The hotel is located near one of the tourist attractions the Keleti railway, just outside the hotel there is a bus stop of the HOP ON HOP OFF tourist red bus, there is bus and metro station too. Opposite there is a supermarket in case you forgot or need something. The ideal center is within walking distance, it's one straight road from the hotel leading to the Danube river so no way to get lost. We walked at midnight - no problem at all. The bed in the room is fantastic, very comfortable and soft. The air con is set at a very pleasant temperature, not too cold nor too hot. Also one can open the window if needed. The room was ideally clean and looked like it was after major renovation. The staff was very patient and helpful. The breakfast buffet was perfect - variety of foods and all fresh.

For one night we had really noisy neighbors but before we had a chance to complain they were gone.

Breakfast option was great, there was lots to choose from, hot and cold! At peak times (I went on a bank holiday) it did take the kitchen staff a while to top things up but that was to be expected given how busy the weekend was. Staff were super helpful with any question or concern you had. We had breakfast to take away on our last morning as we had an early flight (basic-sandwiches, granola bar and water) but appreciated it nonetheless, we just pre arranged it 24 hours before. Staff were even helpful enough to arrange taxi so we could get to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommended and stay here again. Location was perfect! close to the train statin and buses run from right outside the hotel including the hop-on-hop off tour bus. Also felt safe at night

AC didnt work in our room, it was really hot! (august!) the windows do open very wide! this helped with breeze but definitely a cause for concern if you have kids unattended as the windows have no safety latch. Outside of that no complaints

Facilities were great as was the lobby bar which also served food till 10 pm. Staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, a good hotel.

It was really hot in Budapest and the air conditioning did not work well in the room. It just made the room bearable. The biggest issue was the maid /housekeeping staff. They did not clean the room properly at all. They also neglected to leave coffee / tea things. I had to go downstairs to get both coffee and tea one day because I had finished the one packet they left. The next day they did not leave any creamer and sugar. And the phone to housekeeping did not work. Zero points for maid service /housekeeping.

Convenient location and excellent service! The hotel has a very convenient location: close to the train station, metro, as well as bus and tram stops. There are also several shops nearby, including a 24-hour store, which is very handy. Before booking, we read reviews and noticed that many people mentioned noise from the street. So we requested a room with windows facing the inner courtyard — and that is exactly what we got. It was a perfect choice and much appreciated. The room itself was spacious, recently renovated, and had a full bathtub (not just a shower, which is more common). There was also an electric kettle in the room, so we could easily make tea or coffee. Housekeeping was done daily — which was a very pleasant surprise. As a nice touch, there was also a complimentary bottle of water. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Since we had a late flight, we asked if we could leave our luggage after check-out, and the answer was: “Of course, no problem at all.” That was very convenient and thoughtful. We left with wonderful impressions of our stay. I can highly recommend this hotel!

The room is quite spacious with comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and nice! The view from the room balcony was spectacular. They even provided with complementary cookies and instant coffee (kettle was available in the room). There is also a restaurant (coffee shop) which is open till 10pm, where you can eat if you do not want to go out and eat. The food was worth the money and tasty.

There two things! 1. The original booking was in the hotel of city center and it was changed due to management decision. Due to this, the hotel which we were moved to was about 20mins away from city center! Even though they have informed us about this, I found it strange and inappropriate. 2. The door-lock was not working properly (I know, people won't simply enter the room but it still it is not good). Thanks to the chained stopper with which were sure that the room is locked properly from inside. I had already informed the reception about it, but it was not taken care. Apart from this, other things were very good.

Overall we were happy with the hotel and would stay again. When you walk into the lobby you get a wow factor with the decor. The room was nice. It had everything we needed. The hotel was close to a metro, train station and the city centre wasn't too far of a walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Some minor points that if I stay next time I would ask about, in advance. We ended up with a room on the first floor and it was a bit loud as the main road was right outside. The bathroom was slightly uncomfortable in a sense that it was extremely small and certainly did not fit two people at the same time. You needed to maneuver around the door to get to the bath tub/shower or the sink. Also our shower was a bit finicky where it took a couple of minutes of playing with the knobs to get it to work. The light in the bathroom was flickering.

I booked a Superior Double Room for 2 on the Booking mobile app. It really saved me 100 EU. There were 2 rooms in this category. First had a bed with TV and large window that opened and was soundproof. The second had the desk, couch, sitting chair and table, also with a large window that opens. The bed was quite firm, which was great for me. Folks, when describing the bed be specific, comfy doesn't really cut it. Breakfast was a huge buffet there was something for everyone. Great breads, cereals, eggs, cold cuts and much more. The staff was great, friendly and was adept at showing you how to get somewhere. I was really taken back on this hotel reading some of the reviews. The hotel is undergoing renovations and my wing was renovated. All in all, don't hesitate to stay there . The metro is close and there is a bus stop 20 meters from the front door. Oh yeah,the WIFi works quite well.

They could get a better cable package which would include some English channels. There are none. Watched CNN on my computer.

The hotel is near Metro station of lines 2 and 4 which connects you with most of the city, including Buda. You can be everywhere pretty fast. There are also fast foods nearby if you want a bite. :) There are also places worth visiting near the hotel. Breakfast is great, with many options to choose from. There is also a garage that you can reserve and is not expensive (is additionally charged but worth it if you travel by car). Rooms had everything you need - but be aware that hotel is not brand new fancy hotel. It has furniture which can be considerate moderately old :) but functional non the less.

In full transparency, it can be a bit cleaner. Some parts of the furniture are overdue for replacement. Also, we had cigarette waste on the outside of our window - so maybe not as much attention put into the cleaning. The old furniture makes it a bit more difficult to clean, and probably takes more time but the issue is still worth mentioning. Especially because the lobby gives quite different vibe :) overall, it is decently clean, the linen was good, towels and bathroom all clean but if you are as fixated on everything as I am you will notice similar things probably.

The property is located in a good area, with convenient access and a nice city view from some rooms. However, other rooms face the interior playground, which can feel a bit gloomy. The amenities are decent, and the space is well-maintained overall.

Unfortunately, I experienced Wi-Fi connectivity issues on the second floor throughout my stay. Despite informing the staff, the problem was never resolved. Interestingly, the other three members of my group didn’t face this issue. The breakfasts were repetitive, with limited options each day. While it wasn’t a dealbreaker, a bit more variety would have been appreciated.

The location was really good, near to bus stations, pretty close to the main train station, and also there was a shopping mall nearby. Just about 20-minute walk to the main street and then city center. it is recommended. And specially it has the very kind and helpful staff. cleanliness and everyday room make-up was great.

some of the carpets in the rooms and corridors and floors smells high sensitive. but the rooms with wooden carpets in my opinion are better.
