The neighborhood and hotel felt safe. Lots of restaurants walking distance.

The advertisement for the hotel rooms the bathrooms are remodeled, but it was actually very old. Other than that the room was dated but clean. The tv didn’t work either.

It’s really nice motel a little bit pricey tho

The AC was bad

Even though outside appearance was poor but inside was renovated and upgraded. I believe it worth the money. Amazingly was next to a small plaza with fancy restaurants and boutiques and there were tens of young beautiful girls eating and drinking and shopping :) As a matter fact even though I did not find a suitable price room in this hotel the following night, i drove from another hotel to this neighborhood and ate and enjoyed the crowd. Very joyful and interesting environment. I wouldn't mind moving to this city one day.

My attempt to book another night in same week days turn out to be much more expensive!

A slice of America for this Brit. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms are dated, but I like that. Everything worked, and the beds were firm, so got a good couple nights sleep. Simple breakfast with good coffee and pastries. The motel is close to shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and cafes. The laundry room was very welcome for a touring band. Really liked this place.

I really enjoyed everything. It was pretty neat and clean and worth the price to be completely honest. I like how friendly the staff were, and it was easy and simple to check in. The coffee was also very good. Im a big clean freak when it comes to beds, and honestly, I was able to sleep just fine. Normally, I'm not able to sleep in hotels.

I'd say the only thing I didn't like was the shower head...barely any water came out, but it still was pretty good.

It was a great stay. Just the area is pretty pricey. Not their fault. Overall a good stay. We slept there coming back from Universal Studios. It’s pretty close to the park

You need to pay extra for parking. Also I asked for a crib and they said they would have it ready when I came and it wasn’t available when I got there so baby had to sleep in my bed and she felt down the bed

All the staff I spoke with were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was spacious, well-lit, and clean. I come to the LA area for work A LOT, and this was by far the best I've stayed. I will 100% be staying here again.

The $13 a day parking pass fee if you don't book directly through the hotel, but being in LA, it's expected and really not as expensive as some of the other places I've stayed. The hot water took a really long time to heat up, so don't get into the shower right away. Once it was hot, though, it was perfect!

Room was fine but parking horrible.. only luckily one parking spot left for me to park at .6pm.

Parking horrible .only parking for small cars .at 6pm only one spot left to park pickup n had drive over concrete berms to park n barely cleared turn driveway with bldg clearances.n nothing for suv s or trucks.n ada spots two but push straight uphill driveway from any parking spot in wheelchair to rooms n motel office. Horrible not goid parking lot n back out all way to street if suv van or truck n only couple spaces to park if available..no street parking available either as posted two hour only. Needs put on webpage ada two spots but get back uo excessive steep driveway .no no other places .

Very friendly personel on reception desk, taking care and initiatives, proactive service. Little breakfast, coffee and thee was best strat of the day. Location is perfect to see Universal Studios or Beverly Hills.

Rooms need more love & care, upgrade and follow up on maintanance. Place can be better, care off, need investment in remiving short commigs and legacy.

Bed was very comfortable, and TV had good channels, also the pool was great it was a very hot day so that refresh our day. Breakfast also was good, help us to hold hungry until our final destination.

Walls and ceiling very thin i was able to hear up steers guess doing it and they were walking so hard that i was able to hear their steps for me they were having a party it was difficult to sleep.
