The hotel is nice overall, the reception and the dining room where breakfast is served are nicely and comfortably furnished. The hotel room is spacious and has a double bed and a sofa. We received a bottle of water (2l) upon check-in.

Some of the minuses that I noticed in the hotel room are: - The floor is made of tiles, not parquet or carpet; - The towels, although washed, were easily seen as worn (the material was damaged, had stains and an unpleasant smell once they were soaked in water) - The bed pillows are of inferior quality (if you want to feel like you have a pillow under your head when you sleep, you should fold the pillow in half because it is thin) - In the pictures the room also has an electric kettle and tea/coffee cups, but I did not find anything like that. - The soundproofing is not that good, you can hear people talking quite well from the hallway, especially in the morning when the cleaning service starts. Unfortunately, there is only one water dispenser at breakfast.

The place was tidy and nice personel. They allow pets. Pretty close to the city center and good basic breakfast.

Even if the location is close to the center, the street looked like it was in a bad neighborhood :) The parking is kind of expensive for a night, but if you are visiting for a weekend, the parking is free citywide.

I would have preferred if there was coffee served from the bar instead of the machines. Our stay was for five days and the overall impression it left us with was very positive.

"As for the location, although it was right next to the metro, about 100 meters away, the area—especially at night—feels a bit deserted and might give a slight sense of unease, though that doesn’t mean you actually face any problems. I would have preferred it to be closer to the city center. Nevertheless, the distances to the main attractions are very short by metro, and even on foot, you can reach the center in about twenty minutes.

Our stay at Impulso Fashion Hotel in Budapest was truly unforgettable! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a pleasant fragrance that set the tone for the rest of our experience. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with bright colors and beautiful lighting that make it feel so welcoming. The rooms were spacious, lovely, and equipped with all the promised amenities, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast spread was simply phenomenal—so many varieties, especially kid-friendly options, that made mornings a delight. And the coffee? Oh my goodness, the BEST coffee I had in Europe! It’s machine-made, but the flavor was rich, nutty, and absolutely delicious—I couldn’t get enough of it. The staff deserves a special mention for their kindness, politeness, and incredible helpfulness. They went above and beyond, helping us book tours and providing detailed guidance for exploring the city. Their service truly made our stay extra special. The location is another highlight. It’s so close to Keleti Railway Station and has excellent connectivity with nearby bus stops, metros, and trams. While the Pest side has a different vibe, I never found the locality unsafe. It’s convenient and well-connected, which made getting around Budapest so easy. Overall, our stay at Impulso was exceptional. My kid loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave, and I can’t blame them! Budapest is such a beautiful city, and staying here made it even more magical. I already miss it, and I miss Impulso. Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Budapest. ❤️

Staff polite, very helpful. Rooms clean and cleaned regularly. There was no problem to order us an airport taxi for six people at a very good price for an hour at night. Free WiFi access, hygiene products, towels changed on request. I can recommend with a clear conscience. The hotel is located "two steps" from the metro station, which makes traveling around the city simple and fast. Rich breakfasts, varied. The staff tries to keep the plates from piling up on the tables, they clean up on a regular basis. A varied selection of drinks, food and snacks.

Everything was in perfect order.

We had a fantastic stay at Impulso Fashion Hotel in Budapest. The room was extremely clean and had a fresh scent, which made it feel very welcoming. I believe the hotel has been recently renovated, as everything felt brand new – from the furniture to the bathroom fixtures. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential during our summer visit. The location is also great – just a few steps from II. János Pál pápa tér metro station, so exploring the city was easy and quick. We really enjoyed the generous breakfast selection every morning, and the added bonus of free coffee, tea, and juice available all day in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. A modern and comfortable hotel — we would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, clean, and it had everything we needed. Staff was nice, quick, happy to help Breakfast was great, good variety, someone broke a plate and the staff was amazingly nice about it as well. The cleaning lady was so kind to our child too. A relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

The breakfast was good although there were lots of people having breakfast and the drinking machines kept running out of things. Had to wait a lot at the elevator all the time and it was always full, but maybe we went at the most busy time. Beds were a bit uncomfortable due to the texture of the bed linen.

Location is very convenient since metro station is just 3' walking and several bus and tram lines are close by too. My room was on the 8th and last floor, it was quiet (except for the noise of trams, even early morning), spacious and clean. Breakfast was varied -more in the salty than in the sweet part- and good quality.

The district where the hotel is located looks rather shabby, for sure one of the less attractive I saw during my holiday- although well connected. Coffee should be improved. A wider choice of foreign TV channels would also be appreciated.

Impulso Hotel is located very central in Budapest, right in front of a Tram station, just 2-3km from many attractions in Budapest. The free upgrade of room with Genius Level 3 was great as we got massive rooms (with tiny bathrooms) for our 4 night stay. The breakfast was quite nice too, with vegan/vegetarian warm dish options. Free electric car charging was a bonus!

They say the breakfast is until 11am, but at 10:15, they were out of one of the vegetarian dishes that I wanted to have. There was no resolution for this, coz' apparently, they don't make them in-house. The entrance to the parking works through a code (you have to park on street until check-in), and the entrance is a bit tight. Be aware of curb rash.

The hotel seems to be new or at least recently renovated. The room was clean and spacious, suitable even for 3 adults. The beds are comfortable. It has all the required facilities. I want to emphasize the kindness of the staff and the rich selection of the exceptional breakfast. The hotel has an internal courtyard with convenient parking places, and it is easily accessible by car. There is also a metro station nearby.

Our room was near the elevator shaft and unfortunately we heard the elevator making disturbing noises while moving. As I understood from the staff, the elevator is in maintenance process right now and this will be fixed hopefully. The sound proofing of the room's door should be improved. I guess some kind of rubber band on the door would make a considerable difference in keeping the corridor noise minimal.
