The flat was very clean and new. The area is very quiet and you have supermarkets, stores and bus stop nearby. A couple of coffee capsules, salt and oil would‘ve been appreciated. But everything was really as described.

The self check-in process was quite bad. I unterstand we booked last minute but it is supposed to be automated. However, we never received the instructions to get the key for our flat. We had to call to get it. Also, the wifi password is not written anywhere in the flat, we had to write an e-mail to receive it (it was supposed to be sent with the instructions e-mail we never received). Other than this, the only other issue is the noise from the guests in the flat above….

We really liked the apartment. The location was very good — we found it quickly and it was close to the centre and the New York Café. The apartment itself is clean and pleasant. The owner had left one capsule each for the washing machine and the dishwasher. There is also an iron and ironing board. However, we had brought our own and did not use them. If you are travelling by car, be sure to ask the owner if there is a parking space, as there are practically no free parking spaces in Budapest. Despite the website indicating the availability of parking spaces, we did not ask and were left without a space. We parked on the street and received a fine. Then we found a separate paid car park and left our car there. We talked to the owner and found out that all their spaces were occupied and that it is a paid car park. To avoid an unpleasant experience, think in advance where you will leave your car.

It’s a really decent apartment. Check-in&out were easy, it’s clean, great ventilation and in a great location, many shops around and very close to public transport to the main sights. There are a few luggage storages nearby if you have a later flight. The staff was responsive. In general it was a good stay!

We had the room with 2 single beds, but the bed was surprisingly small, I think it was a 80x200, if given the choice again I would not choose that set up. The kitchen, while big, was a bit uncomfortable to use. There’s only a hand towel and nothing to wipe the surface with after you cook. There’s no basic seasoning like salt and pepper. Although there is a dishwasher, you can’t really use it because there isn’t enough stuff in the kitchen to even make 1 load. We had breakfast everyday and found it quite hard to clean up. The floor wasn’t clean as well. Neither of us brought in-door slippers so our feet and socks were dirty all the time walking inside the apartment. It would be nice if they provide in-door slippers, or tend the floor a bit better.

The place is nice and warm - the thermostat is set to maintain a very comfortable temperature. It's also super clean. Everything works. The blinds help shut out the city lights at night. The air suction in the bathroom works effectively - no steamed mirrors, no lingering smells. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy access to the city centre on the Number 72 bus, or Number 83, or Number 9.

The staff made false accusations about the behaviour of our children (allegedly because other guests had complained), and threatened to terminate our contract, even before listening to our side. As Christians, we take our conduct, and that of our children, very seriously. So these false accusations and threats were really hurtful.

We didn t find any big market store nearby The last night it was noisy until 5 am, guess some neighbours had a party, but was not so comfortable for us with the kids We didn t have toilet paper, just 2 pieces for 4 days and 4 persons. The electric stove didn t work or we didn t know how to use it, but we have the same at home.. The apartment wasn t as big as in the pictures. In the pictures they are quite big and we received an apartment not with so much space.

Location in very nice and clean area, shops like lidl and rossman are in 5 min walking distance. Area is green with several small parks. The locker with a key to the apartment was not working, but the manager came immediately (15 mins) and solved the problem, she brought a new key and checked if the door opened. The apartment is great, new and clean. Matresses are comfortable and the couch is also very comfortable to sleep on. Bed linens and towels are clean and fresh. There was even a dose of detergent at the bathroom.

The plane track from/to the airport is just above this district of the city. As the airport is pretty busy you can hear planes quite often. For me as Ukrainian the sounds of planes at night are sometimes disturbing. It would be nice to put salt and pepper in the kitchen and maybe a couple of teabags or coffee capsules as on short trip no one brings these things with.

Excellent apartment. The photos don’t show one of its biggest advantages – a large terrace and a balcony, which was a wonderful surprise. The apartment is beautifully furnished and includes a washing machine and a dishwasher. Easy access, no issues at all.

Please note that this is not related to the apartment itself — I have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was excellent. This is just for your information. The main downside is parking, but that applies to all of Budapest. The price is €20 per day — you can reserve a spot with the owner or park on the street for a fee (parking is paid from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM at 600 Ft per hour, with a maximum of 3 hours; after 10:00 PM, it's free). But we were lucky — we arrived around 7:00 PM on Friday, paid for 3 hours of parking, and then parking was free for the weekend.

The staff were very helpful and replied in a timely fashion. Which was very much appreciated. The size of the apartment is great, and it was nice and quiet. The bed was large and comfortable, and they had thoughtfully provided all the essentials. I was particularly grateful for how helpful they were with my ongoing booking, which was with another property in the same building. I would definitely stay again.

The virtue signalling artwork. If you are going to preach about that kind of thing maybe you should have ones about over-tourism, and save the environment by staying at home. I don't want lecturing by property owners as I don't think property owners have the moral high ground from which to virtue signal. Just to be clear. I don't necessarily disagree with the sentiments represented in the artwork. I just think it is a bit rich when capitalist property owners start telling guests how to live their life. But don't let that put you off renting here, as the virtue signalling artwork is only one small part of the experience.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, good distance to tram/bus and shopping possibilities in 10min walking range, the kitchen had everything we need: toaster, oven, dishwater with one cleaning tab. There was an iron and a washing machine in the bathroom, as well as a bathtub. Enough storage possibilities. The room itself was spacious and clean, modern and nice decor. Online-Checkin and retrival of the keycard worked without problems.Overall we had a lovely stay and can recommend the appartement.

Not much really, we liked it very much, just small issues / possible improvements: - some cushions and sun protection on the balcony would have been lovely, - the light / digital signage from the oven / microwave was a bit bright at night. Since the bed is right next to it, we used a sleeping mask. - only storage possibilitiy in the bathroom for your things is at top of the washing machine, Not really a problem, some rack would have been nice though, broom and cleaning tools could have been stored in a closet instead of standing freely in the bath - checkout at 10am is quite early, but for a extra fee it is possible to request a late checkout

The process of accessing the building and locating the room key was a breeze. The instructions provided were clear, concise, and easy to follow. This hassle-free entry set a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Upon entering the apartment, I was greeted by an atmosphere of cleanliness, coziness, and warmth. The apartment's layout was practical, yet charming, with lovely décor that added to the overall appeal. Every element of the apartment seemed carefully chosen to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment featured twin beds as per my booking. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bed linen was spotless. The bathroom was equally impressive, with nice and fluffy bath towels that added a touch of luxury to the experience. The bathroom boasted a good-sized bathtub and a perfect shower, making it a perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Additionally, the availability of a washing machine, clothes drying rack, and an iron added an extra layer of convenience, especially for those on an extended stay. The kitchen had everything needed for a long stay.

While my stay was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of minor issues that needed attention. The door to the balcony required some maintenance, and the safe was locked, making it inaccessible. Addressing these minor concerns would further enhance the overall experience.
