I had a great stay at Elit Hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful — check-in was easy thanks to the intercom and key system, so you can arrive anytime. I extended my stay twice, and both times the staff made it simple and smooth — once through the reception, and once via Booking, and they even let me stay in the same room so I didn’t have to move my things. Daily cleaning is available on request, and everything is spotless. The only downside is the lack of an elevator — be prepared to carry your luggage if your room is on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Otherwise, everything was excellent — I’d give it 4/5 stars, and with an elevator, it would be a perfect 5! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ 🌟

Good room and location

Horrible the room air conditioning smelled like piss when you turned it on,the staff member didn't know english thank jesus for Google translate and she didn't take the trash out or even clean the room during our stay with the same 3 night towels and WIFI didn't even work we paid SO MUCH for DECENT WiFi and we couldn't even get that what a shit show and also check in was nightmare as there was no code and we had to call and finally after some time we got it. And we got a message for airport transfer ofcourse when we arrive to the airport very convenient.

There is no reception at this Hotel. Everything is provided via WhatsApp Chat. They send you the code to enter the building via chat. Also in the chat is the room number and the code for the key box next to the room door. My room was very spacious. The location of the place is excellent. You can get to the metro very fast. The Jewish quarter is just a few minutes of walk away. There are many nearby cafés and restaurants. The keleti railway station is just around. 2 minutes of walking away.

It was no big deal for me but there was no cleaning of the room during my stay. And for some it might be disturbing that the street is quite noisy and the windows are old and do not isolate the noise as well.

We booked this place at the last minute same-day as when we arrived at our original accommodations in Budapest, we realized it didn't have AC during an intense heat wave. I chose this place on such short notice based on the excellent reviews, and was not disappointed! The host was very responsive and we had access to the place within an hour. It was in an excellent location serviced by several bus lines that made getting around the city a breeze. The room itself was spacious, clean, quiet, and had AC that kept us comfortable during our time there. We even ended up eating at several of the restaurants/cafes the host recommended to us - everything we ate that he suggested was fabulous! I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Budapest.

We couldn't figure out how to use the TV in the room.

The room, location and staff were great. Instructions were clear prior to arrival and support was available should I have needed it. Great place to stay if you're a single traveller.

Only thing I didn't like was that the beds could have done with a bigger duvet. I'm a big guy and I had to use both single sheet duvets to cover myself in bed. If I had a partner with me, I would have probably froze. Also the traffic is very loud in the morning so getting a long lie in is usually impossible but that can't really be solved unless you physically move the building. Overall, pretty minor gripes

We enjoyed our trip to Budapest very much. We visited most of the recommended places, used also the buses hop in/off for three days, the blue bus line and the ship trip. We spent the week very intensive. The Rudas therms are beautifull, but the buildings and the Margherita Island too. The room in the hotel was all we needed and expected. There was warm and clean enough. The bed was comfortable. The localisation was optimal to visit the capital. The host was very helpfull and contact us with engagement. The hotel is strategically located, about a 10-minute walk to Keleti Station. The hotel room itself was really classic and functional, spacious for a family of 4. The bathroom was also big and the water pressure was excellent. Lots of cafes nearby. But best of all, the host Eyal was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. Additionally, the housekeeper was also equally superb! Such kind and accommodating host. You can not ask for anything more! We will definitely return to this hotel again!

Nothing, everything was great!

The accommodation is absolutely amazing! Our room was spacious and the bathroom was bigger that we expected it to be. You're given a code for the main entrance and then you get the key for your room. Self check in and check out. The host was very kind and they sent me all the instructions through whatsapp, videos and photos, making the check in very easy. They responded at every question and they also sent some recommendations :) The hotel is maybe 30 minutes away from the city center(walking distance) and 10 minutes away from the ruin bars(very convenient haha). The train station is just a few minutes away. The metro is also pretty close. We felt verg safe in the area. It is extremely clean! I didn't see any dust anywhere and everything was shining when we came. The bed is just perfect and the pillows are not too soft nor too hard. There are some tea and coffee bags and an electric kettle+plus some glasses. We didn't see any cutlery, but we didn't expect any. The TV works fine. The bathroom was clean and the towels they gave us were soft. There are soap and shower gel dispensers. Plenty of space in the closet. The A/C works well and it was just what we needed after a long day of visiting Budapest. There is an Aldi nearby and plenty of smaller shops around. We didn't see a fridge and we didn't ask if they have one since we didn't need it, but the host would've probably answered in a few minutes. Quick and easy communication! The cleaning ladies were also kind and helped us to get to our room. They offer a storage room for your bags in case you get here earlier than the check in time and they are also willing to hold your luggage after the check out time in case you still want to visit. I loved everything everything, thank you so much <3

The location of the hotel is very close to the city centre and all the tourist attractions. The room was very spacious and clean. The host was helpful. We received check-in instructions early before our arrival. He recommended us many restaurants and places to visit. Everything was great.

The place itself was silent, but our room was close to the boulevard, and we could sometimes hear cars or ambulance sirens during the night. But it wasn't disturbing.

Good apartment & in 2 min walk possible to park car at Erkel parking for 3000 ft daily,location is 15-20 min from central points

Pretty small room,smaller than on pictures,slow WiFi,not that warm room when it is minus outside,wanted to heat more. Really short and thin blankets, if you are 180 cm it will be impossible to feel comfy,only if to use 2 blankets. Pillows are not super comfy as well. But generally I can say it is value for money
