The apartment is spacious and has everything you need. It's really close to the metro and tram lines that take you to main attractions in 20 minutes max. It's also a block away from a shopping mall with a supermarket inside.

The whole process was a bit complicated. You have to wait for them to send you a link for online check-in and then start the process. Something went wrong with the credit card validation which took some time for chatting with the staff. The parking garage remote will be in your room when you arrive - we didn't get info about this. We could not unlock the apartment door with Android phone, only with iPhone. The request for the cot didn't get from booking to staff so the cot wasn't there. Everything else was fine.

We 2 families ordered 2 apartments. We received 2 room apartment, 1 bedroom 1 living room + kitchen. Our room had a big refrigerator (my brother in law had small minibar) Room was heated and pleasant. We had a shower, my brother in law had a bath. Apartments were close to the Metro line and to a small shipping mall with supermarket

at the entrance to the building- the garbage room is very smelly. With small kids we preferred to have a bath. We received a dirty apartment, children's socks were black after one day of staying. Doors can not be locked, no key, only card.

The apartment was absolutely enormous, and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed (towels, cutlery, crockery), and was very centrally located within Budapest. Amazing value for money - will definitely be returning on my next trip to Budapest!

The coffee machine in the kitchen area didn’t work - though the kitchen area was also equipped with a kettle, so this didn’t cause big problems. Checkout time of 10am also seemed quite early - and 30€ per hour for late checkout is a bit steep.

The apartment was nice, clean, and tidy. We never saw the staff, but we got clear instructions on the apartment location, garage use, and keys. We extended our stay one more day. We called Vagabondhotels.com staff a lot to ask some questions, and they were really helpful and patient with us. On our last day, we had issues with our car. The staff was helpful to find us a car service and understood our delay in checking out. They allowed us to stay longer in the apartment until the car issue is fixed. The location was also very nice, maybe 20-30 min walking to some city center attractions. We didn't mind as it was good weather to walk.

Apartman is in great location, and there are several of them so you can rent more apartments if you need. They have a garage parking lot in the building so it’s perfect if you travel with the car. Corvin mall is 2min walk, and location is great for walking through the Budapest. We were here for the second time. We were visiting for 9 days, and had cleaning also during the stay. We would come in Vagabond again…

Beds could be more comfortable, there are no mattress, just hard sponge, and the support in beds could be better, but it was not a deal breaker.

The apartment location was excellent, the aprtment itself was clean and comfortable, with clean towels and bed sheets. The kitchen had everything to make a meal if you want to eat in. The host was quick to respond to messages and gave good instructions about the check in.

The bathroom was good, except the shower water didn't drain right and you would have water high to your ancles while showering, but it is easy fixable. The check in was well explained, but a little complicated, since you had to enter your room with a phone application, which I didn't like since you could lose your phone or your battery could die and you won't be able to enter. I suggest a keypad lock on the door.

We stayed in a lovely, spotless house that truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared for our stay, which made us feel right at home. The only small issue we had was that the washing machine didn’t work, but it didn’t affect our stay too much. The location was excellent — central, quiet, and very easy to find. We really appreciated how simple it was to get inside, thanks to the door code we were given, which worked perfectly from the moment we arrived.

The apartment was quite roomy and very clean. The seperate bedroom and living room is really nice to have on a vacation. We could relax really well. The location of the apartment was also great. It was really close to a metro, tram and bus station. There is also a great shopping mall nearby.

We didn't like how the place is advertised as supplying towels. We booked for 7 days and initially got towels and one refresh. This supposedly was according to the fine print, but we hadn't noticed. After a complaint we got a free additional set of towels, which was great and handled very well by the organisation.

The location is great, metro, buses and trams were a minute walk from the condo 24/7, the room is nice and quite, while it was clean upon arrival

The key card and digital key were not functioning properly. Communication with the host was very difficult, and there was no access to the admin office to speak with someone directly. The bed sheets were only changed after five days, despite my request on the third day of my stay.

Great central location, close to the metro, situated in a quiet area while being in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The apartment was of a spacious size, with air conditioning. Self check-in for late arrival was very useful and hassle free. Nice security code access making for a safe environment. Fridge for cold drinks. Nice big windows, which were openable to let air in. Clean room and plenty of towels.

The heating inlet vent located in the kitchen above the fridge was noisy when running and could be heard from the bed, which affected my sleep. The door lock in conjunction with the app on phone, the placement of the phone really does need to be in the right spot to activate the lock. Can be a bit tricky to find. The shower could be updated.
