Big rooms (apartments) with plenty of space and a real kitchen. Next to the Trader Joe’s where you can get all you need. Other stores and restaurants close by. Bbq facility included in the yard until 22:00. Has a pool too. Free parking

Breakfast area could look better and more organized. Also breakfast is served sometimes in carton plates and with plastic cutlery. Breakfast is better than few years ago but still has a lot to improve. Whole hotel needs some basic renovation. Not looking bad yet but needs some care.

Breakfast had a good selection, rooms were spacious and very clean. Loved that the windows were fully open able and glad there was on-site laundry. Grounds were very well maintained and all staff were kind and willing to assist and responded quickly to our needs.

There were several large dogs allowed to stay in the rooms on our floor and a couple of them met us coming off the elevator while not being on a leash. They did not appear to be service animals and wish the front desk would have mentioned that they were pet friendly when we checked in so that we could have the option to stay on a designated non-pet floor.

I liked that it had a full kitchen. Property was clean and staff friendly. I loved that it’s next door to Trader Joe’s. I bought food there. There was a man at check-in named Rudy that was very accommodating. He asked where I preferred my room which was great. I’ve never been asked that before. He helped me choose the perfect room. I like to be tucked into a corner.

It’s a little older but nothing was wrong with it. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of luggage carts in the other buildings. I’m sure the main hotel had them but I didn’t see any in Bldg 3.

We loved the whole set up of the room. Having a whole kitchen was awesome and full size fridge! we also enjoyed having a table to eat dinner at instead of having to eat on the couch. Another great thing is that the couch pulls out into a bed (perfect for a family or two couples to share the room). The free breakfast was actually GOOD and fresh food instead of pre packaged! Also plenty of great channels including a few HBO. Also there’s a Trader Joe’s right next door so we grabbed some drinks and snacks for the room!

Our only complaint is that there was a few stains on things such as furniture and walls..another one was that the pillows were soooo thin and flimsy. Next time we will just bring our own though.

We stayed in suite room with the king bed plus sofa bed & kitchen. The receptionists were friendly & helpful. I really appreciate them. Trader Joe is next to the hotel.

The room keys needed to be programmed almost every day. Only 2 washing machines/driers located in Building 1 while we stayed in Building 3.

Location good, , breakfast good, staff helpful, room clean, but not as updated as in building 3 where we stayed in December

Parking tight and lots of traffic for building 1, had to go way over to the other side of hotel at times to park, room although very clean shower was not updated, snack prices were high if you were hungry. Distances were long. Our price for the time there was higher than in December

Staff were amazing every day. We were there because my son had surgery and we were from out of state. The room was perfect setup and it was great being next to Trader Joe’s for easy access to quick dinner supplies.

Cell service was rough for T-Mobile but wifi was strong so could still use wifi-calling.

Good I guess it was happy hour and they were serving beer and wine which was really lovely and cheese and crackers but there was a bunch of young men that were just consuming all the beer should be like one beer per person cuz those boys in the corner they got drunk off of your beer that was crazy

The toilet is so low it's hard to go to the bathroom with such a low toilet if it was higher up it would have been pleasant or pleasant better

It was a nice place to stay it was clean and convenient for where I was going. The staff was nice and friendly on my arrival but later on in the evening when I went into the lobby to get some provisions the staff was not very nice or helpful. The next morning when I went in the same staff was there when I was greeted and they were again very nice and helpful.

The one thing that was not acceptable was that the toilets were so low to the ground that my knees were literally higher than the toilet seat. My wife has bad knees, and I literally had to lift her up off the toilet it is so low. If you have bad knees or arthritis or you are handicapped you do not want to stay at this hotel.

Convenient location for my trip, Suite was great, kitchen and fridge, small living room, large bedroom with on suite. AC or course. Comfortable bed. Very convenient to have a Trader Joe’s next door.

Close to the freeway, quiet enough to sleep, but if you are used to quiet surroundings the traffic noise could be a consideration.
