The included facilities are very nice- 24/7 gym, washing machines, study areas etc. Also the room itself is spacious, has a little kitchen. bathroom is also good. common areas are very nicely decorated. you can keep your luggage at the lobby after checking out until your flight.

The room itself was clean enough, but there were cobwebs in the upper corners and you could find dust if you wanted. It's a surface level "clean". Also the breakfast is very poor for the price. the only actual food option (besides milk and cereal and yoghurt) was scrambled eggs with some small sausages, every single day.

We caught the 100E bus from airport and got off at the first stop. Maps took us to the wrong location so make sure it's 'Dean's College Hotel' Tűzloto Utca. It's a nice modern facility (shared with students). Great hot water and pressure in shower. Fridge and a couple of plates, bowls, cutlery. Quiet except Saturday night in the hallways. Very good gym. Super clean! A laundry (pay on an app). You need to start an account with 20 euro, they'll refund what you don't use but it's slow. Close to eateries and metro line. Would recommend to others.

Very squeaky single bed, and a cracking noise when closing shower door. No hair dryer. But not deal breakers!

This hotel just GETS it. Probably the best value hotel I've stayed at in a while. Since the hotel simultaneously serves as a student residence - the expensive, upscale type, with full servicing - it is incredibly clean, well-furnished, and convenient. The room has a very powerful air conditioner, and is furnished like a serviced apartment, with stove tops, large desks and tables, and even a microwave. The metro station and two big supermarkets (Penny and Spar) are literally right next to the hotel. The gym room is surprisingly well-equipped. Interestingly, I have yet to see a single student during my stay. I believe that this is because tourists and long-term residents stay on different parts of the residence, which is a major plus.

The rooms are spacious, there is a fridge and microwave in the room, well-functioning air conditioning, comfortable bed. Breakfasts like in a typical European hotel: yoghurts, milk, various types of bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, meat, etc. - for me quite enough and tasty. Two supermarkets are right next to the hotel and the metro station is also close - 3 minutes walk

The rooms are a bit dusty. If there are some kids and teenagers running around and making noise in the corridors, you can hear them, but this is in no way the hotel's fault, just the lack of upbringing of these children

Modern hotel and room with student vibe. Comfy large double bed. There was also a mezzanine floor with another bed! A kettle and fridgealso provided. Very helpful staff on reception, with good English. Plentiful breakfast of good quality, e.g., scrambled eggs, frankfurters, rolls, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, salad, hummus, cheeses, etc. Good coffee machines. Also a gym and kitchen facilities with a microwave. Table football and pool. Location close to a metro 4 stops from the city centre. Good value for money.

The hotel is located right off the metro station and is pretty new and has a nice vibe. Although it mostly caters to students, there was a quiet atmosphere and all the staff at the hotel were super nice. The room is actually a studio with high ceilings, a small kitchen and a huge wardrobe. Lots of space and light sources and a nice big window with both blinds and blackout curtains. Bathroom is small but adequate with enough storage. Breakfast was basic with standard options and very limited sweet choices.

The kitchenette only has 2 cups 2 plates 2 bowls and 2 sets of cutlery. There are no cooking pots and utensils, not even water glasses. It seemed strange to offer a kitchen with a stove top without any means to use it to prepare a simple meal. As for the breakfast it could use a few more options, maybe a couple of cakes and granola, as well as some bacon or cooked veggies. Some more fresh fruit would be really nice to have.

Great value for money. Well-equipped room (you can ask for a hair dryer at the reception), comfortable bed, good soundproofing. Nice facilities like a laundry room with an ironing board and a rooftop terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Near the metro station, easy access to the city centre and the airport.

Aside from minor issues like the coffee machine in the lobby being out of order, the main thing we didn't expect was the bathroom sliding door having such a huge gap (it didn't really feel like it was closed), but we managed.

Read some review says DEAN's house have heating and cleaning problem, it makes us nervous. Then, checked into DEAN'S HOUSE with worry, but checked out very satisfied. middle of January we spent a whole week in hotel , gone through the weather from -6 to 4 degrees , the in room heater function well , warm enough , even the corridor is warm , the bathroom is also warm , you won't feel cold after shower . The bed is extremely comfortable , the tiny kitchen is just fits our needs , no noise at night . No TV and no telephone in room , it didn't bother us , wifi is strong. Most of thing you need , you can borrow from reception , they happy to help, cooking pan / kettle / spatula / wine opener etc. Breakfast is a highlights , worth the money and good quality , even they provide fresh salad , bread is good , croissant is best , coffee is tasty , we heard they use COSTA beans , all the staff is friendly and attentive . Convenient Location , this is a university district , safety neighborhood , SPAR / penny just right next to the hotel , 50m you will find TESCO express , 300m you will see bigger ALDI, just 100 m walk from Subway SEMMELWEIS KLINIKAK , easy to access to all the attractions . We love almost everything , just some tiny things can be better . - the rooftop closed due to weather condition . - a bit dusty floor , we can understand this due to snow season , so we borrow towel to wipe it ourselves. - We did not get the kettle when I ask reception at check in ,but I can easily get it from housekeeping ,they're really nice and helpful. - A instruction guide for microwave will helps

The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is great, a 2 minute walk to the metro station. The staff were super nice! We asked the people at the reception for a hairdryer and cooking tools, and asked them about public transport tickets- they explained everything and gave us everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, there’s a table and a kitchen and lots of sockets.

On one of the days the cleaner left a dirty rag on the floor of our room. But other than that everything was great

Very friendly staff, perfect English. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions quickly. Everything in the rooms is clean and smells nice - towels, bed linen, toilet. Excellent price-quality ratio, good location, and even though it is a student accommodation, it is completely peaceful and pleasant.

The only drawback is the bathroom door (which is not visible in the photos) and it's not actually a door, but the sliding mechanism that was broken in our room, so it didn't close all the way, which can be uncomfortable. Also, the ceilings are high and although the rest of the room is clean, they are full of cobwebs
