugh...

The location of the hotel is a 7-10 minute walk from the river and Great Market hall. The beds and the pillows are comfortable. The room was clean and big. We did have breakfast at the hotel, where they have a great selection of snacks and great espresso. The hotel has its own parking lot right next to the entrance for a fee (be careful if you have a lower car. It is an underground garage). Definitely recommend 👌

The shower cabin was small

Our family suite was clean and tidy. The location was perfect as we were attending a concert at the MVM Dome just 3 stops away on the M3 tube line. The breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Sadly there was no facility to make a hot drink and there was no iron available at reception to remove the creases in our clothes after their journey in the case. Apparently health and safety does not allow it.

The hotel is located close to Danube and to the public transport. The room was clean, beds were comfy. Nothing bad to say, really. The breakfast offers a variety of options. On the last day we were leaving early and ordered breakfast boxes. Their content was pretty good, we were satisfied.
