The breakfast is really nice! Always a good choice of foods, including few things that are local Hungarian

The WiFi speed and quality are things that they need to fix! I had a few meetings over Zoom, and it was difficult to find a spot where it was possible to have a reliable connection. Apparently, they have very old routers with a very weak signal. If you are inside your room at the desk, the network speed may be 1 to 2 Mbps. If you go outside in the hallway close to the elevator, you may get up to 15 Mbps, a big improvement, but still slow. If you go downstairs in the lobby and the hall there, it becomes more reasonable, up to 40 to 50 Mbps. They really need to upgrade their routers to something from this century urgently!

There isn't any tea making facilities in the room but they did give us a kettle when we asked for one.

Nice warm room and comfy bed. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Location is fine and it's in a quiet residential area of the city. Although a bit out of the way if getting about on foot, the public transport system is excellent and you can soon be across the city in no time at all.

Shower head holder was broken so had to be held by hand. Limited plug sockets in the room. Bedside tables were both damaged, looked like someone had leaned on them in the past which meant you had to be careful when placing drinks on them. Had to pick your times for breakfast as it could get extremely busy which meant queuing for the coffee machine and toaster. It would have been good to have at least a kettle and two cups in the room.

Breakfast was amazing. Comfy beds, very clean bathroom, room was a great size. Aircon was good and the mini fridge was a nice touch. Reception were very helpful with booking taxis.

more vegetarian options for hot breakfast would be nice. Rooms on the front of the hotel were a bit loud - also the walls were very thin so we could hear everyone moving around and going to breakfast in the morning. Bring earplugs! Also could use more sockets in the room.

Convenient location in a calm street. Breakfast was very good

On our first night, upon check-in, the bathroom light was not working. Since we arrived quite late and were tired, we decided to just go to sleep and notify it the following day. The next morning, we informed reception and left to explore the city. When we returned in the evening, the light was not fixed, and we were told that it would only be fixed in 2 days. There was no offer of changing the room, no apology, nothing. Only after we complained we were offered to change rooms.

The hotel is quite good, but a bit ‘old-school’ :) it would need some modern upgrades :) everything feels rather old-fashioned. On the other hand, the room is quite spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful (the receptionist assisted with everything, including booking a taxi to the airport). Thanks!

Everything was perfect! Friendly and helpful stuff. The room was nice and cozy. Breakfasts were delicious! It was especially nice to have breakfast in the courtyard. The hotel is located on a quiet street, so the silence was perfect. This is not the closest location to the center, but the tram stop is within walking distance, and the tram stop along the Danube is also a 10-minute walk away, so you can get there with beautiful views

It would be great to have a set of accessories in the bathroom. Everything else was wonderful

The hotel was excellent balance value for the money. It has everything we needed for family stay and site seeing in Budapest. We arrived by car parking was possible at site in underground parking lot. This was one of the key reason to select this hotel. Location was very close to most of the attractions and building in Budapest. Many shops ( Aldi, Rossman, and many others) and restaurants around. The hotel provided exactly what we needed. The room was clean and large including fridge. We wanted to stay in hotel go for breakfast and basically spend the whole day in the city. This expectations was met perfectly. The surrounding and was clean, streets narrow and many trees providing the shadow and convenient temperature during hot day.

There is not much I didn't like. However just to mention, that the hotel is from 90' (I guess) and therefore not brand new. For us this was not an issue, because the hotel was clean and provided enough comfort.

Our room was pretty astonishing, and let's say, tematic. If you would like to have a somewhat historic experience in Budapest with your accomodation try the Sissi room as we did. It was really nice. The place overall was good, the bed mats might have been a little bit too soft, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of dishes. I would recommend this place to anybody!

amazing breakfast; excellent location, close to all major transports; very nice restaurants nearby. Very nice and welcome staff, very good underground parking garage. Quiet hotel and rooms and also a very quiet and safe location.

beds for the triple room could have been better in terms of comfort, but overall experience very good.
