It was very clean. Decorations are stellar. Almost felt like a five-star hotel. Bed and pillows are so comfortable and fluffy.

The shampoo and conditioner bottles were too small. They advertised that there will be cookies at 9pm but they seemed to have forgotten about it. The front desk person was made aware that we were looking for the cookies. She went to the back and told us that the kitchen is working on them, but we waited for almost 40 minutes and they never came. The front desk person was very reassuring, which was why we waited for so long. The great music in the lobby kept us entertained while we were waiting.

Room was perfect. It was clean throughout and had a comfortable bed. We loved the quick breakfast options in the bistro. It is a little hidden behind the lobby's front desk near the elevators. We had coffee, breakfast sandwiches and muffins. The food was convenient and reasonable prices. The bar was a great place to sit and watch the parades and general foot traffic downtown there was lots of seating by the windows and the interior was decorated nicely as well. The staff was friendly each time we had contact with anyone from the front desk to wait staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

great location , beautiful decor-like an art gallery inside, and in every room. Really light up and strong air conditioning. Pool has soft fake grass and movable chairs. Food was great, a little pricy for amount on plate but as expected for a hotel, great little extra's like water and apples outside the elevator and chocolate milk and home baked cookies at night! Staff chris and female (elouise) during the day were awesome and the valet parking and the cleaners- all the staff were so friendly and helpful with entertainment and food recommendations also.

Food pricing at bar restaurant was too high, even with the food being great!

The building itself and interior are beautiful. Each common room is amazing. From the Living Room to simply walking in the front doors. The staff is absolutely welcoming, professional and genuine. We especially enjoyed sitting at the bar with Gabby bartending!

The only thing I can say negatively was the ac unit in our room. Sounded like a small jet taking off every time it kicked on, made sleeping thru the night a little difficult as it was in a closet directly at the head of the bed.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, like staying in an art museum. Location is perfect in downtown Mobile walking distance to numerous restaurants, venues, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was gorgeous. Everything was meticulously clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

They utilized the space as efficiently as possible but the bathroom was very small, making it a bit of a challenge for two women to do hair and makeup simultaneously

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel . The staff is very helpful and friendly . We arrived early to the hotel and Ashlund was kind enough to offer us an early check-in and assist us with holding our luggage until a room was available. Kudos to her . The hotel is very clean and I love the idea of us being able to not have to go anywhere for food or drinks . This hotel is definitely our fav in Mobile .

I love the beds, the décor, and service. Chris at the desk and Asia at valet were so helpful.

One of the rooms we had was just too dark, room 410. There was one window, 2 lamps, and the beautiful light in the center. The problem was that the area by the door the lamp did not give off enough light. There needed to be a light above.

Situated in a historic building this hotel is beautifully decorated in a sympathetic modern style. Very comfortable room and very clean. The restaurant/bar is definitely worth a visit, even if you're not a resident at the hotel. Good location - a very short walk to downtown Mobile. Would definitely recommend.

The neighboring room door slamming shut.

The rooms were clean and appealing. The coffee shop was beautiful and the coffee was excellent.

Our room was on the top floor and there was a musty smell as if the roof may have been leaking. There was no light in the swimming pool. The water was dark after sunset.

The look of the place. The feel of it all. The beds were GREAT

Not enough pillows available and that the cafe wasn’t open enough hrs. I understand the location …. But if an establishment is on the higher end …. So should the people/their behavior there also.
