Breakfast offered a great variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruit, and hot options like eggs and bacon. The breakfast area was bright and clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our suite was fantastic, with plenty of space and privacy for our family. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were a real plus, giving everyone their own space. The comfortable living area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare our meals and snacks. The in-suite laundry was also very convenient, and the extra storage room helped us keep our luggage out of sight and the suite tidy. The suite was tastefully decorated and felt just like home. The hotel's location was excellent, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a Metro station nearby, making it easy to get around the city.

One area that could be improved was the housekeeping. During our week-long stay, we felt that the rooms weren't being cleaned as thoroughly as we would have expected. While the suite itself was lovely, more attention to detail in the cleaning would have made our stay even better. However, the hotel manager was very understanding and helpful when we raised the issue.

The location is perfect. A little away from the city centre, but very calm and accessible by public transport. Metro M3 and tram 4-6 are just a short walk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Love to have the full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room.

The beds are pretty firm. Someone may prefer it, but others may not find it too comfortable. The table top glasses definitely needed to be glued down as it is very prone to slip and potentially dangerous.

We arrived very early /12:00/ and just went to ask if we could leave the car in the parking lot - the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing, he not only let us park the car, but also checked the readiness of the room and let us in. The room was beautiful, huge and spotless. All the staff we met were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. We attended a concert at the MVM and the location of the hotel is just two metro stops away from the venue. You can reach the metro station from the hotel in a few minutes. I also need to mention the bed is very comfortable with proper pillow what I appreciate a lot :) Overall thank you for a great stay, next time we will take our daughter to enjoy Budapest for more than 1 day with us :)

Great location! Close to metro and some restaurants and a grocery to store to grab breakfast/snack items. Large suite, comfortable beds and very nice deck. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Check in process was quick and easy and was able to pay upon arrival rather than in advance. Nice to have someone at the front desk 24/7.

Only thing I would recommend is instructions for the washing machine. We had no idea what all the symbols meant and not sure what settings we were picking 🙄

The room is clean. Nice staff. They welcomed us warmly. Shoutout to Mr. Gabor. He helped us organize our trip back home smoothly. He always greet the guests that passed by with a smile even if he is answering hundreds of calls. And he also not neglected us while waiting at the lounge. . Breakfast is good but needs a little improvement. We stayed for 5 nights and the choices are the same. But because it is always fresh, and lots of variety, we still enjoyed it. There is also a mall and a lot of restaurants nearby which is a savior.

Not that close to the city center. You have to walk for about 300m to reach the metro and tram. But it's ok for those who stays longer like us. We explored the area nearby while heading to the metro. One day we also passed inside the mall and exit at the other side. It is on the way to going to the public transportation anyway. Toiletries are very small. For 2 persons just 2 bottles of body and hair shampoo. One bottle each. Good thing i bought my shampoo cause i got a long hair. But its ok because you can find the cleaning lady on the passage outside early in the morning and can just ask for additional. She is nice too.

A large and bright room with all necessary household appliances, just like in an apartment. The room was cleaned every day. The place is conveniently located near the subway, and around the corner there is a shopping center and many different restaurants. Very quiet and pleasant area.

Small thing, but there wasn’t enough sockets next to the bed.

Everything was satisfactory! Friendly and helpful staff, they always take initiative to help. Breakfast was good! Place was clean and tidy. Location very convenient. A small shopping mall surrounded by cafe and restaurants is just a few minutes away. Easy access to Metro and Tram makes our tour easy. Highly recommend as a comfortable and good for value place to stay.

Amazing location. Hotel is located just two blocks away from the metro station. Staff was very kind. Rooms are huge and clean. There were soap and shampoo to use in the bathroom and there is bath and a shower. Great for a long stay as the room has a washing machine.

There was a weird smell from a breakfast room and the toilet on the hall was semi clean and it smelt awful.

A perfect balance between hotel and apartment, the room has everything you need and even more. The metro is a 6-minute walk away, and there are also several grocery stores nearby. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The room is big, clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The ventilation in the toilet is noisy and cannot be turned off with a button; the breakfast products are of high quality, but the choice is quite limited.
