There was clear instructions how to get to the apartment , relatively close to the public transportation, very close to shops ( Lidl in the same building , a non-stop shop ) . We had a great time

Property was ok ,central like 45 mins walking to central attractions!

Everything was perfectly fine in the apartment. There is a garage, which is spacious, and that's rare in this area.

There was only one bin in the room and one quilt on the first day.

Location is great, everything is close to you. Garage is included. You have everything you need. Instructions for checking in are top level. Host team is great.

As soon as we entered this apartment there was some kind of smell. We later found out it was clening rag that was still wet. Other issue was about bed, is not comfortable at all. And linen also had some weird odor. Feels like cleaning crew didnt do great job, but if they did this would be 10/10

Bed sheets were dark colors (dark green and gray) didnt show any dirts and spots , towels same , i have doubt if bed sheets were washed they seemed used as they were not fresh, many dirt spots on toilet and also just a small soup for 3 people 2 night was provided

Ok location and good initial communication with hosts. Instructions for check-in were clear.

Only two towels provided for 3-night stay for two people, without hand towels. Host told us he would bring additional towels, but he never did. Bed was very uncomfortable, bed sheets and towels didn't seem clean at all; the overall apartment lacked cleanliness.

The second property we stayed was really nice, clean and comfortable. It was plenty of room for a couple.

First of all I didnt stay at accomodation for which i paid for. The reasons are multiple: property was messy, unclean, the toillet smelled really bad, it had no water. Second property/accomodation didnt have its own parking spot (for which I paid for), I had to look for parking on the street on saturday and sunday and then park on another further spot on monday and spend my precious time going from accomodation till car. In second property we had no wifi for the first two days (we stayed total 3 days). The host said he will solve it first day-he didnt. Then second day we waited over an hour for him to bring the chip for parking garage gate and the wifi router. It was highly unproffesional! We have never seen host in person and he never apologized to us directly and honestly.
