I like their rooms and services. I don't know why people gave them bad reviews before. I was so worried after my booking when I was looking at reviews. I was thinking maybe it's goonna be bad experience about my hotel stay in this trip. But it was surprisingly good. I was in room 103 and it was newly renovated may be. Toilet and shower was so clean. They changed my shower towels daily. It was big space also. They had also good menu for breakfast. They had provided 3☆ service as they are.

The fan was broken in room 103.

The rooms definitely do not look like the photos of the hotel on booking gó. I suspect that some rooms have been renovated, others have not. Despite the fact that the room had air conditioning, it did not cope. Despite the fact that we also had two fans. We had to keep the windows open 24 hours a day because there was no air to breathe. We also had an unpleasant situation with the parking lot because it turned out that our car would not fit in the parking lot only after booking the hotel. Parking at the hotel was our main requirement

Its prime location and attentive staff make it a standout option for travelers. I highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay in this beautiful city.

Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Convenient location - only 15-20 min on foot to Kálvin tér (M3 and M4 and airport shuttle bus 100E). If you don't like walking, there are also bus stops near the hotel. Some buildings in the area are old and haven't been renovated yet, however the area is safe, also at night. The room was large and equipped with everything you need - a fridge, an electric kettle, a fan, etc. Towels were changed on a daily basis, the same with dustbins - they were emptied every day. Good value for money.

What I liked: Everything was great, the rooms were cozy, everything was clean, the staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good, and they even had parking. There’s also a courtyard with a table and chairs where you can sit and smoke if you’re a smoker. What I didn’t like: The neighbors above the room we were staying in were arguing, in fact, it almost sounded like they were fighting, until around midnight. But honestly, that’s more about the people than the hotel itself.

The room has enough space. The bathroom has a bathtub. The wardrobe is located conveniently, so it's possible to put a bag and take off the shoes with free hands. The room gets cleaned every day. The receptionist helped me with printing out the boarding pass for the return flight.

The WiFi connection is unstable sometimes. On the first night it was quite noisy in the room, but later it was fine.

The bed was amazing. Bigger than a king size. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the meats and cheese. Room was very warm, we actually turned off the radiator in winter. The staff were very polite and helpful. The distance was just right for us as it was just enough out of the centre to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to explore. We walked everywhere.

A better shower facility would have been better. Had to hold the shower head to shower.

Amazing hotel and staff who want to make the stay in the hotel a pleasant memorable experience for guests. The hotel is located with very good transport links in the vicinity of the hotel. WiFi is ok and staff are very helpful if you ask any queries. I got a free upgrade even without asking for which i am grateful to the hotel. The room I was saying was more than enough for a single person. Amazing experience and memories of staying in this hotel and will come back again.

Breakfast offering could be improved.

I was pretty satisfied about staying in this hotel. Good rooms and pretty tasty breakfasts. Nice people on reception. Check-in and check-out were fast. Bus stop is 1 minute from hotel. You can reach the center of the city in 15 minutes or go for a walk and reach center in 45 minutes

There are some problems with cleanliness. The room has obvious problems with it. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, but the maid came once and I asked them to come in half an hour. They said okay... and they didn't come.

Room 606 was not enough for the three persons, But they given us for three people which is totally unacceptable. -No English tea available in the breakfast - Very limited breakfast choice -24 hours noise from adjacent boiler Boiler room (Room 606) -requested for 3 separate single beds, but didn't provided -I had to sleep on the sofa
