It was a spacious apartment equipped with the necessary facilities for our stay and was clean when we entered, including kitchenware. The location is close to bus/metro stations and it’s a nice area. The check-in desk is open 24 hours. The staff is friendly and overall the stay is good. The security deposit on my credit card was cancelled after we left (upon checking the apartment) and we didn’t have issues there.

The corridors and building as you’re navigating to your room make you feel a bit like you’re in an old hospital. When we arrived we were asked to wait 30 min for the room to be ready despite arriving after the check-in start time. The towels and sheets looked overused as you could tell from the thinning fibers so perhaps they should be replaced. The bathroom doesn’t have a curtain so water goes everywhere and this is a common theme from the other reviews as it seems so it should be addressed.

Spacious apartment with balcony. Elevator available. Pretty close to Corvin Mall (3 min walk) whith undeground parking and supermarket.

Contradictory information received from reception: 1. Lady from reception told me there is no underground parking available, but after 5 min when my friend also arrived she gave him an option to park underground (several of empty spaces were available). 2. Lady from reception told me that parking on the street is strictly forbidden after 18:00. But I found out that only on the right side parking was not accepted. On the left side of the street parking was possible under the condition on paying on the parking machine.

They gave me an upgrade room.

To pay a deposit of 50€ that i didn't knew before booking the apartment, eventhood they gave me back on check out.

The ambience and the stay was good

The security deposit is not paid on vacating the apartment.They said it will credit in 4 days .Till now not received anything.

The appartment was warm and cozy. The location was good and we had all the facilities we needed around the appartment. It was clean enough.

A day before we arrive, they told us that our appartment wouldn't be the same one we booked on the app. We had to go to another building. The television was an old-fashion one, we couldn't connect it to our phones to watch movies together. We were really disappointed! They didn't have napkins in the appartment but we didn't ask for at the reception. Also the pots were not suitable for the, I assume, electric stove and we couldn't even cook an egg!

Staff member, Eddy, is a great host. He was accessible and able to help us have a smooth check-in experience. Our suite was very quiet as is faced the courtyard. The central location is great--easy to get to so many venues on foot and with public transit.

There is no lobby/reception in our builiding--it is accross the road and down the street in a sister-hotel, maybe about 50 meters away. Although not far, I would have liked to have known this before I booked. Apparently these detials are in the 'fine print' not visible from the main page. However, we were permitted to do a very ealy morning check out, and also saw other guests checking in throughout the night.

The apartment was spacious and located in a convenient area, close to shops and public transport. The beds were comfortable, and the heating system worked perfectly, which made the stay very pleasant during colder days.

However, I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, making it difficult to work online. Additionally, the kitchen utensils were a bit limited, which might be inconvenient for those planning to cook. Overall, it was a good experience, and with a few small improvements, it could be an excellent place to stay.

The location is great, close to the metro and tram stations, just three stops by metro to the city center. Grocery shops are everywhere around, just five minutes walk to the Corvin Plaza shopping mall. Even though it was stated on Booking that the location might be noisy, it was actually very quiet. The apartment is modern, clean and tidy and also very spacious. There is a small terrace inside of the block. The staff at the reception was very kind and friendly.

The kitchen appliances are very basic, a pan was missing.

The flat is great, clean, comfortable. Furniture is new, everything neat, kitchen well equipped for up to four occupants, in a word, perfect! Reception working 7x24, getting and leaving the keys is absolutely simple. Receptionist always very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Location is not bad, but a 20-30 minutes walk from any relevant point in Budapest. Well connected to the airport (10-15 minutes to the bus 100E, going directly there), but a longer walk to any landmark you might be interested in visiting. Always preferred to walk, so cannot say anything about public transportation.

great location - close to the center and the tourist objectives - easy to get there by tram, metro. Close to a shopping mall and restaurants. the rooms were very nice and bright and the garden and trees were very calming (birds were singing in the morning and was such a pleasant feeling to have that in the middle of the city!)

Sometimes the time waiting at the elevator wasn't that pleasant... there was only one elevator working out of two. the street and the surroundings might get dirty because of dog walks... but that has nothing to do with the apartment :)
