We had a wonderful stay! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of four. It’s located in a newly developed neighborhood with a great selection of restaurants, a shopping mall, and grocery stores nearby. Public transport options like the metro and buses are easily accessible, and the city center is even within walking distance. The location is within a pedestrian zone, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere—especially in the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, and perfect for a relaxing stay. Parking is available within the building or close by, which was very convenient. Highly recommended!

No such a thing.

The building was fantastic and the room was superb. We had an unexpected incident with another booked apartment when we landed and the owners of this apartment assist us immediately when we contacted them in a last minute call. They also gave us a free upgrade since it was Christmas Eve and they prepared the room in minutes although we booked it last minute. They assisted us on everything, they were so kind and we definitely loved the apartment. It was a very nice area with lots of stores right next to it and a shopping mall!!!! Metro was 3 mins walk from there as well!!! We would like to thank them for everything and we hope we visit again Budapest and definitely stay there again.

It's always nice, except this time it's the neighbors upstairs or the tourists

There are 2 children in the apartment above us, who unfortunately jumped around regardless of the time. They probably had a room above me where I slept. I would have been sleeping at 6 in the morning, since you are on vacation and would have rested, but unfortunately it didn't work out. I am also a father of 3 children, but there has to be a limit. The apartment is otherwise ok. But I don't recommend number 26 in the same building as the reception if there are permanent residents upstairs.

Our stay at this property in Budapest was truly delightful. The hosts were incredibly kind and always ready to help — we felt at home from the very beginning. The neighborhood is fantastic, filled with charming restaurants and close to the Danube, which adds to the atmosphere. Although it's not right in the city center, it's just the right distance for a pleasant walk, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful architecture along the way. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is in a great location, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the area. The staff is very friendly and always available, which is a big plus. The apartment is spacious, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The kitchen equipment could use some updates. The ceramic glass cooktop was very much cracked, which might cause issues when cooking. Additionally, the chairs are worn out and peeling, which slightly detracts from the overall experience of the apartment. With some improvements in this regard, the accommodation would be truly outstanding.

My personal opinion about a 4 night-stay in December 2024: - great location, very close to Lidl supermarket, Corvin Plaza (Mall), subway, tram, bus, food facilities (Kurtos, Langos, pizzeria, Japanese, burgers, bars - staff: friendly, helpful, English speaking - parking: 15 Euro/night, underground, access by chip - for a 4-night stay: 1 time cleaning, no towel change. Cleaning upon arrival not perfect, but good. - hand soap, hair drier, no shower gel - small terrace, very nice view from apartment 309

We appreciated the central location of the apartment, the vue outside the window, the small balcony, the 1 min walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets and the spacious room with a kitchenette well stocked. We spent a great time in Budapest and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. We had good quality sleep so we were ready for days full of adventure and discovery.

The reception could use a bit of renovation to be more welcoming.

Brand new apartment, very clean, spacious (accommodates a 4 member family quite easily), fully equipped (kitchen, oven, dishwasher, fridge, A/C, microwave, flat TV, washing machine, all of which are brand new), with a huge bathroom and wardrobe. Many sockets on the walls for your devices and quite good Wifi. Very hard mattresses which are good for the spine. Perfect location in a huge square, with lots of restaurants, cafeterias and supermarkets. 5 minutes distance from anything. Big Mall at 100 meters, metro station at 600 meters. The staff is very polite and does their best to satisfy any of your needs. They even provided us with a scale to weight the luggage. Very reasonable prices. Definitely value for money. Kudos to the owners and the staff.

The pillows are really small and flat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, great equipment and large rooms. Staff was very helpful and nice. The location was near city center and metro. There were lots of shops nearby. We got tea, coffee and candies for free :D. We cannot recommend enough.

We loved everything.

The room was spacious for a family, well equipped and well cleaned. The apartment and furniture were new and there was even a courtyard patio. There is a grocery store and many restaurants in the plaza where the apartment is and it's lively at night.

Check in at a different building than the apartment and it took some time to find although they were quick and available for directions. It didn't feel like we were in Budapest as it was out of the center and all the restaurants were asian. The food was amazing everywhere around us and good value but when we arrived it was not the Budapest we were used to although it's the first time staying out of the center due to late booking. We also witnessed quite a few people drunk on the steps and one thief running out of the grocery store. Although in general the area felt safe and full of young people out for a bite.
