Very convenient for Keleti pu. Room fine, bed fine

There were no towels in the entire hotel. This was not commnicated at check-in. I had to find out the hard way, and improvise to get dry.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is near the East Train Station, and you have absolutely everything around the hotel - a supermarket, McDonalds, Burger King, Starbucks, some shops, metro station, tram station,... The hotel is very nice and the staff is absolutely great. My room was small but very cosy for one person. I had everything I needed there. The bed was very comfortable. It wasn't noisy in the room although the stations are near, and it wasn't hot in the room so I slept very good. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning, it was really great!!!

Everything was great!

1. Great location- right next to metro/train station, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby 2. Great value for money- we did not have any problems regarding our room, the bathroom was clean and fully functioning 3. 24/7 reception

1. Our room was facing the street and it was little bit noisy (once the window is closed, you cannot hear anything so thats great) 2. The AC was not fully working 3. Not sure about the other rooms but I think they are facing a wall 4. The staff was not that friendly but they were not rude either, always said hello and bye and answered all the questions.

Everything was fine. The personal is nice and conditions are good for living. We visited Budapest for traveling and work also. As I work remote ,the Wifi was very good .They don't have their own restaurant ,but it's a center place and you can just cross the street to find Mc'donalds, Burger King ,Starbucks and other restaurants. Also the metro is almost at the entrance of the hotel,the 2nd mentro line goes all straight to centre of the city ,and takes just 5-7 minutes.

Great location by the train station with easy access to the rest of the city. A small bar in the lobby made it easy for us late risers to get some coffee. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant, even while dealing with some delays with room cleaning.

The bathroom pipes had a bit of an odour, but this was mitigated by keeping the door closed. The hotel could use a bit of a polishing, but it's more than adequate for the price.

I missed my train at 11 o’clock at night and they were able to take me in. It is literally 150 m from the train station so was very safe to walk there when I arrived they couldn’t have been more helpful and the price and service was excellent. There is a lot of food included with breakfast some local, some western although the decor is a little dated it’s still very clean and comfortable.

Perfect location when you have a late arrival or an early train from Budapest Keleti station. Don't expect too much for this price, but the beds we're comfortable and the room temprature was good, which is rare in Budapest during summer, especially in this pricerange. Very good value for money.

There are no electrical sockets near the bed and the bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but again for this price you can't really complain.

It is really close to the train station, which is great. Rooms have a separate bathroom. The staff is very careless which can be annoying but we got lucky and received an extra room free of charge, as they simply just do not care.

They really do not care about maintaining this hotel which is really sad. The curtain was torn, and The shower curtain rod was broken. But it does not matter because the bed is comfortable and the location is excellent.

Convenient location. very Good for train, bus & tram connections to anywhere in Budapest. & Plenty of local shops & places to eat.

Air conditioning didn't work in room & in August the temp in Budapest is 30oC + !

room was cozy, warm, with basic furniteers and hair dryer, air conditionig, view from the balcony was amazing! That is a big advance of the hotel - view from the windows. Our key to room was not working, but person from the reception immidietly helped us, and was working again. We could left our main luggage in the locker room under cameras.

Room was small, the bed took up most of the room, if we were looking something in our luggage there was no space to move. room had tv, fridge and safe locker but all of them wasn't working. Air condition was working and was okay. All building is a big square our room was on the end of the corridor but secound lift wasnt working so all the time we had a big walk around the building to go to our room. The hotel was king of big but i have impression that was a little bit neglected. the curtain was partly broken, the chair was broken. We didn't get hotel towels.
