It was a spacious apartment equipped with the necessary facilities for our stay and was clean when we entered, including kitchenware. The location is close to bus/metro stations and it’s a nice area. The check-in desk is open 24 hours. The staff is friendly and overall the stay is good. The security deposit on my credit card was cancelled after we left (upon checking the apartment) and we didn’t have issues there.

The corridors and building as you’re navigating to your room make you feel a bit like you’re in an old hospital. When we arrived we were asked to wait 30 min for the room to be ready despite arriving after the check-in start time. The towels and sheets looked overused as you could tell from the thinning fibers so perhaps they should be replaced. The bathroom doesn’t have a curtain so water goes everywhere and this is a common theme from the other reviews as it seems so it should be addressed.

Spacious apartment with balcony. Elevator available. Pretty close to Corvin Mall (3 min walk) whith undeground parking and supermarket.

Contradictory information received from reception: 1. Lady from reception told me there is no underground parking available, but after 5 min when my friend also arrived she gave him an option to park underground (several of empty spaces were available). 2. Lady from reception told me that parking on the street is strictly forbidden after 18:00. But I found out that only on the right side parking was not accepted. On the left side of the street parking was possible under the condition on paying on the parking machine.

This apartment was clean and light with comfortable beds and sofa. We have everything we need. Kitchen was good equipment, the stuff left us a few coffee, sugar and salt. Towels were clean, and enough for whole family. Apartment was not far from public transport. In the nearest area you can find supermarket and cafe.

Elevator works very interesting. You can use it to get upper floor, but we couldn’t call it when we need to lift down. So, we went downstairs by stairs. If you need to get down with luggage you need to went downstairs to ground floor and call elevator to up to your luggage. Maybe it worked in such way only for first floor)

They gave me an upgrade room.

To pay a deposit of 50€ that i didn't knew before booking the apartment, eventhood they gave me back on check out.

The security deposit is not paid on vacating the apartment.They said it will credit in 4 days .Till now not received anything.

We stayed here during a short stop in Budapest and everything went smoothly. We arrived late at night, so the 24h open check-in was very helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfectly fine for a short stay. The location is great. We were able to park for free overnight on the street, which was a big plus. The property also offers garages for an additional fee, which could be useful for longer stays.

Our only minor complaint is that we only found out about the parking charges after booking – it would be helpful if that was made clearer upfront. Overall, we were satisfied and would recommend this place for short stays in Budapest.

The appartment was warm and cozy. The location was good and we had all the facilities we needed around the appartment. It was clean enough.

A day before we arrive, they told us that our appartment wouldn't be the same one we booked on the app. We had to go to another building. The television was an old-fashion one, we couldn't connect it to our phones to watch movies together. We were really disappointed! They didn't have napkins in the appartment but we didn't ask for at the reception. Also the pots were not suitable for the, I assume, electric stove and we couldn't even cook an egg!

Very good location and value. Very clean. I would recommend this accommodation.

Our apartment was tricky to find and the building a little tricky to get into the first time but the staff didn't explain this to us we just had to figure it out. Also parking is $23 euro a night - this is more of a complaint about booking.com though - it should be made clearer when parking is shown as included whether it's free or paid. We found cheaper public parking a 5 minute walk away.

Staff member, Eddy, is a great host. He was accessible and able to help us have a smooth check-in experience. Our suite was very quiet as is faced the courtyard. The central location is great--easy to get to so many venues on foot and with public transit.

There is no lobby/reception in our builiding--it is accross the road and down the street in a sister-hotel, maybe about 50 meters away. Although not far, I would have liked to have known this before I booked. Apparently these detials are in the 'fine print' not visible from the main page. However, we were permitted to do a very ealy morning check out, and also saw other guests checking in throughout the night.

Great location, useful washing machine, nice balcony to dry clothes on, clean, comfortable, more than suitable for our needs A/C worked great. Had to pay for A/C but we knew that in advance and it really helped to keep the place cool when it was 37 degrees outside so well worth it.

Kitchen had an oven but no oven trays. Easily fixed by a trip to PRIMA supermarket (5 mins away) - bought three foil grill trays for 850HUF.
