Great and quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants and shops to chose from. Short walk to the river and ELTE University is in a walkable distance. Good shopping centre nearby if you need some extra clothing.

Cleanness of the room could be improved, although some of the issues were caused by ongoing renovation. A bit of a walk to public transportation, but a big bus/tram hub is reachable in 15 min.

Was easy to arrive at the hotel from the airport with good transportation options. Staff were friendly and welcoming, plus the room size was larger than the average. In terms of location, it was within walking distance of the bars/restaurants along the river. Around 3.5km from the city centre. Breakfast was decent for a city hotel, but could have had a few more options.

The air conditioning seemed to be out of order, and it was quite noisy, plus there seemed to be no lights in the hallway, at night.

Rooms are huge and some rooms have even a living-room-like seating arrangement. Beds are comfortable. Furniture and bath rooms are already a bit dated. The 2 elevators are roomy and quite new. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Parking is available and can be reached with the elevator (in this area very important, as no public parking for more than 3 hours available) Close by is the cafe Manfréd Pékség. Fantastic bakery. One of the best chocolate croissants we ever had!!!

Nice spacious rooms but downside was a hand-held shower and main curtain didnt close fully.. Helpful hotel staff. Breakfast adequate. Metro about 6 or 7 minute walk and very handy for Metro M3 for Airport connection E200 bus and central Budapest. I would use again.

The location was pretty good. The room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and polite. Included breakfast was also fine. The hotel itself looks kind of old and out of fashion, but if you are there only to sleep and not admire the architecture it's okay.

There was a group of very drunk Germans who partied until 6 AM, banging on our doors and were very loud and scary. When we complained about it to the staff in the morning, they told us that we should've called them during the night, but since they were aware of the issue (they supposedly threw them out of the hotel) I don't know what the call would change. They should've throw them out a long time ago.

Good location, parking possibility in hotel´s underground garage, very polite staff - Mr. receptionist was absolutely helpful, spacious hotel room, good breakfast, everything was very good , I was very satisfied

The hotel is located in a nice place close to the city center and many restaurants, pubs, historical buildings, etc. It is easy to reach by tram, subway. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and quiet in the evening.

We really liked our stay at the actor hotel and it was a bargain during the F1 in Budapest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clearly actively being updated at the moment which is nice. We had a gorgeous brand new shower etc I’m our room. The beds were clean and comfy. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Budapest!

Our room was quite hot even with air-conditioning on but at 30+ degrees every day can’t complain!

The room was big, with comfortable beds. we got excellent, reach breakfast with even very fresh vegetables and fruits. The staff was friendly and very helpful to our special needs, like charging my GSM or my daughter's gluten allergy. Lovely people!

We were a little disappointed because the restaurant was shut down due to the covid situation and it was also not mentioned on the website. There were also some renovations in the building (that are indeed necessary seeing the state of rooms...) The Interior is indeed outdated though very comfortable...

Very large and nice room for an excellent price.

The building repairs had been neglected. No working lights in part of hallway, even the hotel sign was almost entirely dark, very bad impression. Windows not washed on the outside.
