Location was perfect you are near the bridge and everything. We got scooters from the other side of the road and that was great. About the hotel, is a beautiful hotel but it need more to be a 5 Stars hotel in my opinion. Generally the staff was pretty nice and friendly with us especially the one guy that is outside, he is very friendly and he also helped us with locations to go.

Rooms could be cleaned better and the only disappointment i have is about the breakfast. For a 5 Stars hotel breakfast had to be bigger with more choices or maybe they could change something. It was not a lot and always the same. Croissants was not freshly baked as well. In general the hotel was great but it could be better i felled more like i was in a good 4 stars hotel than a 5 stars hotel. Finally the drinks prices at the bar and rooftop was very expensive. We went there 4 people and had 2 beers, 2 cocktails and 1 small French fries with a total charge of 97 euros. That was too much for what we got.

Hotel Clark provided an excellent experience, particularly with its location with stunning views of the Chain Bridge and Parliament. But we all know that the atmosphere of a hotel is not only architecture, decoration and location. The human factor is what is most important, what makes a hotel a home away from home. This is exactly what makes the Clark Hotel extraordinary. The Hotel Management can be proud of a team of young, positive, polite and educated people who each provide the maximum in their field. Mr. Kristian and Alex at reception was incredibly helpful and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Mr. Kristian went above and beyond to help us with all kind of informations and directions since this was our first time to explore Budapest. Mr. Viktor, our waiter, was attentive and personable, enhancing our experience. Kind Miss Lili's meticulous cleaning service ensured everything was spotless. The whole team of young chefs and waiters really elevated the experience. They are polite, quick and agile with very fine and good manners. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay! We will certainly recommend a visit to your beautiful city and your hotel to our friends.

The location of the hotel is magnificent. Right between the Caste Hill and Chain Bridge, you really can't top the view from the window. Bus and tram stops 3 minutes away. Every member of the staff was very kind, helpful and competent. The breakfast were very tasty and nicely served. The valet service worked great. The sauna was always hot after 15 minutes from asking.

You can feel that the area of the plot of land was modest by today's standard. The lobby and restaurant seem a bit tight. The room and bathroom are also quite small for a newly built hotel. Some of the bathroom equipment start to show signs of fatigue. I found the pillows not really comfortable. All of those are however minor flaws, given the overall experience.

Clark Hotel felt like home. Clark is located at the tip of the bridge in the Buda side, a few minutes walk to the castle, easy access to the bridge and the pest side, the staff made me feel like being home, I got constant care and recommendation to enhance my stay. The room is Crystal Clean and the staff surprised me in th evening by handing me perks like custom towels and chocolates. The Bar and Resturant and lounge are also great places to seat down and handout. The Leo rooftop bar is a perfect place for very special occasions, the food is incredible. I could not ask for anything more! I will definitely be back to Budapest!

Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived and received complimentary sparkling wine, to the point that we had to say goodbye. The staff are incredible and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are first class and the bed turn down service is such a special touch. we were thrilled with the individual chocolates and slippers that were provided!! We also received complimentary chocolates and wine on arrival, the room with its views across the Danube and chain bridge were stunning. Thank you to all the staff, (especially Dori who made our room so special). We are looking forwards to our next visit.

We only booked a 3 day stay, next time it will be for a week!!

We liked Adam, front desk professional. Bellmen were very kind and helpful as well. Breakfast was good. Cocktails were creative. .Well located with taxi always moments away. Rooftop bartenders super friendly and did not rush us out at closing time.

Breakfast servers were not overly freindly or attentive. Sometimes seemed bothered that we were there. Non bianary/butch female downstaris bartender always seemed grouhy and was mad when I asked for a second shot for my cocktail, even when I stated while asking, that I like stronder drinks and happy to pay for the extra shot

We had 2 rooms: a superior studio which was large and spacious with a fab view over the Danube and a Superior double with Danube view. The staff went over and above from our arrival until the time we left; glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, chocolates and free bottle of Hungarian wine in the room. Hotel is modern and clean and I loved the recurring Leo Lion theme throughout. Breakfast was plentiful in terms of choice and availability. we had lunch in the restaurant too and it was also good. I have stayed in many 5* hotels with work travel and this hotel is on par with some of the best. I would definitely recommend here from both a price and location perspective. We will be sure to stay here again. Service from the team at reception and in the bar / restaurant was top notch.

Nothing we could recommend for improvement.

The location was perfect for sightseeing. Bud - behind the hotel within walking distance. The Chain Bridge directly infront leading to Pest. Access to all major sights are well within walking distance either side of the Danube. The staff in the main were very helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff, who gave us advice on restaurants in the area, places to go, and directions. The food at the hotel was of a very good standard although we didn’t have an evening meal there. The roof top bar is a must on a clear evening, very cool and laid back vibe with all different age groups. Book early to avoid disappointment would be my advise.

Unfortunately we encountered a cleaner who sadly was not the best at making beds, emptying bins, or doing turn downs in the evening. We raised this with the reception and sure enough the next day everything was sorted. The hotel possibly needs to monitor this as there was also used plates, cups and wine coolers left on the landing area for over 2 days. Not what you would expect from 5 Star but a minor issue.

The hotel is in an excellent location at the bottom of the hill to the castle and opposite the chain bridge. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent both in the hotel bistro and the bar upstairs with a great view of the river. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall a very good stay. Lovely artwork in the hotel and very tastefully decorated but with an interesting history.

The prices were a little expensive but that seemed to be the case across the city. Although the room was a good size there were a number of design issues, we weren't able to open the windows for fresh air, the bathroom was poorly designed and lighting was not good. Housekeeping and particularly turndown service seemed a little erratic but nothing that would lead to not recommending this hotel.

The reception/ guest services staff were amazing and the location was perfect for exploring Budapest

The rooms could have been a lot cleaner - the housekeeping staff on our floor seemed very bored whenever we passed them, inconsistent with turndown and restocking service and didn’t seem to really want to be there or do a complete job - ie. vacuuming, cleaning the toilet tiled area in the corners, restocking the shower, dusting, wiping down furniture and mopping
