The staffs are really helpful . The building didn't have an elevator/lift, so it would have been difficult if you have a few luggage to go up the stairs, but when we arrived , Ben from reception carried all our luggage to our suites. He's so kind. The late staff, Heni help us with some of our tour booking, she's excellent. The kitchen staff are also very accommodating. On our last day, they prepared an early breakfast for us since we had to leave before the usual breakfast time. The property is located near the Fisherman's Bastion which is only a few minutes walk. And when we went there, we had an excellent view of the Schulek Staircase.

Good location of the hotel. Clean room, comfortable. Nice breakfast. It was possible to leave the luggages at the Reception before checkin and after checkout.

I appreciated that we could left the luggages at Reception after checkout, as our flight was in the evening, but I was dissappointed that the access to the hotel's restroom is conditioned by the goodwill of the receptionist. Before leaving to the airport, my wife asked for permission to go to the restroom and she was told that there are restrooms only in the rooms and all the rooms were already occupied ... although there is a restroom in the basement... :(

The room was well appointed and looked very much like the photos. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. We loved having the ability to cook in our room and had everything we needed for simple meals. The fridge and freezer were very large. We found the main bed to be very comfortable and the second bed, which was a sofa that folded out into a bed to be not as comfortable.

Our room was on the street level. It would get very warm in the evenings. We tried having the windows open to help cool the room, but being right on the street, we had to contend with smokers right by the windows and it is a very busy street with quite a bit of road nice all night.

The beds in this space were memorably comfortable. Really huge mattresses with additional covering layers to make them slightly softer. The covers and pillows seemed to be all down and the sheets had a fabulously high thread count. It sounds silly but for those who have opinions regarding beds and bedding this was an excellent experience especially for the price. It's great that it has 24hr reception.

Please don't assume guests are rich and send them to Jamie Oliver's restaurant

Our suite is impressive, beautifully furbished with class and style. Breakfast was great, staff were helpful and courteous, wifi was fast and parking garage of the hotel is a plus factor. A bit pricey but worth it!

I was under the impression that it's merely 300m from St. Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion. Well indeed it was. But not horizontal, instead it is vertical. All those very steep steps are murderous to climb, especially for seniors like us.

Large apartment. All Ok.

I liked the food and the fact that the staff was helpful, friendly, always smiling and trying to help us with whatever we needed (for example with the luggage or printing our tickets for the parliament visit).

The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking and the towels are changed only after 3 days (if you want it sooner than that, you have to pay)

The rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable. Good selection of cold breakfast. The Milford Suites were walking distance to the River Danube, on the Buda side. Just below the Fisherman's Bastion. Plenty to see on both the Buda & Pest sides. Plenty of bars & restaurants to chose from Staff were helpful & happy to see us

Everything. Really comfortable and spacious. Staff great. Good continental breakfast included in the price.

Bathroom mirror in Suite 4 is awful, of no use for doing makeup or hair and could give you a real complex. Like a goldfish mirror in a circus hall of mirrors! It really should be replaced to give the place a faultless review.

The apartment was very big with 2 rooms ,full equipped kitchen,amazing bed ,everything was very clean. We loved the choice to pick and take breakfast in our room,which was very good by the way. Friendly staff and really nice neighbourhood,very close to the river.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed and we do lot of family road trips!
