I was very impressed with the appearance of the outside of the building on the property and the lobby was beautiful. The members of the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding area was scenic and beautiful. My room was clean and comfortable as was the bed and furniture. I slept very comfortably.

There was no waffle maker at breakfast. I would've preferred if there was a waffle maker.

Great stay. Everything was excellent. Room was clean, bed comfy, and felt safe here traveling alone. All stores and restaurants close by all in walking distance.

I thought it was excellent but there were chairs seated in front of my room door and there was a guy that kept sitting right in front of my door. I didn’t really like that being that I was a solo female but still I felt safe.

The staff was extremely helpful. Don got me a quiet room like I requested, and it was nice and quiet. The location was central to alot of things like shopping and food. I have stayed here before and I would stay here again.

Breakfast stopped at 9:30, but I missed it because I was working in my room. Dunkin Donuts is right across the street and I was able to get a breakfast sandwich.

The property is conveniently located to a lot of stores and restaurants within walking distance. And my boy loved the iguanas

Not the hotel it self but a guest of hotel. Guest would not refrain from smoking weed in front of our door. The intake on the air pulled the smell into the room. My room had kids in it.

The hotel was about a 15 minute drive from the airport and in a great location. Target was directly next door and there was mail across the street. You couldn’t want for anything because it was all within walking distance. Ask for a room with a pool view. Our 2nd night, we had dinner at Raindancer Steakhouse and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a delicious meal and wonderful ambience!!

The hotel only has two floors so there’s no elevator. Not a problem for most but my mom has bad knees so stairs are painstakingly slow for her. If I had known, I would’ve requested something on the ground floor. Still, I would definitely stay again.

This property was very clean and organized. It smells great once you open the door. The staff was great and super understanding. The manager was able to help me and my family in a very particular way and we are very grateful to her. To the manager: Continue to work with your heart. God sees you. Thanks again

I like everything about the property

This Best Western exceeded my expectations! The staff were great, courteous and friendly. I was able to check in early after my flight from Philadelphia. The hotel gives you a sense of relaxation and safety; the hotel gardens, pool and rooms reminded me of a Caribbean resort. Very Clean and well kept. Food and Shopping were within walking distance ( Next Door!) All in all a great hotel. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

the only complaint I had were the lack of breakfast items! lol. I usually have a late breakfast so most items were gone by 8.30 am.

The property was priced within the range of what I wanted to spend. I was looking to be close to a specific venue and it was convenient to that. But when I got there I realized it was right off of 95 and very easy access to everything we did all week. The pool area was quite beautiful. It had a very calming feel and just was a pretty place to sit and have breakfast or take a swim.

The maintenance of the room I was in was not the best. There was a musty smell and a wet spot on the floor. Our room is cleaned every day. And we were left plenty of fresh towels on a daily basis.

Very neat and clean! Very convenient location to shops, food and downtown with shuttle service for a small fee. The staff were amazing and very friendly! The management was superb. We have vacationed twice here at this property and will be back

Only one negative and it's a big one. Tub shower was DANGEROUS because there was nothing to hold onto. No shelf of any kind, no grab bars, etc. Just flat tile walls. And also no non-slip mat or safety strips. We couldn't go back there to an otherwise very nice hotel.
