Kimpton BEM Hotel is an exquisite designer-hotel in great location with absolutely top service, especially Miklós - a world-class concierge!Highly recommend!

We love the people wonderful customer service. The decor was odd but interesting. We weren’t sure what a lot meant or what was the purpose of it including the bar, but it was still clean, beautiful and would stay there again however I would not use the gym because it looks like a converted closet it’s all jammed in there and was not inviting enough to use.

Again, it would be the gym and again The dining while they had been made aware of my dining issues which I am gluten intolerance so I’m celiac and dairy intolerant and they said they made the chef aware, but they need to be a little more proficient with dietary restrictions there and if I used Gluten-free app they would have a zero rating. It did not farewell on that app.

That’s when we came across this beautiful boutique hotel—and we’re so grateful we did. From the moment we arrived, the difference in attention to detail, warmth, and genuine hospitality was remarkable. In fact, we can honestly say our stay here far exceeded our previous experience at the Four Seasons. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, helping with an early check-in and even a late check-out, which made a world of difference. Every interaction was met with professionalism, kindness, and true customer care. The River facing Suite (Room 218) was absolutely stunning—elegant, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. It was clear that every element of our stay was thoughtfully curated to ensure we felt welcome and relaxed. This hotel is a hidden gem in Budapest. It’s not only beautiful and stylish, but also run by a team that clearly understands what makes a stay exceptional. Thank you again to all the staff for looking after us so well. We highly, highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return the next time we’re in the city.

We arrived at the hotel after a bit of a drive from the airport and were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. They made a short inquiry about our stay and gave us the best welcome, offering drinks and refreshments while providing recommendations for our visit. The front desk team kindly upgraded our room to a king-size suite, which was perfect for marking our special occasion. There was a lovely cake in the room, and all the staff were extremely warm and welcoming. The room was super spacious and had a lot of lovely lighting. Loved the green tiling and decor of the bathroom and the complimentary chocolates and champagne were a lovely touch. The room also had a gorgeous view of the Danube river. Loved the coffee and mini bites area in the morning which was perfect for a super busy day of exploring. We also had the full breakfast on a more relaxed day, which was also lovely. The area the hotel is based is on the Buda side which is relatively quieter and less busy than the Pest side. Wasn’t a big issue as it’s really easy to get to the other side. We had several interactions with Barney, who was very kind and attentive each time. Knew all the history of Budapest and gave us some evening recommendations like the ruin bars which we actually loved visiting. The spa facilities were brilliant for relaxing, refreshing, and resetting, and they certainly changed the vibe from the cold! Overall, it was a great stay with a fantastic team. We will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this five-star hotel in the heart of Budapest was truly unforgettable. The staff's exceptional attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. They were incredibly pet-friendly, ensuring our little dog was pampered throughout. The hotel’s interior design is stunning, blending elegance with modern comfort. The panoramic bar offers breathtaking views of the city, perfect for a relaxing evening and the lush garden is a peaceful oasis. The location is unbeatable, and the food was exquisite. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations—highly recommended!

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. The decor is absolutely fabulous preserving the architectural history while injecting modern conveniences. The garden view rooms were very nice!

The gym and wellness centre were quite small and could not figure out how to reserve an in-room massage from the QR code, which simply showed a price list with ordering instructions or links.

Best hotel in Budapest. Vallet also was very helpful with EVERYTHING. Rooms are spacious, well designed, breakfast is great, location is very close to main points of interest, lots of parking spaces nearby (free) + you can park with the hotel.

Staff were very helpful and always pleasant. Hotel felt spacious and bright. Hotel was in a nice location and an easy 20 min walk to the chain bridge. We had a room with a balcony looking into a lovely courtyard. We had a drink in the rooftop bar which was very pleasant. Also used the spa facilities that was very enjoyable.

Maybe some disposable slippers in the spa area, But really nothing to com[plain about.

Wow what a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, the best service we have ever had. Breakfast, meals and the drinks were excellent.

Very nice hotel, extremely friendly staff. We even got a free upgrade of the room category! The room is equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. It was a quiet room. We liked the wellness area. There is a sauna, a steam room and a hot tub. You can easily arrive by public transportation. There is a tram station next to the hotel.
