Location was perfect you are near the bridge and everything. We got scooters from the other side of the road and that was great. About the hotel, is a beautiful hotel but it need more to be a 5 Stars hotel in my opinion. Generally the staff was pretty nice and friendly with us especially the one guy that is outside, he is very friendly and he also helped us with locations to go.

Rooms could be cleaned better and the only disappointment i have is about the breakfast. For a 5 Stars hotel breakfast had to be bigger with more choices or maybe they could change something. It was not a lot and always the same. Croissants was not freshly baked as well. In general the hotel was great but it could be better i felled more like i was in a good 4 stars hotel than a 5 stars hotel. Finally the drinks prices at the bar and rooftop was very expensive. We went there 4 people and had 2 beers, 2 cocktails and 1 small French fries with a total charge of 97 euros. That was too much for what we got.

Let’s start with the vibes—because this place has them. The location is spot-on, super central, and the whole hotel is like someone told a designer, “Make it modern, make it sleek, and sprinkle in just enough artsy flair to make guests say ‘oooh.’” Mission accomplished. Bonus points for the magical elf-themed art currently on the walls. Yes, elves. And somehow… it works. The bed? Comfier than my post-vacation blues. Room service was quick and attentive—one night we ordered a club sandwich and it slapped. I still think about it. The shower? Huge. The kind that makes you want to dance while shampooing. (And maybe I did.) The staff? Truly wonderful. We had a ridiculously early flight, and not only did they let us check in early—they handed us complimentary glasses of champagne. At 9AM. Legends. And the latte I had later during our stay? Honestly, one of the best I’ve ever had. Rich, foamy perfection in a cup. Also… the hotel smells amazing. Like they hired a fragrance consultant who whispers sweet scent secrets to the air vents.

The Less-Good (But Not Deal-Breakers) Okay, so the room wasn’t exactly spacious. Think “cozy chic”... emphasis on cozy. Opening our luggage required a bit of strategic maneuvering, but hey—who needs floor space when the bed is that good? The bathroom situation was the only thing that made us go “hmm.” It’s enclosed in glass—stylish, sure—but let’s just say... acoustically honest. You’ll want to be pretty comfy with your travel buddy, because there’s no hiding anything. Not a huge issue, but maybe not ideal for a first date trip unless you’re really ready to bond.

Hotel Clark provided an excellent experience, particularly with its location with stunning views of the Chain Bridge and Parliament. But we all know that the atmosphere of a hotel is not only architecture, decoration and location. The human factor is what is most important, what makes a hotel a home away from home. This is exactly what makes the Clark Hotel extraordinary. The Hotel Management can be proud of a team of young, positive, polite and educated people who each provide the maximum in their field. Mr. Kristian and Alex at reception was incredibly helpful and efficient, making check-in a breeze. Mr. Kristian went above and beyond to help us with all kind of informations and directions since this was our first time to explore Budapest. Mr. Viktor, our waiter, was attentive and personable, enhancing our experience. Kind Miss Lili's meticulous cleaning service ensured everything was spotless. The whole team of young chefs and waiters really elevated the experience. They are polite, quick and agile with very fine and good manners. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay! We will certainly recommend a visit to your beautiful city and your hotel to our friends.

This hotel is FABULOUS! Our stay was literally perfection from start to finish. It's been a long time since I've had such a lovely experience at a hotel. The staff is consistently kind, friendly, and helpful - and they genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. They were unfailingly patient with ALL my questions! The room itself is exquisite, full of special touches and unique details. The view from your window is positively amazing. The room is arranged in such a way as to perfectly frame the beautiful Danube and the majestic Chain Bridge just outside. And the bed! - incredibly comfortable! The hotel's location is ideal for exploring literally EVERYTHING. We walked EVERYWHERE! I totally, completely, absolutely recommend this hotel! Definitely here when in Budapest!!!!!!

The location of the hotel is magnificent. Right between the Caste Hill and Chain Bridge, you really can't top the view from the window. Bus and tram stops 3 minutes away. Every member of the staff was very kind, helpful and competent. The breakfast were very tasty and nicely served. The valet service worked great. The sauna was always hot after 15 minutes from asking.

You can feel that the area of the plot of land was modest by today's standard. The lobby and restaurant seem a bit tight. The room and bathroom are also quite small for a newly built hotel. Some of the bathroom equipment start to show signs of fatigue. I found the pillows not really comfortable. All of those are however minor flaws, given the overall experience.

Exceptionally good location, everything was easily accessible! Parking in the underground garage it was great! Very comfortable bed , great bedding !

I wanted to book a table at the reception in LEO ROOFTOP BAR ! Well, the receptionist was not in the mood to deal with it ! Unfortunately we didn't get a table , only a chair at the bar , then a phone number to reserve myself if I wanted a better seat ! ( needless to say the phone number was not answered after repeated attempts ) We went over to Kollázs !

Clark Hotel felt like home. Clark is located at the tip of the bridge in the Buda side, a few minutes walk to the castle, easy access to the bridge and the pest side, the staff made me feel like being home, I got constant care and recommendation to enhance my stay. The room is Crystal Clean and the staff surprised me in th evening by handing me perks like custom towels and chocolates. The Bar and Resturant and lounge are also great places to seat down and handout. The Leo rooftop bar is a perfect place for very special occasions, the food is incredible. I could not ask for anything more! I will definitely be back to Budapest!

Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived and received complimentary sparkling wine, to the point that we had to say goodbye. The staff are incredible and nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are first class and the bed turn down service is such a special touch. we were thrilled with the individual chocolates and slippers that were provided!! We also received complimentary chocolates and wine on arrival, the room with its views across the Danube and chain bridge were stunning. Thank you to all the staff, (especially Dori who made our room so special). We are looking forwards to our next visit.

We only booked a 3 day stay, next time it will be for a week!!

This hotel is fabulous, you get what you pay for 1st class Adam and his team all the staff were amazing, professional, kind, went the extra mile. The hotel is beautiful nothing is too much trouble. Excellent location to visit Budapest. Walking distance to most attractions. Food was excellent at the hotel and surrounding restaurants in walking distance. Would not stay at any other hotel. We will definitely return to Hotel Clark Even taxi drivers went out of their way to give information on Budapest and where to visit.

nothing we had a fantastic time

We had 2 rooms: a superior studio which was large and spacious with a fab view over the Danube and a Superior double with Danube view. The staff went over and above from our arrival until the time we left; glass of sparkling wine upon arrival, chocolates and free bottle of Hungarian wine in the room. Hotel is modern and clean and I loved the recurring Leo Lion theme throughout. Breakfast was plentiful in terms of choice and availability. we had lunch in the restaurant too and it was also good. I have stayed in many 5* hotels with work travel and this hotel is on par with some of the best. I would definitely recommend here from both a price and location perspective. We will be sure to stay here again. Service from the team at reception and in the bar / restaurant was top notch.
