Location was good - right near the highway we needed but not too terribly close that it was too loud, breakfast selection in the morning was welcoming - omelette, toast, jam/butter/peanut butter/cream cheese, biscuits and gravy, home fries, etc. you get the point. The bed was extremely comfortable. Gym was small but got the job done. Wanted to try the pool, but forgot to bring my swimsuit! Could bring dogs and that was perfect for us.

The grounds around the hotel itself are a bit messy. Maybe from the wind blowing trash, etc. since it's a bit industrial. Just be mindful when you're walking your dogs!

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were really great . Front desk staff when we checked in was awesome , very pleasant . friendly and professional . She definitely is an asset to the hotel .

Our bathroom door did not shut , It seems as if the door is too large for the opening . Rm 310 . Breakfast was okay, the waffle make did not cook the waffle, it left the middle raw , there were no forks to eat the food with , so it go messy . The attendant was great , apologized many times for the lack of forks.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful. I liked the cleanliness of our room and the facilities. Our kids liked that they have an indoor pool. I liked the room rate and availability (on short notice). The noise level in the hotel was low. We didn't hear any loud disturbances throughout our stay. The hotel was located conveniently for our purposes.

Throughout our stay there was a persistent odor on the 3rd floor; as if someone was smoking something. This odor wasn't in our room, but each time we entered the hallway it was quite pungent. The indoor pool was nice, and our kids had a good time, but it is advertised as heated and the water was rather chilly. Additionally, the spa/hot tub was not in-service.

Yes it needs some updates, but it was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The staff that checked us in was wonderful. I could tell she enjoyed her job. Overall a good start and would stay again.

The breakfast was Ok. Not great. I tried to get into the pool in the morning but it was locked even though it said it was open. Not a fan of the virtual checkout. It was really awkward and I would have liked to ask more questions, but wasn’t comfortable doing so. Also, the housekeeping staff were extremely loud around 8 in the morning and woke us up. They stayed loud until we checked out at 11. That was unfortunate.

People were curtious and helpful. Manager help by upgrading to suite with Jacuzzi. But Jacuzzi didn't work. Did fix it

Booked room 12-6-24 booked only because of the pool. Talked to a female, said the pool was open. When arrived, seen the pool was closed. It was closed when I talked to that female. Didn't have full breakfast two of the days.

I loved the staff , great people and always with a smile. Thank you for all the attention.

Probably some small renovation in the stairs , it forced me to take the elevator . Some of the rooms have some damage and could been cleaned a little bit better but for the price it was perfect.

I liked the breakfast food and the fitness center

No staff in the morning only staff on kiosk also I felt bad how the staff on kiosk treated the lady by not changing her room or give her money back plus she left her hotel key by accident in the room while her kid was still sleeping and had the police get her into her room . I didn't like I had to ask the cleaning lady to let me into the fitness room and wish my hotel key could of opened it for me

Service was great. Beds comfortable and room and property were clean.

No hot tub was a downside but did not verify prior to check in. Breakfast selection could have been better - banana's or other fruit or more variety. The shower was not much pressure so a new tub and shower head would be better.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room. After I checked out, the woman who was cleaning the rooms saw me leave and must have gone into my room then because she ran out to my car with my charging cord I left behind. Thank you so much.

Vehicle noise from the highway, which isn't the hotel's fault, just obnoxious motorists with loud engines.

the pool and laundry area was locked only can be unlock by employees and some of the male employees was rude
