the location was superb with breathtaking views within the area. The breakfast was also very good. and the room was big.

The room cleaning was late always done in the afternoons which is the time we wanted to sleep siesta. The front desk staff were stern, sarcastic and didnt want to be bothered. The nicest staff were the concierge and the bell staff very helpful. The worst - most sarcastic, stern cold - front desk both morning and afternoon shift - didnt want to be bothered. always frowning. And very sarcastic with simple questions like - can we get our room now.

Perfect location

Rude reception. Told that they had no room for another day. And we had to pack out and than had to check in again for the same room. Becasue despite the reception we booked easily from booking.com. It was exhausting for us.

If you love walking , you can walk to the other side which is pest side , down hill and up hill when you come back to the hotel. Fisherman Bastian is in hotel side amazing and impressive view. The hotel is in the quiet side of Budapest but also this side as some attractions too

During my recent stay in Budapest, I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the hotel was. The property was not only clean and well-maintained but also situated in a beautiful area, making it easily accessible to all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly kind, and they even gave us a free upgrade for our last night. The experience was truly worth the money, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The room was spacious, spotless, and well air conditioned. The location is excellent with stunning views over the city. The Sky Bar is a must. The view of the Parliament building is breathtaking, especially at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered plenty of variety.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The only minor inconvenience was that a national delegation was staying at the same time, and due to security measures, the police closed the street leading to the hotel on several occasions. As a result, we had to wait a few minutes each time to enter. Nonetheless, this was a small issue in an otherwise excellent experience.

The location of this property is amazing. You are on a hill overlooking the city. It is peaceful at night and in the morning. The amenities were good. They provided a bottle of water to the room daily. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast is expensive but very good. The fitness area was closed.

We’ve never stayed at a Hilton before, and we were SO IMPRESSED. The location of the Budapest Hilton could not be better. You can walk - even my husband with a cane - to Mathias Church and the lovely and uncrossed Christmas Market next to it. Several authentic Hungarian restaurants within 2 blocks. A TukTuk came right to the front door and we took a personalized tour. When we arrived my husband was not feeling well and had to lie down. It was 10:00am and check in is 3pm. I explained the situation and we got a room within 10 minutes. I was so touched by their caring. The front desk helped us several times with local information. We got a last-minute deal on our reservation and we were so grateful. I was glad we could afford this at least this one time. It was GREAT.

I have to think hard for this and hesitate to say anything. However, this morning as we waited for the taxi to the airport, the doorman invited us to have danish and a coffee at the little stand in the lobby. I went to get my husband a coffee but the machine required payment so I backed off. Complimentary would have been sweet. And in keeping with the rest of the stay.

We booked corner room @ 550 euros - room outstanding and views just beautiful!

I am a top 1% trip adviser reviewer so this is my honest review! Check in and check out staff miserable! Not one staff member asked did we enjoy our stay! You cannot have an executive lounge where staff brush crumbs on carpet! Scoop them and hoover! Either too many staff taking your plates as soon as you ate or no staff and room not ready at 4! Shout out to Gabriel! Breakfast boring, no baked beans and no bacon! A fly in the exec lounge night before flying all over! Took 4 staff to sort! To be fair the food at 4pm was always beautiful! Just no flies needed! Also rooms very hot as if AC broken! We had our own fans so coped but rooms not cool!

Location was great, parking was easy but very expensive. The hotel looks very nice, my first room, witch i specially booked did not meet my expectations, and when they changed it, it was still not to my liking but now i know what to do, i have to put in my requests in advance, so they can get it right.

there is always something, but i was there 1 night, when people change room, look what facilities the have and give them a better room with the same facilities, but that is maybe only me talking. there is a minbar but this is very expencive, much better to go outside and get something i a little shop around the corner for more then half the price!! i would say: put less in the minibar and make it free of charge, the rooms are pricy enough.
